Minerva’s place was very spacious with room to spread out. The lot backs up to a wooded area and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Minerva was quick to respond to messages and very thoughtful to leave a massive basket loaded with treats and fruit, and even some staples in the fridge! As we left the rental to go back home, my teenager announced, “This was a good place!”

Anna and Rickey’s house is lovely! Clean, lots of towels, the beds were very comfortable, the house is near food restaurants and the center of the old town. The kids and adults loved the hot tub, and the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The host went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and enjoyable. Despite our late check-in, she was available and came to help after hours, which was such a relief. Throughout our stay, she checked in to ensure everything was going well and even generously offered her vehicle so we could run to the store. When we encountered a minor issue with the TV, she responded immediately and resolved it without delay. Her exceptional attentiveness and kindness made her the best host we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for an stress-free and welcoming getaway!

The Ravine Retreat was everything we look for in our annual family Christmas getaway- peaceful, relaxing, and easy access to fun activities. Anna & Rickey were the sweetest hosts and made our entire stay feel just like home.

This is the second time that I have stayed in this property. It’s a great place in a great location. It’s walkable to many nice restaurants and attractions, and it’s easy to access the local interstate system. Finally, our contacts at the Residences have always been incredibly communicative and are very responsive to inquiries. When in Little Rock, we will always consider this property first.

I was a little on the fence about the price but it was so worth it! The craftsmanship of the cabin is breathtaking and the amenities were so much fun!

Wonderful location and surrounding area. It was an amazing experience for friends to gather and have a great time - be it outside or inside. Combine that with the offerings of hot springs and there’s plenty to do. Great pricing was a plus as well! Will definitely be on the lookout for it next time we’re in the area.

It was an amazing value, we never heard the other guests once in our space despite their small dog. Stephanie was quick and supportive in her communication, problem solving the matters with ease. Proactive and aesthetic attention to matters such as dog hair, heating for the space, linen usage, and INCREDIBLE local recommendations. We will definitely stay here again on a trip back to Little Rock, even just for another look at the killer guidebook!

The home and neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. Everything was so easy. We lived this place. It was convenient for hiking and the art museum. We were able to take care of business and enjoy the city and beauty of the area.

My family and I felt very at home while on vacation! The location is perfect for adult and kid friendly activities, as well as close to stores. The host was very attentive to our needs and communicated promptly.

We really enjoyed this house. The community was very friendly, peaceful, walkable, and pet friendly. The host was very responsive, especially when I had a patio light issue and they promptly responded and resolved it. I would love to stay again and highly recommend it.

My husband and I came for our anniversary weekend and had a great time. Dennis was very friendly and very informative about the area. We will definitely be returning with our children this summer for fun on the lake!

Very clean and spacious. The patio is amazing, and the kitchen is perfect to cook in for a fun staycation. The living room was super comfortable and the office space was a great bonus.

The family and I had a wonderful stay here for the 4th of July. Our previous arrangements fell through just as we arrived in Hot Springs and luckily Vanessa was very responsive and allowed us to book immediately. She helped us get into the house and showed us where everything was located. The place was a perfect little peaceful getaway on the golf course and close to town/activities. We really enjoyed the fire pit as well, we were able to roast some smores while they launched fireworks over the golf course. Will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

The place was great. As others have said, the check-in is a bit arcane. You have to go to an office and get the packet out of a lock-box (without any actual interaction). That's all fine but the office is 30 min away from the place in the opposite direction of how most people come, from Little Rock. So make sure if you're on a schedule to allot 45-60 minutes extra to get north after dropping off the keys. Other than that the place is great, definitely a little water pressure issue if more than one fixture is used at a time so don't plan on having multiple people get ready at once.

This house is nestled in the trees and has great outdoor seating areas and a fire pit! The host even provided smore's materials. The house was clean and comfortable, but the outdoors it what really made this place special. The driveway is steep, so you'll need a suv or truck. Wouldn't feel comfortable in my little hatchback. The creek wasn't there when we stayed, but we still really enjoyed ourselves (out of season/no rain).

Thank you Dennis for having my wife and i over the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend you to anyone looking to get away.
