Family-friendly vacation rentals in Brookfield

Jody's place was amazing. She's very friendly and proactive in providing advice. The place was exactly as described in the pictures. We loved it and will definitely be back!

The house was lovely and very clean and Piotr was an excellent host and even met us at check in to show us around. There are 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very convenient for us. The kitchen was well stocked and It was very comfortable stay for my family of 7 adults and two babies and two dogs. One bedroom is on the main floor and two bedrooms are on the walkout lower level and one bedroom is on the upper floor. To get to the upper floor there is a steep winding staircase that wasn’t an issue for us, but I would not recommended it for small children or toddlers. The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition.

House was spotlessly and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was comfortable and hot tub was absolutely phenomenal. Skylights let in beautiful natural light for reading and relaxing. Michael and Enrique were proactive about reaching out beforehand with the house information and we really, really enjoyed our stay. We're not used to baseboard heating so some of the noise from the heating surprised us, but that's to be expected with any place that's not your home. Would gladly stay here again.

We loved our stay in Paula's gorgeous villa! The home was lovely and beautiful, just as pictured and described, and we loved the art. The only slight improvement would've been more lighting in the living room area, but there was plenty of lighting elsewhere (or maybe we couldn't turn on the ceiling light quite correctly). The hot tub and amenities were all fantastic and there was more than enough space for our group of 8. Paula and her husband were kind enough to snow blow our cars and de-ice the driveway as well, which was much appreciated! They were also highly responsive whenever we had questions and were very welcoming and informative, even telling us about a walking path that we unfortunately didn't have time to try out. We had a great time and would highly recommend for large group stays!

My family was in town for a funeral, and we were able to book Victoria's home and save versus booking multiple hotel rooms. The location is minutes of I-95, so the home gave us a nice, central home base with a kitchen to get to everything and feed the kiddos between events. While we weren't looking for a beach trip - we were able to walk to the local beach and enjoy it with our young kids for a few hours over the weekend. The home was clean, comfortable, and worked perfectly for us. Communicating with Victoria was very easy, and check in/out was a piece of cake as there is a lock box on the house. If I need to bring the family back to the Stamford area, we'll definitely want to stay at Victoria's home again! Thanks!

As great as it looks in the pictures, they don't quite do justice to how beautiful and unique this place is. Took full advantage of the Sauna and highly recommend if you need a quite retreat!

Beautiful place, amazing view Very clean, Charlotte was very responsive, you are right above the horse stables very cool. You can uber to Downtown only 5 minutes away. Kitchen had everything you need. Would deff recommend

I chose this lovely home to host a teacher training gathering for a few days after a conference in the area. It was a perfect size for our small group. The barn acted as a nice meeting space, and felt spacious with the big doors open! The home is tucked away on some beautiful land, with a waterfall and a pond in walking distance. Cool art all around and eclectic furniture. Would highly recommend!

Was the perfect little get away for us. And it was nice to find a place that accommodated the dogs so well. We appreciated being able to get to places easily but at the same time have a peaceful place to return to.

This is our second year at Emily & Carol's cabin. It's homely, cozy, lovely and warm at night with a small fire going and the TV on. We spent the evening assembling legos hah! We had an amazing time looking out towards the lake and would love to come back next year too!

Cutest little cottage! Really loved the back porch / deck area. Loved this spot — affordable and perfect for a fall weekend getaway. Jeanine and Keith had lots of cute touches like homemade pumpkin bread and eggs in the fridge. They are also easy to communicate with. The town is very cute, too.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Gisela's lake house!! Her house was clean, cozy, and felt like home. Gisela was incredibly responsive, the property was very clean, and the views were amazing!! Checking in and out was quick and simple. The house is on the main road and only a few minutes from Kingston and is central to anywhere in the Catskills or Hudson Valley. I would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the area.

We stayed for two nights at Linda’s place and are so happy we did! The property is expansive and stunning—it’s at the very end of the street surrounded by hills. It’s quiet and pristine. When you pull in, you drive by a pond before parking with a view of the barn. The home itself is quite spacious—the kitchen is just to the right and is open to the super comfy living room on the left. That open layout was great for us! The two bedrooms and bathroom are a great size, too. Linda left eggs, milk, and other goodies for breakfast, and there were s’mores ingredients and lots of coffee (ample pods for the Keurig, and coffee for a French press, too!). Kitchen was super well-stocked and we had everything we needed for an incredible stay. All rooms had individual thermostats for the baseboard heating, so we were really toasty inside! We & our 2 dogs loved exploring the property in the light snow. Linda was an incredible communicator, and clearly thought through all the wonderful amenities!

Bill and Lois were lovely hosts and even gave us a quick tour of their pottery studio. The kitchen was equipped with coffee, half-and-half, fresh fruit, English muffins and yogurt, so we didn't have to run out for breakfast. The bed was super comfy too! Very convenient to the SHU Theater in town.

Cozy little place with spectacular view. Me and my someone special enjoyed our stay. Record player with fun collection of records was the highlight of our stay. 💃🕺

Absolutely STUNNING cottage. I share the sentiment of other guests in just how beautiful, clean, cozy and comfortable this space is! Stocked kitchen, lovely bathtub, pristine clean bathroom (and everywhere) and fast and strong wifi in the whole house. About 100mph internet speed. The bedroom was SO COZY and the bed was so comfortable. Felt super private for being next to the main property. Friendly and responsive hosts! Gorgeous property. One of the overall best places I’ve stayed.

This was our second time back to the pool house and it was amazing, again. We thinks of everything to make you feel welcome. Milk and eggs in the fridge. Muffins and croissants waiting for you. Pristine home. Fully stocked kitchen. I was even able to host a few family members for Christmas dinner and had everything I needed to make a lovely dinner. We also travel with two dogs and Sue is so accommodating, making our pups feel right at home. Thank you, Sue, for making our holidays away from home so peaceful and enjoyable.

We had an amazing time at Marybeth’s suite—it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Our kids had a blast "swimming" in the snow and "rolling" over the gentle hills. Every moment was filled with joy, whether we were relaxing in the sunroom, playing in the snow, or swinging outside. The time spent together as a family, along with our conversations with Marybeth and her family, was truly precious. We can’t wait to return in the summer!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay! Steve was an excellent host, who was very hospitable and responsive, allowing us flexible check in and check out, leaving a thoughtful welcome gift and sending us recommendations for things to do in the local area. We ended up hiking, wine tasting, visiting local restaurants. The home was great for our two kids (12 year old and 3 year old) and we made use of the pool every day! Wish we could've stayed longer but it was the perfect city getaway.

I had a lovely stay at Sherrill and Clark's! I stayed for a month while working a job in the area, so I wasn't around much, but the space was a very cozy and homey place to come back to at the end of each day. Sherrill and Clark were very kind and welcoming. The bed was big and comfy! If you live in a city and need some time away New Paltz is adorable. Being from Chicago, it was a great change of pace.

A great get-away. Super comfortable, just as advertised, and with an incredibly stocked kitchen. Our dog had a blast romping in the yard, and my wife and I are already talking about going back in the summer. We loved it.

Our 2nd stay at Elizabeth’s house and it was as nice as our last visit. Our kids love exploring the home and property which has a wonderful view. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking. We especially enjoyed the stone fireplace to relax after skiing. Would highly recommend!
