Wenn du Lust hast, auf eine sehr individuelle Ferienwohnung, in der alles Neu ist, bist du hier genau richtig. Der Garten ist leider noch nicht ganz fertig. Bitte bedenkt das in der Ferienwohnung ein 160 cm Bett und ein Schlafsofa mit 140x180 cm ist. Bequem ist die Wohnung also für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder zu bewohnen.

Sleeping area (large double bed) on the upper floor with slopes accessible via small stairs. Approximately 2 km from the town center and only 200 m to take long walks in the countryside or forest. Bus and train stop in about 800 m distance to visit Bremen (20 min.) or Worpswede (20 min.)

Welcome to our holiday apartment. The apartment of 42 m² is located in a play street in our private garden. Due to the location between Bremen and Oldenburg you will find all tourist highlights on short distances, even the universities are within easy reach. The location is ideal if you are working in the north-west of Germany or are temporarily working at one of the two universities. The apartment is unfortunately not barrier-free. Unfortunately, we cannot allow celebrations.

Shopping of all kinds is in the center of Beverstedt (4 km). WiFi, parking spaces and sunny terrace are free of charge.

The neighboring apartment, Has a kitchen with everything you need: coffee maker, oven, integrated induction field, fridge-freezer, microwave as well as a toaster. The apartment has an open plan living and dining area. The living room is equipped with a 50-inch TV that receives all common channels, the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. The bathroom has been modernized and has a large rain shower. Upstairs is the sleeping area.

The holiday home is located next to the main house and is a separate, self-contained accommodation unit. The decor is harmonious and cozy. Both in the living room and in the bedroom, doors lead out into the gardens. Sufficient seating invites you to linger and relax. There are 2 televisions as well as a CD stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided. We clean according to Covid specifications.

Parking is available on the property and sufficient in front of the house.
