A very nice apartment with lots of space and terrace with sun (even in November). Finally a house with lots of dishes and plates as well as good pans and pots (with lid !!!), that's not often possible. The bathroom has been large and modernized with a nice shower.' The location is top, you hike and/or ride a bike right away from the house. Parking is no problem, there is even a wallbox for electric vehicles. The apartment is recommended.

The accommodation was exactly as described on the platform, bright and very clean, and there was a parking space on the property for the car. We felt very comfortable, and would book Christoph's accommodation again and again.

Really nice apartment to really enjoy a break! It was almost too bad to stay just one night. Great location, within a few minutes by the lake! The private sauna is a highlight. Very cozy and tastefully furnished apartment. There is everything you need. Is absolutely recommended and we will definitely be back! Carina is a great host and gives great info!

The apartment is identical to the pictures on display, the host is friendly and very cooperative and the area is calm and is good for housing and is particularly suitable for those attending the medical course in Arnsberg

stayed at Cordula's attic floor apt for 1 night, & booked less than a day before, on a trip to visit a friend who lives near Soest; very grateful for host's flexibility in allowing a short notice stay. this was my fifth time to Soest & i love this beautiful little city, large & lively pedestrian area, the green space to walk around the old city wall. this is the first time i stayed outside city center & was a bit of a walk, about 30 mins from the train station, in a quiet neighbourhood, 15 min walk to the middle of town. grocery store (lidl) less than 5 min walk. had a bit of trouble opening the lockbox, had to push really hard & i couldn't get it to open, tore my thumbnail, eventually got it. the apt is on the third floor (ground floor + two) & it was really clean & comfortable with a big bathroom & living room/dining room/kitchen area. nice touches like living plants, cozy blankets. was cold when i got in. bed was very comfy. views from windows & skylights. i would gladly stay again!

We stayed at the house for an extended weekend. It is in a very quiet location. The decor makes you feel right at home. Especially in cold temperatures, the fireplace is a real highlight. The kitchen is well equipped. And if you had any questions, you could always reach out to the host. We will definitely return.

We spent an extended weekend with friends in Königshagen and felt very comfortable. The house offers a lot (billiards, saunas, super equipped kitchen, several grills, beautiful walking routes right at your doorstep and much more...). Particularly popular with our group was the pool table, where someone played almost all the time! The communication with André went great! He always responded quickly and also proactively asked us! Thank you for the wonderful stay! 😊

We really had a really good time in Anna's house. The rooms were all spacious and clean. We had enough space with 6 adults and 6 children to do their own thing together or each. Especially the log cabin in the garden was a nice perk. The sauna with relaxation area was also wonderful to recover after a day in the snow. Winterberg was half an hour and at the Neuasterberg you can park well to go skiing. Very suitable for starting with small children with ski lessons. The kitchen had all the necessities you could wish for. The house fully met our need of a week ski holiday with 3 families. Thank you Anna for a pleasant stay. We visited Melanie in the "Second Home" with our dog Gypsy and my parents. And that's exactly how it felt to us, like a home away from home! ☺️ There was everything we needed for cooking, sauna and just to linger. All around, the very relaxing days at the Diemelsee let us come down, especially because we needed a bit of retreat and relaxation over the carnival days. Our vacation was very spontaneous and we were more than delighted . Everything was super easy to find and communication with Katharina was great . Everything is described in detail, super modern furnishings and everything you need is available. Great further recommendation also with a toddler . We'll definitely be back ☀️🍀

The place was spotless, and the host was exceptionally kind and welcoming.

Beautiful location, surrounded by nature, lots of sunlight. House is cozily decorated, you feel right at home. Anything you need is available. Extra effort was made for our small children (baby cot, high chair, stair gate). Close to beautiful hiking trails and only 5 to 10 min drive to other places in Winterberg for skiing/sledding. In the evening enjoyed a campfire and the sauna. Communication with the owners prior to our stay went very smoothly!

The apartment including location and equipment fully corresponded to the information and was ideally suited for our projects and requirements. Communication was straightforward and timely. Everything is great.

The apartment is exactly as it is described. Tastefully decorated with a very nice view of the scenery. With our dog we were able to take beautiful hiking nearby. Maik was always reachable and also warned us about Glatteis. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

Phillipe's place was beautiful. A quiet location with a fantastic view to relax. Apartment was as stated in the description and very clean. The kitchen was very well-equipped. In addition, there was a very friendly communication. We would come back at any time.

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure.
