Beach house vacation rentals in Bucerías

Clean, well equipped with everything you need. Nice patio area with pool but it was shady, did not get sun so we spent our time at the community pool which was only steps away. Walkable or short Uber ride to shopping and excellent restaurants in Bucerias. Beautiful walking path for miles along the Nuevo tourist area or into Bucerias. Safe gated community and easy access to the beach just across the road. Note that if you want to spend time on the beach there are only 4 adult beach chairs and several child beach chairs which were not enough for our group of 8 adults to enjoy a comfortable day on the beach. 2 very nice, easy to setup beach umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay and the place was big enough for our group.

My daughter and I came to Sayulita to be on the beach and surf and swim. Wherever I stood in Tamara’s pace I could see exactly where I wanted to be in the ocean or the beach! I couldn’t have been in a better location for what I was looking for. We would walk the beach and into the village and back to Tamara’s several times a day. The onshore breezes were persistent for several days and made the nights sleep so wonderful with the bedroom windows wide open. The newly installed glass sliding doors to the patio are beautiful and add security to the home but never did I or have I felt unsafe in Sayulita. This house was absolutely amazing. The location is wonderful. It has a wonderful pool with ocean views and it’s a quick walk down to the beach from the property. There is direct beach access. The house is stocked with everything you need. Melissa was an amazing host. She helped us with many things. It was very communicative and wanted to make sure that our day was wonderful. We went for my dad’s 71st birthday. We had a group of six adults and five kids. We rented this house and one other house on the property. Plenty of room for all. We would go back in a heartbeat.

This was our second time staying at this house. The location is perfect as the north end tends to stay a little quieter than being in the center of town. The location is great as it is in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Love that there is a pool and being right on the beach is a big plus. The house is has all that you need for a nice relaxing vacation!

Wonderful home away from home! Nancy was incredibly helpful in assisting in organizing pick up and drop off and some excursions. Was a great experience!

Our stay at Cesar’s place was everything we hoped for and more. Its location on the beach provided us with great views and a great place to walk from the house to the nearby marina and local restaurants. The house was open and comfortable, and fully equipped for cooking meals. Large grocery stores are 15 minutes away in Bucerias, but the Marina was a great source of freshly caught seafood on a daily basis. The expansive yard had sun exposure all day long, and the private pool provided a great way to cool off. The house was a comfortable temperature with minimal need for air conditioning. We rented a car which made it easy to visit nearby Punta Mira, Sayulita and Bucerias. Cedar was an excellent host, checking in with us regularly over our 10 day stay. He provided us with recommendations for local activities and restaurants, and was always available if we had questions. We have stayed in Puerto Vallarta and Bucerias previously, but La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is our new favourite!

Gorgeous home, right in the heart of La Cruz. Easy walking to restaurants, beach, and town square. Our favorite was the pool and all the iguanas in the back yard.

Perfect amount of room for 3 couples. The Airbnb is steps from the beach and the private pool is fantastic. We had a few queries that were always responded to and solved in a timely manner. Hope to stay again one day!

Beautiful & spacious home with private courtyard, roof pool and gazebo. Located on a local side street in quiet area (as too close to town center is loud). Hilly dirt road leads up to home, recommend golf cart rental for easy transport up/down hill and about town. Host was incredibly helpful, friendly and communicative during our stay.

We enjoyed our time at Casa Paraiso! Here are a few things that may helpful to know: Host: Chris was awesome. He can recommend many services that may be useful. Golf carts, fish markets, activities, hikes, etc., Chris is a great resource. Location: About 10 mins to the plaza, 12 mins to the main beach, and 20 mins to Los Muertos or North Beach. For us, it was useful to have a golf cart because we bring boogie boards, an umbrella, and chairs to the beach. Walking to town is no problem if not carrying a ton of gear. But note, there is a fair elevation gain/loss. The space: The casa is basically three levels. The lower level has two bedrooms - queen bed and bunk beds, a kitchen and bathroom. The mid level, which is only accessible via outdoor stairs, has another bed and kitchen (probably the best kitchen). And the top floor (palapa) is a nice place for dining or sipping coffee. But the blackstone grill didn't get hot enough, which is a big deal if you plan to cook out. Great overall.

The house is just like the listing shows - very beautiful and well equipped. As mentioned by other reviewers and in the description there are a lot of exterior and interior stairs, which were fine for us, but could be tough for older or mobility impaired folks. The walk to town isn’t bad if you are decently fit, but it isn’t particularly pleasant and I wouldn’t do it at night. Cabs are easy and cheap to get there. Our meal cooked by the chef arranged by Marriane was absolutely wonderful and I can’t recommend it enough. I also wholeheartedly recommend getting a massage and having breakfast made. The yoga retreat nearby was audible but not overly loud or disruptive.

Lorena was our contact. She was very good about texting back-and-forth and when we needed something, she was quite responsive. Once we got through any language barriers it worked seamlessly. She and her daughter came one afternoon and prepared a multicourse marvelous meal for our family of 12. They were delightful and so pleasant. We loved them both.

Our stay at Nikolai's place was fantastic! Great location- walkable to the city center, but quiet enough at night. There was plenty of space in all the bedrooms and everything was very clean. The hosts were very communicative and helpful when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is in a gated community of 7 homes. It felt very safe, and the neighbours were friendly. It is a bit of a walk to get to restaurants and the beach (10 to 15 minutes to the beach) but as a result seems much quieter than if you were closer in. There were good restaurant suggestions in the welcome book (but the book is a bit old with some info and could use some updates), and there was a couple in the community (Paige and Kaleb) that assist with any issues and were very helpful with information on things to do, cab costs, beach spots, walks, etc....Thanks Paige and Kaleb!! Brandi, the host, sent us some welcome info on a couple of local events (the Tuesday market, a turtle release, etc) without any prompting from us, so that was a nice touch. The Casa is big, clean, and a lovely spot to relax on your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, even with some spices and condiments, there was a big jar of complimentary coffee! We would gladly stay here again.

This was a great place to stay as a family. Beautiful authentic house and walking distance to everything.

We were delighted to have a host meet us at the door at the time of our arrival. The caretaking company also greeted us with chips and salsa & pack of modellos in the fridge!: A caring and thoughtful touch that is hard to come by with air bnb nowadays. They were responsive to any questions or needs during the stay, and also refilled our coffee canister, refreshed our linens, and did a little tidy mid-stay. The location was stunning, quiet, and peaceful. Thank you so much for the hospitality and care during our stay in Sayulita!

Absolutely loved our 3 night stay. The house is a beautiful detached home with nice design touches on a quiet block just off the beach. We loved that the house came with beach supplies and laundry too. You can easily walk to town within 15 mins along the beach or on the cobble street (which always feels safe both day and night.) San Pancho is a special place and we’ll definitely be back and hopefully stay at this place!

Great place. We rented all the apartments including the house and studio. We had our 10th family reunion for 10 days, and everyone was impressed and loved the place. The pool and garden was cleaned everyday, they came and cleaned after 7 days (every week). The owner was very attentive and was always there when we needed him. Hands down best airbnb we've ever stayed on, and we've stayed in airbnbs every year.

This home was awesome all around! The hosts were very welcoming and even checked on us halfway through our stay to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely stay here again!

The house is very clean, as shown in the photographs. Not receiving a person did not deliver the house, he even left us his phone in case we needed anything. The house is very nice, located close to the Restaurant, hotels, beaches and the same downtown Vallarta The bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean and very spacious. I definitely highly recommend the place.

We had an amazing and very relaxing time at Casa Barefoot. Mornings on the roof deck, lounging by the pool, dinner in town. The house was very clean and comfortable. The town and beach were just a short drive down the hill. Couldn't have asked for a better way to unwind. Sayulita is such a fun, vibrant place to visit. Can't wait to come back!
