We spent a very refreshing week at Sven's house! Welcome facilitated by Mr. Dellette, who takes care of the rental on site, very well designed and equipped spacious house, surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden very well maintained, which we enjoy at all times thanks to the large veranda. The bikes available are a real asset, to make the most of the surrounding nature: bike paths in the forest or the marshes, great wild beaches... Wonderful discoveries! And Sven is a very responsive owner, excellent communication. Thanks again! We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great holiday in Vendee, the house was very comfortable and convenient to get to the beach by bike and get to the different and many amusement parks nearby. In a rather quiet suburban area, close to the city center the house is tastefully decorated and many amenities and games are available for children and adults! At Béatrice's, nothing is missing, everything is calculated to have a great stay in this small quiet and welcoming village. The apartment is really spotless, the bedding is of good quality. The garden is pleasantly flowered and equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Thank you also for accepting the dogs, our Tokyo enjoyed itself. I would recommend this little Bremontoise without a second thought!

We really enjoyed this family home that allowed us to spend Christmas with the family . It's a paradise for the little ones who have found something to take care of. The garden must be very nice on sunny days. The neighborhood is very discreet and the amenities very close. It's easy to park in the cul-de-sac. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for hosting

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

Spent the last few days of the summer here, beautiful house and beautiful surroundings! Would definitely recommend going to the island of Noirmoutier for some great restaurants. The house itself is super spacious and comfortable even on rainy days. The host is also very responsive (even if you cant speak French.. Tip use sms and google translate!!) so overall a great place!!! Would recommend

Very nice house to live in and perfectly located (100m from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the center of Port Joinville). Our hosts are very friendly and we enjoyed being welcomed and driven back to the boat. I recommend without any issues.

Very good stay, the cottage is very nice, well appointed, very quiet ideal for relaxing. Shops are reached by foot as well as the seaside.

We, two adults, two children and a dog had a great holiday at Sylvie's cottage. We were very nicely received by a neighbor and we were shown everything exactly. The offer to rent bicycles is also great. For dog owners just great as the garden is large and entirely fenced-in. On the terrace, you have long sun in the evening and can barbecue after a long day at the beach, as there is also a barbecue. A few small things could be improved, such as a new patio table, new pillows and duvets, as these are simply no longer nice over time. But all in all, a place that is highly recommended. Practically furnished. You can hear the music from the campsite in the evening. However, it didn't bother us. You are quickly on the beach and quickly in the city and still have your peace and quiet. We love La Tranche anyway and this neighborhood and vacation home were also worth a vacation.
