We had an incredible stay at this house. It was beautiful quiet and peaceful, the pool was perfect and the house was lovely. Mark was very responsive and provided us with lots of information about the local area. Would highly recommend!

Linda and Alex's villa is in a beautiful & peaceful location, it has a fantastic swimming pool and beautiful gardens with lots of things to do – table tennis, swimming, boules, & relaxing 😌 The area is wonderful with lots of River swimming and beautiful towns all within a 10/15 minute drive We will definitely be returning

The house is very nice, very well-equipped. We had a lovely stay, very quiet. Nearby tours and hikes are available. Rebecca was always responsive to our questions.

Fantastic property in a great location. We loved how private it felt whilst still only being a short hop to breath taking locations. The pool is outstanding and everything is clean and catered for. If you want to visit a beautiful place, receive a wonderful warm welcome and be sad to leave then this is the place for you!

Also, although we were not able to meet Dominique,we spoke by phone and message ,she was always very responsive,gave good advice and available when needed! Very good villa in a quite location near Sarlat centre. A little too far to walk to the town centre (steep narrow roads), however Emmanuelle gave us directions to a free car park which was only 2 minutes from the villa and only a 5 minute walk to town. The villa is equipped with a good range of facilities, including dishwasher, large fridge freezer and washing machine. Plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery/cooking pans. There are 4 good sized bedrooms, 3 with en-suite facilities and one with only a bath, which was a little inconvenient as the toilet was outside the room. There is a good gas fired barbeque at the front of the villa with comfortable outside dining facilities. The pool area is very nice and secluded. It has good quality sun loungers and a couple of easy chairs under a gazebo. It was a little too cool to use the swimming pool during our visit, however it should be very pleasant in warmer weather. Everyone had a great time.

Welcome nickel, Stéphane is super nice, we are quickly comfortable. The house is well heated, the shower is hot and the bedding is excellent. The forest less than a hundred meters away allowed children to have fun in complete safety. Some cooking utensils would need to be replaced... A small detail that didn't stop us from having a really nice time in this house. I recommend it without a problem.

My husband and I spend a wonderful time at Iris place. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy this beautiful historic home to ourselves and specially the peace and tranquility, views and wonderful home that lend itself for entertainment. We cooked, we enjoyed the pool, we talked along the vines, visited wonderful chateau's and wonderful towns and restaurant with a short drive. We look forward to come back soon with our entire family!

We only stayed 3 days without unfortunately being able to enjoy the very beautiful swimming pool due to capricious weather, but enjoyed the many quality appliances, sufficient dishes, etc. The house is very well equipped and very clean. Our host was responsive and attentive to our comfort.

this is the second time we have come to Laurent's place and we are still as delighted The house is big, clean, the bedding quality and each room with bathroom and toilet is really very nice. Laurent is very responsive and concerned about our comfort, big thank you for this stay!

Very nice accommodation, in perfect condition, it seems almost new. The common areas are very nice, large, nicely decorated and the bedrooms are also very nice and comfortable. Everything is perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen: everything is there, including nice large wine glasses. Large garden behind the house with covered terrace; it was not the barbecue season but it makes you want to come back!

A nice place, clean, true to photos. We had a very pleasant stay in Périgord Noir as well as in the house proposed by Thierry, who was also a very pleasant host! You can go there without second, thank you again for everything ☺️💐

On vacation with friends (12 people children/teenagers/adults) we had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation is peaceful and well located (caves of Lascaux, Tourtoirac, Pompadour, Uzerche.....), lots of activities for the evenings ( swimming pool,spa, billiards, foosball) allowed us to spend real moments of relaxation. Sylvette and her husband are friendly and very responsive. Thanks to them!

We had a great family stay at Sandrine's house. The place is perfect for a family, the house is spacious, very pleasant and very well located, on foot from the city center of Perigueux. I would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. Marion was very helpful and friendly. Easy to communicate with. Really lovely house, lots of space & character, very well equipped, lots of garden space and pool area. The house is very private, close to town and a good sized super market with in walking distance, although would suggest a hire car for convenience and sight seeing etc. If pressed to make any negative comment, it would be that there is some road noise when outside, we live where there is none, so it was noticeable to us. It would not put us off returning.

Lovely gîte in beautiful setting with fantastic outside spaces. Superb pool with beautiful views towards Sarlat. Wonderfully equipped accommodation with everything you could need. It was lovely to turn up and have the beds made and not have to shop for any of the essentials such as dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc. Katie was a wonderful host, with a great knowledge of the area. She provided an excellent welcome pack which we really appreciated. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend.

9 of us stayed at this beautiful house for the past week and we had plenty of space! The house offers inside and outside living, 3 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen! Everything you’ll need for a family get away is here. There is loads of little towns with restaurant each with their own quirky charms! Ribérac market and the river beach are a must to visit! Highly recommended.

Peaceful and pleasant, I had a very nice stay with my children. Vast and secure. I was pleasantly surprised to see that all the amenities were very well maintained and allowed the children to walk safely. There's a variety of things to do. I highly recommend it!

Great weekend with the family in great calm and close to Sarlat and its surroundings for beautiful visits.

Isabelle is a lovely person who is responsive and helpful. The gite was bright and cheerful and ideally situated for my husbands sculpture course in Vihonneur. It offered lots of lovely walks in the surrounding countryside. Rochefaucauld is a beautiful place and is only minutes away by car. I would highly recommend Isabelle's place to others.
