This house is a place of dreams! From the moment we stepped inside until we left we felt as if we were transported to another world. The listing doesn’t do this place justice. It has heaps of personality but feels luxurious. This property and the staff are 5star and we Will 100% be booking again if Vanessa will have us.

Such a great experience staying at Ashton's place. Great house, wonderful neighborhood close to everything you want. Communication was outstanding. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This is probably the best house i ever stayed in. the house is absolute luxurious. everything is at your disposal. the kitchen has everything you will need the bathrooms based massage jets, spa baths. I loved the small touches of having a coffee bar in the bedroom. the hosts were friendly and so welcoming my family enjoyed the stay. the views are incredible. it's a must see as there is too much to list. thank you so much for all your help and making me and my family feel so welcome. Your house a an absolute gem.

great location, clean and well serviced, very secure with boom gate security and entrance staff. there are some items that need maintenance in the apartment, like ligh bulbs, light switches etc.. but didn't impact us much. recomend it for an Umhlanga stay.

The place was quiet spacious and very nice with a beautiful view of the city. The host was very friendly . The location is next to a lot of trendy restaurants which are a walkable distance from the place.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Michelle is extremely responsive and helpful and the place was immaculately clean.

I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. Kwanda’s apartment was more than I expected. It was beautifully decorated, modern and clean. Access was easy. It is close to shops but also secluded enough for peace and quiet. Kwanda has a gem in his caretaker, Nkosinathi. He’s very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use his place again.

This Stay was absolutely the best one in the whole of KZN, Not to Brag- but my 4 year old Son said can we come back here i love this house. So Jess You will be definitely see us soon again. Thank you for everything (Everything i mean ) You the best.🥰😍😘

Great stay at Luke's apartment - really easy access across the road to the public beach for tidal pools and swimming. We didn't use the swimming pool but that seemed in good condition too. Large main bedroom with ample storage (and a fan we were very grateful for!), the second bedroom was also suitable for our needs (two adults) and had cupboard storage too. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery, we did not find any basics like oil and salt/pepper which meant getting our own - though this wasn't a problem. We made use of the aircon in the living room, really great extra to have on humid days. We loved the outdoor area too, semi-private with people walking past every now and again for the pool or beach access. Overall would definitely stay again - thanks for the hospitality :)

Siphesihle was a good,friendly and very helpful host to us over the weekend and I love how the place is close to everything it’s walkable also the place was very clean .

Bronwyn met me at check in time. Gave good instructions. The few times I had questions (e.g. regarding the AC and the loadshedding instructions) she responded quickly and addressed the issue.

Felt like home! The view was amazing! Really enjoyed staying here! Will be back again!

Beautiful place and very conveniently near restaurant and the beach.

Paola’s place is beautiful and peaceful, I booked it as part of my rest and recovery, and it gave me just that if not more. My only regret is not booking for more days. Paola is a gracious and generous host; you can tell everything was curated with warmth and care. From the small laundry bags to the Nespresso pods and Turkish beach towels, it didn’t feel like home - it felt like what home should be.

Trish was able to accommodate us at the very last minute! She was very attentive and so easy to communicate with. We had the added luxury of having Nellie assist us on a few days, and she is also lovely. The apartment is gorgeous, just as in the photos. Feels like a real holiday home, with everything you need to feel relaxed and at home. We loved the braai and the views from the patio. Would recommend Trish’s place and hope to be back one day.

Loren’s place was an amazing stay. Checking in was seamless. The hosts were very welcoming. Our long trip away from home with the children felt like home away from home. The place had all the amenities that you could ask for. The views are amazing! It was a great and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Ballito.
