House vacation rentals in Brighton

Had a great time at Angie's place! Everything was very clear, clean and easy—instructions were left out and amenities were provided. The hot tub was a great bonus to the weekend. We even had a delayed car picking us up, and Angie was very accommodating and understanding about letting us stay slightly longer while waiting for its arrival.

Loved their place super responsive It was my 40th bday and wanted to be with my friends and family pool was a big plus and the best part was the no of bathroom Including kids we were 20. But had plenty of washrooms and ample room out cots and blankets Shout out for being accommodative and I would highly recommend their place the the host Looking forward to booking it in summer again.

Jay was a great host. Since I was a new profile, we went through a vetting process, including sharing my LinkedIn profile, but after that, everything went smoothly. The property is beautiful, with a lot of personality, especially when you look down into the kitchen from the main family room. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, cutlery, cookware, and spices for meals, and has a fantastic stove. Some dials were finicky, and the middle grill burner wasn’t working, but we still made it work. The hot tub was perfect for the cold weather, and we appreciated the pool towels provided. We also enjoyed the Christmas decorations upon arrival. Overall, we loved our stay—the place had so much charm. On a final note, we’d definitely visit again. If the mattresses were replaced with higher-quality ones, something more comfortable, it would elevate the experience.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable old stone farmhouse but with modern finishing and amenities. My kids particularly loved the hot tub and we had fun tootling around the local town. Only minutes away from Picton and Bloomfield among others so very convenient location.

The house is spacious and so are the rooms. The kitchen had everything beautifully equipped. We enjoyed our stay, even though during the winter there’s not much to do in the area. The only downside was the rooms in the basement didn’t have any heater working, we used the fireplace in the basement on high to warm the rooms as much as possible. As we were two families with kids, we would have liked to have at least a hand vacuum available and not just a broom as it’s a big space and would have made it easier to clean while around. The bed pillows need changing as they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. But all in all a beautiful house, just needs a little touch up to add its spark back.

Sarah’s property is one of the most dreamiest places for families. It ticks off so many boxes for everyone in your party. Communication with the host very timely and much appreciated.

We’re 4 moms that needed a break from the everyday and this house was perfect. A bedroom for each of us, lots of space to spread out, walking distance to town. We had such a great time. Thank you Marianne for such a lovely stay.

Hosts are very responsive and helpful, the place is lovely, extremely clean, has all amenities and looks even better than the photos. I have stayed there twice and would stay again!!!!

Thank you Salina for being such a great host. We were in town for a hockey tournament and stayed at Salina's with another family of 4. The size of the house was perfect for our party of 8. It was nice to be so close to the arena and have a spot to come back too so we could cook meals in between and after games. Salina was very responsive when we had questions and kindly took time to send us an item through the mail that we forgot when we left. We would definitely stay here again if hockey brings us back to this area. Cheers

Steph’s cottage was the most perfect place for our bachelorette party. The airbnb was absolutely gorgeous, easy to find and in a great location for wineries. Lots within 10-15 minute drive. Steph was so kind to give us recommendations for dinner. Check in was flexible - she offered us to come earlier to enjoy the nice weather! When we messaged regarding having a fire and what number to call, mike answered and took care of us by calling it in! Lots of parking spots available in the driveway as well. Hot tub was clean and such a hit! Overall this experience was absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend booking. Steph and mike were fabulous hosts and took great care of us!

So glad I picked this posh yet cozy place to stay. Was there with my dad for a little getaway. The kitchen was very functional, with a big island and lots of gadgets/appliances. Not to mention the decor, felt like everything was picked and designed perfectly and everything was so clean! Loved it! Thank you so much, Rachel and Trevor!

Wonderful place felt right at home

Our family had a lovely time! It’s nice that it’s only a 5 min drive to town. We loved exploring the creek and river in the canoe. We also checked out the Marmoraton Mine which was cool. Julianna was super friendly and answered all my questions. This was already mentioned in the post but keep in mind the stairs to the 3 upstairs bedrooms are difficult for seniors as they are a little steep and the top couple steps don’t have a handrail. It’s good that there is one bedroom downstairs for people with mobility issues. We had a great time thank you Julianna!

If you’re looking to recharge and reconnect this is an amazing place to stay. Internet availability but free of TV and in a quiet, private lot in Prince Edward county, close to the main city so easy to pick up any needed supplies and very close to a distillery and brewery. The host is very responsive and the unit is as advertised. We had a wonderful stay and would consider coming back and recommending to others.

The Welsh House is a wonderful place to stay in Picton. Its location is just steps to Main St and manages to be both peaceful and extremely walkable to much of town. Jane is a gracious host: responsive, thoughtful, kind and this is apparent through each communication, recommendation and even in details throughout her lovely heritage home. Our family stayed last minute on a long weekend and the way Jane treated us, you would have thought we had booked well in advance. It was a very nice trip and a huge part of that was because of The Welsh House. Thank you, Jane!

We recently booked Nicole's Airbnb for 6 of our pilots, and it was absolutely fantastic. Our group of 6 aspiring pilots were looking for a spacious and comfortable place close to the Lindsay Airport, a place to unwind after their long days of training, and Nicole's place did not disappoint.

Great place. Super close to the water and downtown and arena. Easy to find, nice walkable neighbourhood. Parking right at the door. Had a stocked kitchen with everything needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Acadia House! The house was very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5 and had a large, beautiful yard. The location was great, very close to Sandbanks and Picton. Our kids loved the basketball net and hammock. I loved that the house offered recycling and backyard composting, washer/dryer. This was a great place to stay in PEC and we would highly recommend it.

Our stay at Ponle's was great! Would stay again and would highly recommend! The only downside is not having access to a washer and dryer for those longer stays but there was a very clean laundry mat about 4 min away.

I had a wonderful long weekend here. The environment is fantastic, and my friend and I felt very comfortable staying in the house for two days. Even though we encountered a snowstorm, we were able to relax comfortably in the house. I highly recommend the hot tub; it was amazing to enjoy the snowy scenery while sipping on a warm drink. Most importantly, the host was very thoughtful and responsible. Not only did they treat us to a bottle of white wine, but they also promptly fixed the hot tub the next day when it wasn't heating up properly. I feel that booking this house was excellent value for the money!"
