Beachfront vacation rentals in Brightwaters

Victoria is the most helpful, accommodating, responsive host I have come across renting a home. The house is really lovely and set up nicely with everything you need. It is a 3 bedroom home with 3 queens and one of the queen rooms also has a nice bunkbed. There is a bit of traffic on the road but that seems to be normal for most places around the area. I brought a couple of West Point Cadets there since they got an unexpected Labor Day Weekend pass. We ended up hanging at the house one night and just having frozen pizzas and watching TV and it was really comfortable and relaxing.

Rob was very responsive to all emails and texts and all the instructions for checking in/checking out were very clear. House was exactly as advertised. Easy to get to beach and town. We had a really nice stay.

We had a lovely stay at Jenna's. The apartment was spacious and very clean, as pictured. Well located, minutes from the boardwalk, quiet neighborhood. We met Jenna and her husband, who were very nice. They made sure everything was going well for us and gave us restaurant recommendations. I recommend it without hesitation!

Our family had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at Ashley’s place. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The house was cozy and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The highlight was the wonderful view—truly a dream to wake up to every morning. Whether we were enjoying the scenery from the living room or stepping outside, the setting was simply breathtaking. This home made our holiday unforgettable, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway, perfectly located in Long Island. A beautiful home right by the beach. Kitchen is useful and everything was spotless. Loaded with cleaning supplies and toilet paper. Towels are graciously placed in the drawers of the bathrooms and everything was supplied as said. If you can get past that everyone needs to share their ID, this is a recommended place for groups or families that want to be by the beach for a getaway.

We stayed at Chelsea's for the holidays, and it was perfect. We were able to have folks over, cook, hang out. We really enjoyed being so close to the water, and looking for shells and watching sunrise. Chelsea put a lot of thoughtful touches into the house and it really made our holidays with family very special.

Shay’s location is a slice of heaven. The views and sunrises/sunsets are unparalleled! The house itself is comfortable and clean. My family spent Christmas here and we really made the it our own for a few days. We spent most of our time upstairs. The kitchen has most everything you’d need for cooking big meals. I also appreciated the toys, games, and humidifiers. My one year old enjoyed the toys and when he came down with a cold, I was very grateful for the humidifier. Shay was extremely communicative and accommodating. We checked in early and out late which we really appreciated and needed. We experienced the coldest temps of the winter during the our stay and when the downstairs family room was extremely cold, Shay provided extra space heaters which did the trick. I recommend Shay’s home! It met our needs and Shay’s welcoming nature was an added bonus.

Franco and Ramón were lovely hosts. They were proactive in sending instructions on how to locate the studio and quickly responded when we locked ourselves out late in the night 🥲 we felt so comfortable in their studio and it had ample space for a couple. It is only steps from the beach where they offer chairs and umbrellas for guests use. We loved it so much we wanted to stay an extra night! We will definitely be coming back!!

Very very good Airbnb experience. The house is cosy, organized and well loved and the gardens/pool are serenely beautiful. It’s the perfect spot. I’d recommend highly.

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

Geoffrey and Thomas were very gracious hosts, filled with benevolence, they greeted us with such warmth, gave us a tour of their beautiful home, along with the complimentary beverages, providing us with resources as well as information about the island since we’re newcomers, the house was lovely, clean and serene, hot tub was amazing, we enjoyed hearing their stories about fire island as well as giving us recommendations for food, shopping and sightseeing, it’s good to know fellow New Yorkers will have your back, very happy we picked their place to stay, absolutely would come back.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! It’s RIGHT on the water and the pool is literally right alongside the ocean - the house itself was beautifully decorated, clean and had a great sunroom where we spent most of our time. It has lots of bedrooms and a big kitchen and a big table in the living room. Huge backyard and great pool. Peaceful neighborhood. Elizabeth was a great host and always responsive. Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice - this is probably the most peaceful and beautiful Airbnb I have stayed in. Highly recommend!

We came to the Hamptons for a wedding and really lucked out finding Mark’s beautiful home. The setting is gorgeous, set in a horse farm with pond, tennis courts, pool. The home is clean and super comfortable . But the best part of our stay was meeting Mark and Julie and getting a feel of what it is like to live in the Hamptons. Really- so lucky to have found this place!

the house was extremely comfortable...quiet yet close to town and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. it's a little small, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but well-appointed. the pool is gorgeous. shawn was extremely responsive to any questions we had .

I cannot describe accurately how lovely and comfortable Jonathons house is It was more than perfect for us in every way! The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and we all enjoyed turkeys and deer hanging out. Walking the neighborhood and to the beach with leaves changing It couldn’t have been any better.

This airbnb was absolutely magical. The views are stunning! Dan and his team make you feel so well taken care of. Highly recommend him! Their recommendations of Daphne’s and Bagels and Brunch did not disappoint. If you feel like you need to recharge, this is a very special place. Looking forward to booking my return to this airbnb! Amazing!

This was one of the most memorable and meaningful events and Ashley's gorgeous home was the perfect centerpiece and the warmest most wonderful place that we could've ever found. We are so greatful! The decor, the furniture, the rooms, the beds, everything available for us to use, I can go on and on and on. The pictures don't do it justice. Wow if you are on the fence of where to go, THIS IS IT! We hope to come back again!

Steve and Dorry made sure all our needs were met including recommending places to eat and things to do. They are an incredibly kind couple who care about the people who rent their home. Everything was exactly as we expected! we had a beautiful view and the house was very comfortable!

My friends and I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The open space was so nice for a bigger group to relax in when we weren’t at the beach. The hosts are super responsive and proactive!

Christina’s place is a lovely cottage by the marina and walkable into town. The main loft bedroom and sitting area is spacious and comfortable. We stayed for the holiday with our adult daughter and we were all comfortable and cozy. She had her own bedroom on the main floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we visited our family over the holiday.

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Tami's house. This place has sunrise AND sunset views which are absolutely beautiful in a crisp winter sky. The kitchen provided everything needed to cook a gourmet meal and there is no lack of places to eat if you prefer to go out. The location was perfect for relaxing, and the neighborhood felt safe. Tami was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the East end and would love to stay there again in the future.

The place was beautiful!! It was very relaxing, morning views with a cup of coffee was the best in the morning!! The place had everything you to cook , to go the beach !! Only thing I wish I had time for was to paddle board the place had it all !!! Definitely if I’m in the area would stay here again !!! Well worth the money !!!
