Amazing Stay in a Perfect Location! This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The location is excellent—just a short walk to Brickell City Center, and if you enjoy walking, you can also reach the Design and Arts Districts. If not, everything is just minutes away by car. The apartment is beautifully maintained and offers a breathtaking view, both during the day and at night. It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay. Gabriela, the host, is incredibly attentive and considerate. While I appreciate not having any issues during my stay, I truly value a host who is available and proactive in solving any problems. Gabriela goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful sunny wrap-around deck, flexible check-in&out, big comfy bed, incredible rooftop and building amenities, coffee shop in the building, close by to everything you need (restaurants, parks, etc.) .. made my first visit to Miami absolutely perfect, wished I could've stayed longer!

The apartment's location is very good, comfortable for 4 people. When we arrived there were only 2 cups and 2 cups being us 4 guests, we communicated with Juan Pablo and immediately fixed by carrying a set of 4 cups and 4 cups

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming casita, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the fresh, thoughtfully remodeled space, and its convenient location—just minutes from restaurants and UMC—made it an ideal spot for anyone seeking a surgery-friendly environment. One of the highlights was discovering that the hosts had thoughtfully provided helpful supplies for guests coming in for surgery. This kind gesture really set the space apart, ensuring that even those with special recovery needs felt well cared for. The cozy queen bed, the stylish dining table, and the modern walk-in shower all added to the overall comfort and ease of my stay. With private parking and a blend of comfort and thoughtful amenities, this casita exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

The apartment itself was quaint, clean, newly remodeled and very comfortable. Whenever I needed to contact them, they immediately responded out. The apartment is near the highway, but was not a factor for me. You don’t hear any traffic noise when inside the unit. As for the backyard, I used it to wind-down from a long day. I other than the fridge, really didn’t use the kitchen. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was perfect, it had everything I needed. I would stay there again.

There was a miscommunication with the cleaners so the place was not ready when we arrived. However I texted Ruth and she responded within five minutes letting me know she had taken care of it. They were on their way and she called to let me know when they were done as well. I appreciated the prompt response as well as her refunding my cleaning fee. The place was perfect for my family of six for one night. The cleaners did a great job after they got there.

Wow!!! Lenka and Frank was an absolute rockstar host! Communication was quick and easy, and all the instructions were perfect—check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier! This was our 4th stay with Javier & Pablo. We like having the 2 TV's, a complete kitchen & parking a few feet from the front door. We enjoy walking the neighborhood, the quick walk to Winn Dixie for groceries, and our leisurely walks to the Miracle Mile area which is their downtown! It is full of stores, restaurants & bars for any budget. We will be back!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Michael's place. We loved the pool and the privacy of the backyard. The water was heated perfectly. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to the restaurants in Coral Gables. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Miami.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Anthony. The location was a short ride to the beach, close to many restaurants and nightlife. We got a lot of use out of the hot tub which was very clean and made friends with the chickens that live close to the property! Overall the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Anthony was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. We look forward to visiting Miami again!

Nice spacious condo walking distance to the beach in Sunny Isles. Responsive host and no issues throughout the stay.

Beautiful building, very clean, everything you could need from an apartment. Loved the bbq and pool area on the 6th floor. Only slight issue was the noise from the road at night but it’s to be expected in a lively city like Miami. Dani was a great host!

Lovely little place and a great value for the price, while being located near everything in the very upscale neighborhood of beautiful Key Biscayne. I was traveling solo and always felt safe out and about, even at night. The accommodations were cozy and clean with warm decorations and artwork. Comfortable bed, great shower. Big closet with plenty of linens. Nice ceiling fans with good A/C. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys and books too. The private patio was relaxing and peaceful. The public beach and two grocery stores are within walking distance. There is a golf cart rental place also within walking distance and they are handy to rent for visiting the beautiful beaches, sunsets, and restaurants at the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. Miami-Dade county offers great Ecoadventures and I enjoyed kayaking. Ginny is a very friendly and responsive host. Her communication is prompt and she works to accommodate you regarding anything you need. Highly recommend it!

We had a very good stay at Eric's condo! We were very happy with the location and Eric was always easy to reach and resonded quickly to questions and issues. Everyone in the building and the Valet service were very helpful. We faced the bay and the sunsets were really beautiful. Traffic on Collins Ave is what it is, busy and a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us much because there were a lot of positives to compensate for that issue.

Great apartment right on the beach with newer kitchen. As a bonus small room with a crib and bunch of children books which our 4 year old enjoyed very much. Location of the condo is great as well, not too far away from hustle and bustle of south beach but good enough distance to be quiet. The only drawback is that the pool was cold, from my understanding it does have a heater but during our stay it wasn’t operational.
