The Coastal Soal is nothing short of amazing, spacious modern apartment with all the amenities you need, impeccably clean and furnished with some amazing decor that adds to the peacefulness, calmness and tranquility. Comes with an unbelievably comfortable bed and very well sized bathroom. Very detailed house booklet to assist in helping you find your way around the apartment and its amenities. The pictures really do not do it justice and it has to be seen to be really appreciated. Mins from some of the local coastlines most stunning walks, and plenty of high standard restaurants and bars nearby. Cannot rate this apartment high enough, simply stunning 🥇

A stunning sea view from this apartment. It was extremely quiet and had everything we needed. You can walk to a variety of cafes, restaurants, pubs, the high street and for absolutely miles along the beach. Don’t wonder whether this is the apartment for you, just book it and you won’t regret it! We will definitely return in the summer for another relaxing stay. Thank you x

My team and I stayed at Julia’s beautiful place for a couple of nights. The place was so beautifully decorated and felt so cosy and homey right from the start. The decoration is gorgeous and the kitchen is very well equipped and the rooms very comfortable and warm. And the bathrooms are spotless too! Best shower ever. Super close to great restaurants and the centre of Margate and seconds away from a big Morrison’s. Will definitely recommend

Really enjoyed our time at Kirsty's place. Check-in was a breeze and the apartment is very modern. The view was amazing and the balcony was very nice to sit out on. It's in a great location right beside the entrance to Ramsgate tunnels. Very much recommend and hope to return one day!

Lovely flat 2 min walk to the sea in one direction, and 10 min walk to some great restaurants in the other. We had a couple of issues with the heating on our first day but Kate was on the case very quickly and let us borrow a heater until it was fixed (all sorted in less than 24 hours). Great host, great flat, lovely time in Margate!

Amanda's studio is beautiful, with gorgeous high ceilings, full of sunshine, leading out into a sweet, spacious patio, with a view of elegant, old buildings. The bed is super comfortable with lovely linen, and the shower fantastic. Amanda couldn't be kinder and left lovely things in the kitchenette and was a big hit with my two little dogs too. I was mainly there to write so mainly stayed in but it is next to all of Ramsgate's lovely quirky shops, and just a stroll down to the beach and harbour.

Our second stay and everything was great and as described.

I came to Margate for a weekend of events but recently had surgery so needed somewhere quiet to retreat to in between. Shanna was welcoming and informative. The flat was perfect, walkable to everywhere I needed to be. Quiet and calm but visually interesting inside- the decor is so cool! The bed was comfortable, the flat is well maintained and the kettle, hot water etc work- no nasty surprises! Shower was great. Would return without hesitation.

It’s a great spot, got a really cool vibe about it. The building itself in isn’t amazing but the flat itself is beautiful. We both stayed in and cooked and went out into Margate, some amazing bars and restaurants in the town. If you’re a foodie it’s a must.

Fantastic accommodation minutes away from the beautiful beach. Flat was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed for 2 nights away. Thank you so much, we will definitely rebook in the future.

We loved every minute of our stay :) we stayed at Janey's 2 bedroom apartment where it was Home from Home ,relaxing and comfortable ... Janey is lovely and stayed in contact throughout from start the of our booking & visit.. to the end , Janey went above and beyond to make sure we was ok and settled on arrival , towels, fresh linen provided too & the little extra's left in the kitchen was so nice and thoughtful tea, coffee, crumpets , cookies , milk bread etc , the apartment is adorable , clean , tidy and so spacious, our little fur baby pooch loved staying there too , town is 2 min walk with shops cafes and restraunts, seafront is a minute walk :) highly recommend staying at Janey's apartment :)

It’s not often the reality is better than the dream but in this case it’s true. The accommodation was absolutely perfect! Nothing had been overlooked. It is situated in an ideal location to enjoy everything Broadstairs has to offer including its fantastic array of restaurants. The superb Kebbells seafood restaurant being just next door. Our only regret was that we hadn’t booked for longer. Can’t wait to come back!

Just got back from a 2 night stay Tim's flat is in a great location, easy walk into the centre of Margate, for the beach, bars and restaurants there's an Aldi and a great cafe just a few minutes away the flat itself is great, clean, great size, sofas and beds are very comcomfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need Tim is very friendly and very helpful we were very happy with the flat and had a great weekend in Margate we will definitely be returning next year

Had a lovely stay at Izobela flat, its absolutely gorgeous comfy place with some great neighbourhood places to eat and drink. Izzy was really fantastic at communicating and let us check out a little later so we could continue exploring Margate. The place was spotless when we turned up and some lovely details. Thanks Izzy for a great stay- happily stay again and would highly recommend.

We have just returned from 3 nights in Abigail's place over the Christmas holidays. The apartment was lovely and festive with a Christmas tree and Abigail had left us wine and chocolates which was very kind. The apartment was spotless and a good size for a family of 4. One of my children slept on the sofa bed which was easy to use. The towels and linen provided were good quality and again, spotlessy clean. We had all the equipment we needed in the kitchen too and great storage in the bathroom and bedrooms. Nice and warm inside with easy to use electric heaters. Parking was super easy which is great for somewhere so close to the town and beach. Abigail was really friendly and helpful and we had a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you Abigail!

Divas place was a great find- quiet and peaceful but right in the heart of town and close to the beach. The flat was spotless and well appointed and the bedrooms were large with comfy beds. Diva is a very responsive and helpful host giving clear instructions promptly. I thoroughly recommend her flat and would return if in Broadstairs again. Thanks Diva!

We had an amazing 2 nights at Nikkis apartment, including am evening where we had a great meal at the resteraunt downstairs. The apartment is lovely, so well decorated and spacious. The service from the host team was amazing and friendly. The location was perfect for us as we could access Whitstable by walking along the seafront, right on the doorstep, for 20 minutes. Overall we has a fantastic time and would highly recommend.

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

Absolutely beautiful flat with stunning features in the perfect location. The flat is huge and very grand. Stunning views of the sea and lovely local surroundings. Michael gave us fabulous detailed information which really helped. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay, clean and tidy Nikki was welcoming and even popped on the radiator prior to us arriving so it was nice and warm :)
