Family-friendly vacation rentals in Brimbank City

I would highly recommend it, the apartment is exceptionally well located with great views toward the city and the bay. Everything we needed was within a 5 min stroll, restaurants, tram stations, supermarket, bakery, bar etc. We will definitely stay again.

Not much to add to all the other 5 star reviews! Helpful host..so great to find oil_herbs coffee pods and lots of other basics in the cupboard. Very comfy flat,short walk to beach and pier. no 12 tram into town takes a while but is so close and convenient we lived it!

Naomi is an awesome host! She was so helpful and responsive and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. The house is perfect for a Fitzroy stay and so easy to get to more restaurants, cafes and fun places than you can actually visit - you need months! The house was really comfy and easy to live in. We had an awesome week!

A lovely place for our extended family to come together for a weekend. Plenty of room to hang out, with own bedrooms. Great location, and wonderful View

My girlfriends and I booked Charlotte's place for a week and absolutely loved our stay. The garden is just gorgeous, and we loved the easy indoor/outdoor flow from the large living area. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped. It was also a big bonus having two bathrooms. The local speciality supermarket is amazing - make sure you check out the deli section! With great coffee only a one minute walk away and the tramline close by we found being here so relaxing and easy. A definite must-stay if you're heading to Melbourne.

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

The house was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the house had all the amenities we needed for our stay with a toddler and baby. There were plenty of toys to keep the kids entertained and the playground and a cafe are just a stroll away at the end of the street. Nancy and Sue were very helpful and super friendly hosts!

We loved our stay in Fitzroy, and were delighted with the house - which exceeded our expectations in many ways. It’s a brilliant location for all of Fitzroy and surrounding areas, with so many choices to eat, shop and the wonderful public pool right on the doorstep. Kali was incredibly helpful and allowed us a late check out which we were very grateful for!!

Katherine is excellent to deal with, very accommodating, friendly and always responsive. The property is very clean and tidy and has everything that we needed. Easy walking distance to Bridge Rd & Swan St and only a short walk to the MCG and City. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Melbourne.

Such a beautiful location, really close to Albert Park little village of everything you need. Lovely place. Easy to get into. Tourist recommendations and even public transport cards! Couple of extremely hot days - the air conditioning was a god send. All in all a really lovely place and great experience.

Enjoyed our stay in Richmond. Erika & Chris’s place is a spacious, modern apartment down a quiet alleyway. Has all the amenities needed, and is within walkable distance to both West Richmond and North Richmond train stations, as well as nearby bus & tram stops.

place was great and had everything we needed at a reasonable price. The kids loved the farm animals and were kept entertained throughout our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the outskirts of Melbourne

Dalton's place was perfect. Spacious, clean, well equipped and decorated. The area was nice too, not too far from groceries and the beach (20 minutes away by bus). Highly recommend !

Nice and close to lots of restaurants, woolworths and bars. Walkable to the city also. Very clean and tidy place with modern fitout and great amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Would happily stay again.

We had a great stay in Southbank. Kids loved the two pools and the view from the apartment. Great location, easy access to the CBD and trams. Some great restaurants around as well. Obviously crown is across the road, hope you have better luck then I did.

Rob is so nice with instant reply for all my enquiries and requests, appreciated for the flexibility check in time to fit my flight schedule. The room is perfect with all the appliances and stuffs that I needed with perfect condition, nice decorating with comfortable bed and pillow. The location is just at the city center and access to all spots and public transports and with everything around, restaurants supermarkets and shopping centers, excellent communication and I highly recommended here for all

Great location, tram stop right outside the door & a good cafe downstairs. Plenty of places to eat nearby in Collins Square during the week. Easy walk to Southern Cross station or bridges over to MCEC. Michael was a great host, good communication & flexible with check-in.

Yi was by far the best host and the accomodation exceeded our expectations. Despite being right at the city doorsteps, it was peacefully quiet in the unit. Despite our very late arrival, Yi accommodated us and was super flexible and responsive. The beds were comfortable. The views were outstanding. If you need a two bedroom apartment in Melbourne, you wouldn’t find better. Thank you! 🙏

Great location, 300m from tram, 500m from train station. Clean, quiet, super comfy bed, toiletries were a nice touch which made the place feel more luxurious, outstanding communication - best I’ve ever had with an airbnb host. Great place to stay as a solo traveller or a couple.

We stayed for five nights, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location, walkable to the city, art gallery, convention centre, Southbank, parks, and trams. Nice views overlooking Southbank, Casino, and the city, from the living area as well as the bedrooms (one bedroom faces East, the other bedroom has more floor to ceiling windows and faces North and East). The thick windows/balcony door helped to minimise city noise (although you can still hear a little bit, which is to be expected when you are in a busy city). Air conditioning was quick to cool down the apartment. There is also a fan (and heater) in the bedrooms, which we didn’t use. Shower water pressure was sufficient. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were available for use Security in the building was great. Fob key to enter the building, and again for the elevator. Lobby area and elevators were always clean. Check in and check out was very easy with clear, detailed instructions (with photos)

We loved staying in this cosy apartment with its magnificent view over the river and city (the sunsets are unmissable, and you could spend all day just watching the trains, boats or spotting different sights). Small but perfect for one or two people. Everything was clean, high quality and just worked, which was refreshing, and we were actively encouraged to raise any concerns (not that we had any). No onerous check out requirements. It was also pleasantly quiet despite its inner city location. Well done Julia and team, thank you for being great hosts and we’d love to stay again sometime.
