The pictures really don't do it justice. We had an amazing time and there's so much around the area to see, we've not even scratched the surface. We'll definitely be coming back.

I was in Frome for a show in town. Right off the bat Olivia was extremely helpful and responsive to questions. Olivia proactively recommended parking and local suggestions. The room and bathroom were tidy, clean, comfortable, and private. Olivia put out some light breakfast options in the morning. Bonus points for Teddy, Olivia's extremely friendly dog. Probably one of the best Airbnb bookings I've made. Would absolutely visit again!

Anne and Frank were lovely hosts and really made us feel at home. We came down for the rugby so needed somewhere to stay for the night, and Whitchurch is the perfect location for this with Cardiff town centre not far away at all. Small world that Frank was my old school teacher so that was nice to have a catch up! Fresh breakfast was also good to wake up to. Highly recommend! Thanks both, Ewan

We had a fantastic few days here, thanks to Idris for making us feel welcome. In particular we thought the breakfast was fantastic, delicious sausages, eggs and bacon. Just what we needed before a day of exploring the area. Very dog freindly, they enjoyed the stay too. Would recommend to anybody looking to stay in the area.

Third stay at 8 Owls and it reslly is a perfect place to stay centrally located. Very useful shared spaces like the kitchen and veranda. We had a couple questions and hosts were so responsive and extremey helpful to us. Vrry cute extra touches around the place. Very beautiful accomodation. 😍 would stay again in a heart beat 💓

Absolutely loved the warmth, love and hospitality of Sarah and Mark. Very friendly to speak to, and they were concerned about my well being overall. The house is in a lovely area, with restaurants around and is well connected with public transport. I was running the Cardiff half marathon and they were most gracious in asking about and preparing any pre-race (specific diet) meals, and did also research on how and what time to get to the race. Post race they were absolutely lovely too and made me feel like I was in my my own home. The breakfast prepared was a beautiful touch and reminded me of my childhood. I appreciate all the conversations we had and will remember both of you for the respect, love and care you showered me with. I will definitely visit again.

Lovely bright room, comfortable bed, great little en-suite. Excellent communication with very friendly family. Perfect for my flying visit. Would absolutely come again 🙂

I had a lovely stay at Mike and Celia's place - which was located very conveniently for exploring Frome for the first time. Very comfy bed and big bathroom to myself with plenty of cat cuddles. I felt very rested there. Thank you so much for your warm and welcoming hospitality - thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

I loved my time at Petra’s place. The room was bright but also wonderfully cozy; Petra and Dick were warm, accommodating, and easy to chat with; and the location was close to walking trails while still being within a reasonable distance of the city centre. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again if I’m ever back in Bath.

Really enjoyed staying at The Batch Prospect cottage. Laura was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was stunningly good and the beds really comfy. Beautiful view of the garden. Felt like a home from home; definitely would stay here again.

Nina is a lovely host. Very helpful. I had a bad cold a few days. She always check with me if I was alright or needed anything. She made some lovely ginger/lemon thee fore me.

Katriona was really responsive and made it easy to check in when I arrived. The bed was comfy and the room had everything I needed. She gave some good local recommendations too. Great breakfast made for an excellent start to the day. Highly recommend staying here!

A great place to stay - a lovely Victorian terrace with a real fire and a very tasty breakfast.

Yvonne has offered us a spacious and cozy loft for accommodation. She kindly provided additional radiator and blankets to us, we didn’t feel cold though the weather outside was close to zero degree. The breakfast was generous and we didn’t have to bother to find a restaurant. The house is near to Alexandra Park, which view is fabulous in good weather. Thank you Yvonne for the stay and introducing the mayor tour in Bath to us!

Everything was more than fine, clean, quiet and Claire is a very attentive host. It was a working break, so ideal for me.

Celia and John’s home was exactly as described and as pictured. The double room was very comfortable and the shower was very powerful. Celia provided many different breakfast spreads for toast in the morning. It was a short walk to the centre of town and they provided off street parking. Would highly recommend. Thanks both for a very warm and welcome stay.

We loved staying at Sally’s place. It was so peaceful that as soon as I arrived I had a beautiful nap! Such gorgeous surrounding and our room was beautiful. Sally was so friendly and helpful :-) Definitely recommend staying here if you want a quiet place to rest your head. Wedmore is a such a quaint village which lovely little shops and so easy to get everywhere. It’s a great place to stay if you want to explore the surrounding areas of Glastonbury and Wells.

We decided to take a very last min trip away, as we have recently moved and are expecting baby number 2 in a week or so, so needed a breather. Martin was on hand for check-in. He was lovely and showed us our room, checked if we needed anything else, and told us a few places to eat. The room was lovely, well kept, spotless and perfect for our short stay. Coffee, tea and biccies were in hand, which are always welcome. The shower was brilliant, great pressure and lovely and hot. Breakfast too was lovely, piping hot and fresh. Nothing was too much trouble for Martin and he was chatty, friendly and welcoming. We would very much reccomed a stay here and thank our lovely host for accommodating us.

A great place to stay and very convenient for visiting bath. A lovely bedroom, very tastefully furnished with good facilities. The host is very helpful and thoughtful with everything provided you might need. A delightful stay.

Great place and great host

A great place to stay near bus stops and the motorway. Also a short bus ride into the town centre. Lovely hosts and is my default Cheltenham stay.

We initially wanted to book this place because of the hot tub. Unfortunately, it wasn't available for our dates, but we already felt that this was the place we wanted to stay, even without that perk. Communication and check in was smooth and easy. Lots of pre-check in contact, a warm welcome on arrival, made a long journey feel a lot easier with the ease of arriving. The part of the listing which highlights the bed as the focal point of the stay is absolutely true. Never slept in a bed so comfortable, and felt like a full body hug! Bus to the centre of Glastonbury was about an 11 min walk, £2.40 single ticket, 10 mins bus ride to the town hall. Overheard from another passenger that a day ticket to and around the centre was £5.00 pp. We only took two busses so didn't need the day ticket. Absolutely recommend staying here and we definitely want to visit again in the future.
