Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Broadland

The cottage is beautiful and was a bit of a tardis. The kitchen has everything you need. Bedrooms clean. The whole place was a big "wow" for us. We had a mother's and daughter's weekend. With one of our daughter's turning 30. (Myself and my daughter, my best friend and her daughter) We did find the cottage a little cold on our first evening, even with turning the heating up a little. However, it didn't spoil our stay and we had bought blankets with us. We werent successful in lighting the fire which I'd say in probably user error. Over all, a pleasant stay. Holly is great with communication. We'd love to stay again sometime.

Jo's place is large, peaceful and spotlessly clean. A friend and I stayed here for a week in February as a holiday break. Jo's AirBnB is huge with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Lots of hot water, the place was warm and cosy and very quiet at night. There are two separate areas in the house that would suit a casual or formal setting - ideal for children and adults or pets etc. The Hot tub was on and ready for our arrival and we used it every day. It was private and there were no issues with any neighbours. Holt is a lovely town to visit with good shops and restaurants. A thoroughly enjoyable time, thank you.

We recently stayed here and it was a great spot for a peaceful getaway with friends. The house was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The outdoor space has potential if you are lucky to have good weather as you can spend evenings chatting or just lounging around on Jacuzzi and BBQ.

3 old girls friends staying at Shaun's place for a couple of nights to unwind & catch up. Arrival instructions were clear & accommodation was easy to find, enjoyed having a little explore before settling into our rooms. Beds & rooms were very comfortable, house was warm & cosy & had everything we needed to prepare a meal. The loft room is a accessed by a spiral staircase & a little flexibility is required if using this room! But the sunrise in the morning from there is incredible & the space itself great if you like quirky! The hot tub is lovely & warm with great views across the fields of deer, grouse, horse & hares. The tub itself has no seats as such & no steps to climb in - as a note for those considering mobility - & will comfortably seat 2 - 3 people. We ordered food for the second night, several options from Just Eat; the pub up the road is nice for a drink too. Lowestoft beach is 30 mins away. We had a wonderful family get together for Christmas ages 4 -75 years old and everyone was catered for ,wonderful accommodation was a home from home, warm, cozy and well equipped Shona has thought of everything. We enjoyed a visit to Cromer and Sherringham, the property is ideally placed but also lovely and peaceful which we enjoyed whilst using the hot tub which was a lovely bonus

Beautiful, cosy cottage. Very homely and clean. Has everything you need for any length of visit. Amazon/Netflix available on TV, so cosy night in with local takeaway was lovely. Great pubs and restaurants only a couple of miles away. Easy to walk into Cromer if you enjoy a long walk, but also very easy to get taxis around. Hot tub was hot for arrival, was lovely to use after a long walk around Cromer. Highly recommend, would definitely come back to stay. Thank you x

Beautiful property, easy access to shop, pub and short walk to beach. Downstairs bedroom which we needed for my elderly mum, but a bit of a walk to the toilet in the night (just had hip replacement and broken wrist) we took a portable commode as we knew this, so not a problem. We planned the trip with 5 couples in mind but very happy only 4 of us and a Labrador went, as loads of space/seating etc and all 3 couples upstairs had en suite toilets. Kitchen has everything you could need pots, white food etc all good quality spare fridge and freezer in utility area, so loads of space for food. Bedding, towels etc all good quality, loads of hot tub towels if needed, beds and pillows super comfy. Fire was amazing, got home today and missing it already. We used small tables from dining room as handy coffee tables, would definitely recommend this property and hope to return, although next time they’ll be a grandchild too, knowing this we clocked the high chair, stair gate etc. Thank you.

Kings lodge was in a fantastic location, an easy walk to pub in Horning in about 30 mins even with a 5 year old in tow! Easy to get to wroxham and other surrounding areas, plus seaside towns! The lodge was very spacious and clean and was equipped with all we needed. Beds were comfy and the lodge was really cosy. We loved the surrounding meadows and saw a lot of wildlife whilst watching the sunset from the hot tub! Debbie came and chatted through things and was lovely! Would highly recommend!

lovely place, especially the conservatory area. great for us as we were staying with multiple generation and there was plenty of room to have our own space mixed with some large socialising areas.

A beautiful house with plenty of space! It was just what we wanted, a short break in a peaceful & private location, with a swimming pool for the kids during half term. Very responsive to questions & Karen also very helpful with some last minute questions too! A bit more expensive than I was initially looking to spend, but was well worth it & the kids absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend!

Great house and very clean, I’m a keen cook and the kitchen was very well equipped. Good location and close to bewilderwood, handy as we travelled with three young kids. It did lack that friendly touch as felt like it was run as a business and having to pay an extra £25 per night for every night of our stay to use the hot tub left a sour taste but also understand these things are an expensive thing to run these days.

This place is a gem, a true escape! It’s quiet and peaceful, exactly what I was looking and hoping for. Mike & Mim are lovely and so approachable for any questions. There were some personal touches for me which was appreciated. The hot tub is blissful, sitting there in the middle of the night, dark with just the sound of the waves. I also got befriended by one of the cats which made me happy! Looking forward to booking again to go back!

This place is actually beautiful really a home from home place. We stayed at Birch lodge which was so warm and welcoming. Your surrounded by the sounds of nature day and night, which is very peaceful and serene. The hot tub is an added touch, where you can gaze at the stars whilst the bubbles surround you. I really valued the privacy of each lodge, which backs onto a nice green area at the back. Ian was most accmodating, awnsering any questions we had, but they made sure they answered most questions through the instructions that was left for us. Thoughtful. Sad to be leaving but Upthorpe Lodges will deffo see us again, when we want to escape the hustle and bustle of London, and connect with nature.

Amazing location nestled amongst the vines, beautiful views and a happy little frog who lives under the decking. Bring lots of wood for the Swedish hot-tub to avoid going out to buy more, you’ll need to fill the tub and heat it from cold so you’ll need more than we thought! We turned up with only 1 bag (whoops) but had the car so went out to grab a few more. We walked down to the vineyard reception where we met Adrian and purchased one of his amazing bottles of wine, it was delicious. Love this place!

Anne was a lovely friendly host, we had everything we needed for a quiet relaxing weekend. would highly recommend. will be sure to visit again

Stayed here for a couple days. Was really easy to get to and a nice drive. Suzanne was really friendly and helpful with check in and how to use the hot tub. All the rooms were clean and really set up to feel at home. It was located in a great area not too far from any shops or restaurants. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Mick’s place. The accommodation was spotless and cozy, providing the perfect retreat after a hectic workweek. Mick was exceptionally friendly and responsive, ensuring all our needs were met. The hot tub was a delightful bonus, ideal for unwinding, and the peaceful surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We absolutely adored our stay. Blissfully peaceful, clean and had all that we could have asked for. We loved the visiting ducks and having duck food provided was fantastic! So much to do locally that there's something for everyone. But so cosy and inviting that I could have easily relaxed at the lodge all week with a book series! I cannot thank the hosts enough for how friendly and helpful they were/are. I cannot recommend this place enough! Book it! And have a wonderful holiday!
