Condo vacation rentals in Bradenton

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

The place was as described and the location was perfect. The views were great, couldn’t be any closer to the beach.Could walk to a lot of places to shop, eat or drink. The condo itself was very roomy and can fit 6 to 8 people easily. Comfy beds and couches and recliner chairs. Balcony was really nice to sit in the morning and late afternoon. The only thing negative that I can say is it could use some updating esp in the bathroom(shower). The guest room with the 2 beds could use some better cleaning, dust on the ceiling and lots of dust on the wall decor. Not the owners fault, cleaning company just needs to do better but I understand they don’t have alot of time in between to turn the unit over.But other than that the place was great and had everything you need. My husband loved the huge TV in the living room. Now he thinks we need one🙄 I would definitely book again in the future. Lisa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. View was beautiful. So peaceful. Philip was so pleasant and checked on us via text to see if we needed anything. We will definitely come back to this wonderful condo.

David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!

As described and as pictured! A perfect place to stay right in the heart of the village. We also booked last minute due to another Airbnb last minute cancellation and Scott sent the info right away!

Karen’s home in Clearwater was better than expected! The condo was beautiful and incredibly spacious for four adults to comfortably enjoy the many areas to relax. We loved sitting outside on the deck in the early morning for coffee, after the beach to relax, and in the evening at night looking at the stars. The place was incredibly well equipped and well decorated. Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, large comfortable beds, great living room and outdoor furniture that allowed us all to sit together and enjoy the space. Karen was a great host - really helpful, checking in to ensure everything was going well and we were enjoying the space. She provided the perfect amount of proactive communication and was wonderfully accommodating to our group. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming again soon! Wonderful host - responsive, helpful and flexible around our departure time. The apartment is small but cozy, very well provisioned and extremely convenient. Just steps to the beach!

Max's condo exceeded our expectations. The pictures showed a beautiful place, but it was even better than the photos! Everything was clean and all of the amenities were provided. Kitchen had everything you could want, bedrooms had comfortable beds, beautiful linens and towels. Great view with furnishings. Location was right in the beach in a very safe neighborhood. even beach equipment was available. Easy access to parking.

Would absolutely stay here again! The views were beautiful and gorgeous from the condo, even the view from the parking garage was amazing. Right in the center of a lot of things to do, peaceful and super clean. The host was amazing at communication and was super helpful throughout the stay, really went above and beyond!!

I rented this for my family to celebrate some birthdays with some peace and the beach, the area was perfect across from the beach, Publix within walking distance, close to some really good restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 and dog friendly. We loved that the building only has about 10-12 units and made our pool visits feel more private. When we checked in the front desk was very nice and they recommended some spots nearby. Our kids really liked the inflatable park nearby as well. We are already planning our next stay. This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

There is an incredible view off the deck! We enjoyed this greatly. Condo was clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this place.

Sandra’s place is lovely! Extremely clean, comfortable, and well stocked kitchen and toiletries. She really has thought of everything. It was helpful having ziploc bags and containers for packing food on the go, spices and pantry essentials, first aid kit for a bandaid that was needed, fans for the bedrooms, etc. I stayed here for a girls weekend and the three of us would all highly recommend it!

Loved our stay. Have stayed at the Yatch Club before, but loved the size of this home. The second bedroom has twin beds but also a roll away bed in the closet (even though we ended up not needing it). The rooms were very large! We had everything we needed for the beach available to us, but the beach cart does need an update (should be larger and needs replaced (if you are coming with a larger family than 2). Every other thing you could possibly use at the beach is there at your disposal. The swimming pool is directly beside the house, which was awesome! The beds were comfortable and it is quiet! Will return here! (We stayed here for 3 weeks)

I stayed in the Tiki condo for 2 nights when I came into town for a wedding with my husband and two young kids. Chris is an excellent host! He was very responsive and provided the most clear information regarding the condo that we have ever experienced! The condo was clean and cute and met our needs well. The pool area was full of friendly vacationers, music and a bar with tasty treats. The pool was very warm even on a chilly day (68 and windy). Construction due to hurricane damage was minimal and did not impact our stay at all. Laundry facilities are extremely easy to access on the same floor as the condo. The drive into downtown Tampa was about 15 minutes. Overall we had a great stay. Chris is a top of the line host and did everything he could to make our stay convenient and comfortable! Highly recommend the tiki condo!

This is our second year staying in this complex. There are many walking trails that are a short drive, close to several beaches, restaurants and grocery stores.

The number one thing is that this has a beautiful view of the water out of the living room sliding glass door/window. The living room is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional to take care of yourself. The washer/dryer work well and have good capacity. Probably the only complaints are the parking is somewhat limited especially for a large SUV. The TV is not a "Smart" TV so I had to go out and buy a Roku to be able to watch shows. I never figured out how the cable worked. One can hear the road noise from the causeway, but surprisingly, it didn't keep anyone awake. Richard is easy to work with and responded fast to our numerous questions. I look forward to staying there again.

This was a great stay !! The location very convenient ! Very nice and place ! Has 2 bathrooms ! Access to the back yard with a nice pond view ! It has balls and games for the family to use ! And chairs to take to the beach ! Will be back ! Totally recommend !

Great place to stay! It was a very safe community with nice extras and was pretty close to the beaches. So nice to have the extra beach supplies to go shark tooth hunting at Caspersen Beach. The condo was clean and spacious.

Enjoyed all the boats and birds on the channel and even saw dolphins once. Sunsets at the beach or from the balcony were amazing. The trolley to Clearwater Beach or John’s Pass stopped right out front. The cozy unit was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Found a good laundry delivery service, Easy Kleen, that worked well while the laundry facilities are being remodeled from the hurricane. Scott was super responsive whenever I had questions or concerns.
