House vacation rentals in Brevard

Great location in a walkable neighborhood of Black Mountain, NC. House is warm and inviting. We enjoyed our time there. Rooms are small and it is hard to imagine 12 people staying in this place. We are a family of 8 and it seemed a bit cramped at times. If you plan to eat meals together at the house it would be difficult to have seating for all; there is no real kitchen table. Kitchen is cozy, but they do have two, one upstairs and one downstairs in a cleverly concealed staircase. There is no dishwasher, so be prepared to wash and dry dishes if you eat at the house. Kids really enjoyed to pool and hot tub. Also the inside of the house is warm and inviting, personal decorations and books and toys will make a family feel right at home or potentially nervous that something will be left out of place or broken. Overall, we felt the place suited our needs and we were thankful for our time there. Hosts clearly love their home and have done a nice job making it a place that is inviting.

We had an awesome stay enjoying the outdoors, and the hosts were extremely nice and responsive.

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

A wonderful home stocked with all the essentials to make a pleasant stay! Amanda is a great communicator and fabulous host. Pool, hot tub, and ping pong table are amenities packed in an efficient and spacious home. I was thrilled with the kitchen setup, and my family loved having two separate living room spaces. The porch is very nice, and overlooks both the pool and hot tub. Linens are clean. Decorations are minimal and homey. Plenty of space for a family or group to come together. Neighborhood is great and less than 5 minutes to Tanger Outlets, restaurants, grocery and Blue Ridge Parkway. Everything else is an easy 15-20 minutes away, from Biltmore to Downtown Asheville, everything feels like it is at your fingertips. What a great stay, we look forward to coming back when the pool is open!

Had a wonderful time here for a peaceful getaway with friends. The home was beautiful and cozy. Loved the hot tub and staring at the stars at night.

Returning to Asheville with our family was so easy and rewarding staying at Anne's place! Easy to get to everything in Asheville and Hendersonville all while offering peaceful surroundings for us to relax and enjoy our family time. This home offered everything we needed and more, with grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, and trails within a short drive. The communication and responses with the host were so friendly and quick, we highly recommend this host and property!

Air bnb was clean, and neighborhood was very nice, I would stay again.

It was cloudy and rainy most of our stay but it didn't matter. The house is so big and very comfortable. The indoor pool was wonderful. (They are very strict about kids not being allowed in the hot tub though.) We were able to use all of the outdoor amenities, too. The house is charming! The kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the room with the bunk beds and being able to play with the balls on the pool table. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

I think this was our 5th or 6th stay, I’ve lost count. We love this place and will come again!

This was a good place to crash for a weekend, 5 minutes from West Asheville night life, 15 minutes from downtown, very convenient over all and the host is very communicative.

A lovely house in a cute neighborhood! We stayed here with our dog and teenage daughter. Very close to everything and a really nice view off the front porch. Support Western NC as they rebuild from Hurricane Helene and check out this nice place!

This location was absolutely ideal for our needs! We were truly grateful for Tonya’s warm hospitality and attentiveness throughout our stay. The space was spacious and comfortable, providing just the right atmosphere for relaxation. Our animals felt right at home, enjoying every moment in their new surroundings. It was a great experience!

Bruce's house was clean, well taken care of, and exactly as described. Very detailed instructions, along with local recommendations, were laid out in a manual on the dining room table. The area was private and peaceful, and a short drive away from Asheville.

Feel like we stumbled upon a gem finding Molly’s place. It was incredibly convenient, impeccably clean, comfortable and cozy for our family. We are do glad we chose to stay here on a quick visit to Asheville. Molly had excellent restaurant recommendations and just a short walk or 2 minute car ride away was one of the best coffee shops in town. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

This place was simple and amazing! Such a gorgeous view - we wanted to sit outside in the rocking chairs all days. Perfect place for a small reunion with children. We would definitely rent again - hosts were super responsive.

David’s place was perfect for us. We were a group of 7 in town for a friend’s wedding. Plenty of space, great location, and a communicative owner. Would definitely recommend.

Erin was a great host! She was very communicative throughout our stay. We got in late at night and all the lights were on, with fresh eggs and bread waiting for us. Such a nice touch. Her place was very clean and comfortable. She had tons of toys in the spare room, which our daughter loved. The front porch is so charming with all the flowers in bloom. We visited Phillip’s lake house for a long weekend to celebrate our daughter’s upcoming 17th birthday, along with a few of her friends and our family. Within 20 minutes of being there, our daughter asked us if we could rent again this summer! The house is beautifully appointed (the girls loved the leopard stair runners!), and the home was absolutely pristine. The owners have left no stone unturned when it comes to detail, instruction and comfort, and there was plenty to entertain our crew inside and out! The surroundings are somewhat ethereal, not to mention peaceful, even with 6 teen girls, a ten year old boy, and our pup! We all loved that he got to join us, and being the water dog he is, he was in heaven! Our favorites were exploring the lake in the canoe and other water toys, so generously provided, and star gazing on the dock! We can’t wait to visit again! This home may have become our new Highlands tradition!

We highly recommend as one of the best places we stayed in North Carolina. Hits all the marks, including value proportion. The hosts put a lot of attention and care into making it a high quality experience.

Very clean and quiet home. Our stay was great we had beautiful views. Sadly we didnt spend alot of time in the home as we were visiting family. Great vacation home if you just want to relax and get away.
