A lovely well equipped apartment. The roof terrace was just lovely too, fantastic sunset spot. Tea, could not have been more helpful and flexible. Location was ideal for old town, supermarket, and banks. A great place to stay when in Zadar.

My stay at this beautiful apartment was fantastic! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

We loved everything about the little house. The terrace was just incredible and the bed is very comfortable. The ocean view is amazing and Josipa is very friendly.

All I can say is WOW!!! Ivana’s place is amazing!! The location, the garden outside area, the inside…we didn’t want to leave! We felt like we had all the amenities of home! She didn’t leave anything out!! We’ve stayed in a lot of AirB&B’s and this ranks at the very top. This home is a historical home that has been expertly renovated. You genuinely feel like you are at home!! The town is wonderful with restaurants and mini markets within walking distance. Ivana is a lovely host and very responsive! You will not be disappointed…this home is awesome!!!

Really lovely place with the most beautiful view. Clear water in the bay and lovely pool. A huge balcony with sun chairs and lounge. Private garage and small lovely plateau by the water. Within walking distance to boat rentals, restaurants, ice cream kiosk and small grocery store. Definitely worth a return visit.

Spacious and cozy apartment. Kitchen very well equipped, good bed and beautiful yard. Just perfect! We got pancakes and wine as a welcome. Jelica would have taken us to the store if we had wanted to. On the day of departure, we were taken to the port. Thanks Jelica!

The place is highly recommended. The host speaks fluent English and had a solution ready when there was a problem. Unfortunately, the private loungers on the private beach were very hard and some were broken, but the selection was still large. The way to the beach is very short.

This was the perfect spot to stay in Split. It's incredibly close to the beach and some great restaurants, and very easy walking distance to explore the old town centre and Diocletian's palace. Because it's on the lower ground floor it stayed cool and welcoming after a hot day even with the AC turned off.

Felt really at home there. The view was lovely and peaceful. Everywhere, both inside and out was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well stocked ( maybe a toaster would be good). We took our bikes, there were some lovely little villages to cycle to, swim and eat at. Unfortunately, we didn't swim outside the house as the sea was a bit choppy due to windy weather but the water was beautiful and clear. Really enjoyed our stay and if in that area would definitely stay again. Thankyou Marija.
