A fantastic and well furnished apartment, spacious, light and airy, clean and tidy, and very quiet neighbourhood. The host is responsive and very thoughtful, i.e. providing us plenty of spares of everything such as kitchen essentials, daily essentials like coffee pods, tissues, blankets and so on. this was such a charming little place with heaps of heart and a lot of sunshine. everything you need is inside, the interior is just delightful, and it's about 5-10 mins walk away from dozens of delicious restaurants (or just around the corner from one of the best Japanese restaurants i've ever eaten at) and only a 10 min walk from the central train station the owners are friendly and responsive, and flexible wherever they can be to help out thoroughly recommend this place!

Amazing location, 2 minutes from the beach. You can hear the sound of the waves. The place was very comfortable and fully equipped, can't think of anything that was missing. Comfortable beds, great shower, good coffee machine. Clear checkin instructions. We especially enjoyed the sun trenched back veranda and great BBQ. A lovely surprise was the hot water out door shower...bliss! We didn't want to leave.

My stay at this property was nothing short of incredible! The house itself is beautifully designed, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The highlight without a doubt, was the pool. Crystal clear with pool noodles provided and the outdoor area was spacious with loungers and a BBQ. Inside, the house was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to prepare meals and the living space is comfortable and relaxing. The water pressure in the shower is strong and heats up quickly. The beds are comfortable and the towels provided were huge and fluffy and there was lots of them. The location was fantastic—peaceful, private & close to beaches. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. They had a wonderful welcome pack in the fridge with awesome jams, chocolates and sparkling water. You cannot beat the view. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise and the sunset. Charlotte was very accommodating, and it was easy to communicate with her.

Tom’s place is ideal for a stay in Sydney. It includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, and Tom is extremely helpful and responsive. We highly recommend his place.

10/10 highly recommend and would stay there again. Fully stocked with lots of games and activities for both kids and adults. We experienced both sunny and rainy days, where we were either at the beach or in Michelle's pool, or indoors playing pool or board games. House was very clean and had space for everyone, including our dog. Umina shops were close by, and the beach was walking distance. Michelle's house is beautiful and homey, we felt comfortable and right at home. Thanks for having us!

Epic family house. Lots to do and plenty of space. Great having all the bathrooms and the outdoor space is so cool. Shops close by made it easy to really never get in the car. Beach walking distance too!! We had sing alongs around the fire pit and fun in the pool. Great space everywhere. Super private too! Loved it so much.

Victoria‘s place was perfect for a girls weekend out of town. Lovely balcony with a view of the water. A bedroom each. A well appointed kitchen and very comfortable lounge room. Very close to all the restaurants and cafes at Ettalong and Umina.

Very spacious, clean and quiet. Excellent location near Central railway station and within walking distance of the city centre. Highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate staying there again.

This was just the most recent of a number of stays at Ruth's - it's always my go-to place when I'm in Sydney. The location is perfect for me as it's close to family, friends, businesses and various professionals I see. It's quiet and private and Ruth and her family are so welcoming and think of everything!

We had a fabulous time here. No stress, everything accessible and squeaky clean, will definitely stay again and next time we will bring our pooch. 12/10 couldn't be happier. Thank you Aileen.

The house is comfortable and spacious with plenty of room for a family of five. It was clean and tidy. There were enough towels, toilet paper, etc. The location is excellent. The communication was rapid and precise and very helpful. Great hosts and a recommended location.

If Chey’s spot is available, JUMP ON IT! It’s a relaxing & serene private space for a great price. Her home is easy, and a private to get in & out of easily. I also loved her dogs, and even got to meet Chey. She & her dogs are LOVELY! Would definitely stay here again.

Amanda's house is a beautiful gem! we loved everything, the house with beautiful curated interior, the peaceful garden, the location close to the beach and with easy access to transport, and Amanda's welcoming and kind nature. She made us feel welcome from the moment we started communicating, was quick to respond and incredibly kind and easy to deal with. We stayed 2 weeks and would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend!

A lovely art deco flat- right by the beach! Location is fabulous. Anne explained there would be some construction noise at the time we stayed so we were well aware before our trip. Was absolutely no issue for us and didn’t interfere with our enjoyment.

The location was ideal, conveniently situated near the sites I wanted to visit, making it easy to explore the area. Each morning, I awoke to the tranquil ambiance of the lush surroundings, allowing me to recharge for the adventures ahead. If you’re looking for a place that combines historical charm with a peaceful atmosphere, I highly recommend this spot. It may be old, but its beauty, serenity, and the vibrant landscape are timeless. I can't wait to return!
