Such a fun and funky place. We had all we needed and Tiffany was very responsive. Cozy place in the cold cold weather though would love to come back to enjoy the back patio! Thanks Tiffany we really enjoyed your place!

A special oasis near my daughters home in Austin . it will be my new home away from home when I am in Austin . Rene and Thomas are also very special making it feel even more like home .

The rental space is in a quiet neighborhood near downtown. The unit is just as shown in the pictures - charming and very cozy. Jason helped us out with a few questions and requests and he always responded quickly.

Any future trips to the Waco area will be spent here. Thanks Pam

I took 8 friends to this Airbnb for a weekend trip. Absolutely electric spot for a young group of guys. Plenty of space and bedding. The side yard and backyard are awesome areas to talk shop. The tour bus is spacious and has disco lights. After hitting 6th street the tour bus is a perfect spot for a couple of beers. We felt like Guns N' Roses after a 3 month bender by Sunday. Highly recommend!

The Shannons were amazing hosts. Super responsive and great at explaining. The mansion was an amazing vibe with the cutest furniture and best lighting. The outdoor space was super cool and cozy too.

This was our second stay here and already can’t wait to stay here again. It’s such a cozy relaxing vibe. Our boys had such a fun time here. Although the weather wasn’t the greatest, we still made the best of it.

Excellent little gem. RV was clean and well cared for. Outdoor area was perfect for fishing, sitting around the fire pit and light grilling. Having the ability to lock the gate at night, felt safe and secure. Bedroom ac blows cold. Living room a little warm during the day due to the amount of windows, but cool at night. Overall, a great place. Will book again.

Beautiful, peaceful location and restful, and well needed after all that Texas traffic! Loved being able to kayak on the river, as an extra bonus. My college-aged kiddos also loved it. And who couldn't love a hammock to live in! It was a quick weekend, good for the soul! Thanks so much!

Richard’s place is great. Love being able to walk to the pond to do some fishing. Close to the Tesla plant, for work.

Gary’s place was fantastic! We were able to walk to bars and restaurants. Very quiet, and comfortable. The listing was exactly how described. We will stay again on ou next visit to Austin.

We loved the peaceful surroundings, and all the animals, especially the deer. Shi was extremely helpful and super nice.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while in the area for a weekend hunt. Easy to get to, easy to get into and very clean!

Green Acres In Spicewood Texas is a Christmas Wonderland!!! My work group always goes for a weekend getaway in December that includes shopping, games, food and fun. This place fit the bill and more!! Raymond was an incredible host and had everything we could possibly need- from firewood, charcoal grills ready to go, a large refrig/freezer available for use and an ice machine. The bath house was beautiful and homey with amazing showers and a comfy place to gather with thoughtful amenities throughout! We stayed in The Ambassador, the Trailette and Tiny house 4 & 4.5. The grounds were clean and well maintained with little pieces of Texas Hill Country sprinkled all around. We were able to have our whole group outside for drinks and dinner, have an amazing time, a gorgeous Texas Hill Country sunset and campfire plus enjoy beautiful holiday lights all in the same place! We also shopped in the Christmas Barn which is amazing in itself- a must see and stop by during the Christmas season!!

My mother and I took a trip to Fredericksburg for a small getaway and we absolutely loved the airstream. It was so beautiful inside, it was way more beautiful in person. The inside was clean and neat and the outside was set up so perfectly to relax and hangout. The husband was very informative on how to work everything, he was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again!

Cozy and relaxing airstream. It felt as if we were actually camping 🏕️ clear view of the stars ✨ and a great place to start a fire and enjoy smores with the kiddos. Wake up to the sunrise and enjoy a quiet beautiful view to birds chirping and deer feeding. 🧘🏻‍♀️Lake has a nice swing that never failed to soothe my baby into a nap. The pool was so clean and relaxing. The property itself has many activities to keep your entire family busy. Very clean all around. A UTV rental is a must and if you’re lucky and quiet you’ll spot many deer on your adventure. We’re definitely coming back and staying in an airstream again! Best Staycation ever!

Really nice and cozy camper with tons of little touches like snacks, coffee, bath products, chargers etc. The covered porch is the star of the listing with fans, rocking chairs, a swing, and a nice outdoor dining table. The fire pit seating area is also wonderful. Note that if you are a large/ tall person the bathroom will feel very small. This is normal for a camper (I own one) but may come as a surprise for some. Great hosts, would stay again!

Our stay in the RV was an adventurous experience. The RV was well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is GREAT! Scott's property is beautiful. The kids really enjoyed the pool and swinging on the ropes. Scott is a wonderful host and a great company!

The location is beautiful with lake views right when you step out the door of the RV WALKING distance to boat ramp and community dock just a few hundred feet away and a great grassed area for fires and relaxing. For those of you that fish, this place can’t be beat for the price and how nice the RV is. Tamara was awesome with great communication and let us check in early. Her and her husband were awesome Will definitely will be going back. 🍻

We would give 20 stars if it was possible. The property was gorgeous, very clean, and the host are absolutely amazing!! We enjoyed fishing and the hot tub. If we needed anything they was very responsive and attentive! Molly went above and beyond for us and I’m so appreciative for that! When we travel back to texas we hope to stay here with them again!
