House vacation rentals in Bracklesham Bay

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

The mobile home had everything you needed for a short stay. It was very clean, the decor was nice and well-equipped. The location was well maintained but quiet, within reach of the beach and shops.

We stayed at Louisa’s house for a week at the end of the summer holidays. We were a multi generational group of 11, and used it as a base so we could sail at Dell Quay just minutes down the road. We all had a fabulous time sailing, swimming in the pool, playing tennis, going to Chichester Festival Theatre and visiting the Pallant Gallery too. We had a delicious meal at the Crown & Anchor pub just minutes down the road and went for walks along the beautiful shoreline. This house was perfect for us.

Amazing! This was our first family holiday and with little children wanted something simple but well equipped, this cabin did not disappoint, beautifully kept, everything we needed, felt very at home. The location of this cabin on the site is beyond perfect.. The on site shop and entertainment hub a 1min walk in one direction and beach and pool access in the other. This was the perfect for having a small child and baby, on rainy days a few hours in the pool, and then having fun on the beautiful beach. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely be returning! Crystal the owner was also just as amazing, quick with communication and even helped us with booking ferry crossings. Thank you so much Crystal, you helped this little family create their first holiday memories together x

Wow what a gem. Such a lovely cosy home from home. We spent 5 nights at this beautiful place over Christmas visiting our daughter and her family. Wendy was so friendly and helpful and communicated well with all our questions. Bed was so comfortable and managed to get some much needed extra sleep. Kitchen well equipped, sofa and chairs super comfy. Loved the colour coordination and the extra touches. Nice Christmas chocolates and milk tea coffee sugar etc. Really nice walk on the Red Squirrel Trail straight from the doorstep. We will definitely return and highly highly recommend. Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

A lovely house, homely and comfortable, very well-appointed and nicely maintained. Ria and Adam look after this place and do not scrimp on what they provide for their guests, which is very nice to see. The house is spacious and has three separate downstairs living spaces (that can be easily isolated) so you don't feel like you are all on top of each other. Bedrooms are light and airy (especially the large master) and the bedlinen and towels are top hotel quality and fresh too. The outside spaces are clean and clear with a lovely heated pool to the rear. Lots of space for guests to relax. Bathrooms are similarly well-appointed with nice high-end electronic shower controls and very clean and fresh-looking. Location is great and it takes about a minute to walk down the road to the beach access gate. There is a sea view from the master bedroom. All in all we had a great long weekend stay. Ria and Adam were very responsive and helpful.

A lovely little house which was perfect for our stay. Although its on a housing estate, its not overlooked at the back and has a very nice view over the garden at the back and was very peaceful and pleasant. The decor was very nice and we felt at home immediately, the king size bed was extremely comfortable and unusually I slept soundly from the first night. We found a fantastic place to eat just a few minutes drive away at Worlds End and the house itself was ideally placed to visit family in nearby Portsmouth. I would definitely recommend this place

Great property in a great location. House was as pictured and well kept. Great for larger group. Sarah, the host, was very responsive and quickly answered any questions. Very comfortable house and the underfloor heating was amazing. This spoiled my wife a little and we may have to look into getting some. House was always warm and it was cold outside. Kitchen was well stocked and the welcome goodies were lovely and thoughtful. Will definitely use again when going to the Isle of Wight. A lovely stay. Thank you Sarah.

Cornerstones is a great property which we rented for an 80th family party. When we arrived the hosts had left a welcome pack of milk etc. The kitchen is equipped with more than enough crockery/utensils/glasses and cookware for multiple guests and everything is spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are spacious with lovely comfy beds and quality bed linen. The layout was perfect for a family gathering being open plan so everybody was able to be together. There was ample parking and we all had a lovely waterside walk on the Saturday. Andrea and Arnie are excellent experienced hosts and were very helpful and responsive throughout the booking and I would like to thank you for making our party a great success. I would not hesitate to recommend Cornerstones and I can’t think of anything negative to say about it but thank you again.

Myself and a few friends were looking to escape and have a private beautiful place for a relaxing new year break and the barn was exactly this! We felt at home straight away. The barn is stunning - it’s somebody’s home with books, artwork, rugs, lots of life. Once you’re settled you won’t want to leave- we didn’t!

We all had a great time at The Sails. A lovely clean property with lots of space and the host tub was fab, too. Sarah was a great and responsive host. Thanks so much!

Immaculate, characterful and comfortable house and a beautiful and wild location. Host made us feel very welcome. Excellent dinner at The Lamb Inn 5 minutes drive away and great day on the beach at Wittering 30 minutes away. Can also recommend the Beach Cafe in Pagham itself. Five stars all round.

We booked Manor Court for my mums 60th birthday and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the place. It was perfect for an intimate family/friends get together. The whole place was pristine and looked brand new. Loved the big range of board games which was a nice touch! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a get together. I couldn’t fault anything! Alison was great at keeping in constant communication and ensured everything went smoothly.

The location and the condition of this house is amazing. It's a short drive from the ferry, with buses running from Ryde to various parts of the island, making it super helpful for tourists. We had BEAUTIFUL sea views from our bed (one can fall asleep looking at the colour changing on the sea) or the huge picture window in the living room. Very cosy and sufficient in terms of amenities within as well as around the house. the bedroom and bathroom spaces are wonderful. Our children had a lovely time in the bedroom clearly set up for kids. We went in winter and the place was snug and warm with running hot water and comfy duvets. The hosts are very accommodating and we definitely want to go back to stay again!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Amazing place - beautiful design - with a view that's unbeatable.

We spent a few days leading up to the New Year cerebrating my husband’s illy birthday and used Chichester as a location all of the family could get to easily as the train station is a few minutes walk away. From the very start Amanda & Dominic were amazing hosts and gave us great instructions on how to get in to the property and answered all of my pre-visit questions very quickly. We loved our stay in their home that literally wrapped itself around us the moment we entered, we all said we felt so comfortable there and the log fire was just so inviting and cosy. Amanda & Dominic were such lovely people that we had the pleasure of meeting . We would definitely stay again and recommend their home without hesitation.

Jessica’s home was well equipped tidy and very comfortable. We had a. Amazing time as 2 family’s with 4 children from 7 months to 9 years old. The outdoor space was beautiful, the children enjoyed the trampoline and slide and the bunk bed in particular was a hit with the boys. I recommend this house for those looking for a peaceful base to explore the South Downs and surrounding areas.

Lovely place to stay in Portsmouth. Sally has been very helpful and welcoming. The house is well equipped. Thanks for the baby furniture, it helped! Highly recommend.

A fabulous stay! Beds and sofa were super comfy, everything was super clean and the garden was so lovely. It was a gery short stay but would love to visit again.
