Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Boyne Valley Township

A group of 10 of us recently stayed at this incredible Airbnb and couldn't be more pleased! The custom home is nestled on 2 acres of pure tranquility, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. The 3,200 sq. ft. home is spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic open floor plan connecting the living room, dining room, and fully-stocked kitchen—perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms were cozy, and everyone slept comfortably. While there, we played games, watched movies, had a snowball fight in the backyard, cooked meals in the kitchen, and skied at Boyne Mountain. The large yard provided ample space for our vehicles. Just minutes away from downtown Bellaire, we took full advantage of ordering pizza and stopping at Shorts Brewery for drinks. I highly recommend this gem for a peaceful, activity-filled getaway!

Stay was great!! We do wish the patio was shoveled since we used the grill (lots of snow!) but that was the only thing. Very clean and accurate description. Super close to downtown! Would stay here again.

This was a great stay. I worked with Taylor to get some local vendors who would deliver flowers to the AirBnB for Valentines Day. One of the better communicating hosts I’ve ever stayed with. The location was great, we rented snowmobiles for the day, from a store just a few minutes away. Some good bars/restaurants close. Could see this being a great summer place too. The space was perfect for what we were looking for. The hot tub was clean and operated great. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Home was clean and spacious for our family of 6. Very nice quiet, private setting, yet located right off interstate which was great. Kitchen was nicely stocked with needed items. We were within 30-40 minutes of multiple ski resorts and Mackinaw City which made for a nice day trip. Definitely would consider staying here again for our families future trips to Northern Michigan.

My only complaint about this experience was that I had to leave. Although short, our stay was wonderfully sweet. This is SUCH a cute little spot with great cozy decor and furnishings to make you feel right at home. I love the thoughtful use of space and even the little fun touch of card games for couples! We stayed during winter so naturally everything is fairly quiet but I'm sure it would be even more fun during summer. My only helpful tip for future folks who stay here is to be mindful of the parking situation....which has nothing to do with the host but the city itself. Parking is directly behind in a lot and you just have to make sure you're in a metered spot that will not be plowed overnight or find another non-metered spot nearby. Since it was so windy and cold last night, I'm glad we got a close spot. Overall, I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Meghan was a wonderful host so know you'll be taken care of!

Nicest property I have ever rented. The rooftop deck was incredible, including the container plunge pool. Super awesome. Best place to watch sunrise in Charlevoix.

Great little place to stay while skiing at Schuss. Couldn’t be more convenient - Ivan’s, ticket office, and lifts just steps away. Room was clean and fully stocked with everything you could need for a ski weekend. Hosts were great communicators. Thanks for a great Michigan winter weekend!

We had a great stay! So close to Boyne. The interior was nicely furnished and had a cozy feel. There were snacks and coffee and hot cocoa provided which was a nice touch and appreciated. My favorite feature was the separate thermostats. I was able to keep my bedroom toasty while other areas remained cooler as the other family members preferred. As stated by the owners and other guests the circular stairs can be challenging for some people especially when it’s icy and snowy.

Great place near the shuttle to take you to Schuss for skiing or there is cross country skiing, trails, lots of winter activities.

Our second time staying here. Very clean and neat. Super close to the horse park and the beach. Host is always responsive within a few minutes. Will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The whole place was really cozy, comfortable and clean. We loved the rooftop hot tubs. She had stuff set out for recommendations on what to do in the area, places to see and eat. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!!

Our stay at Kathy’s place was perfect! The rental was spotless upon are arrival and Kathy was extremely flexible with check in and checkout. Her communication before and during our stay was outstanding and prompt. Kathy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during are stay. I would definitely recommend her place and happily rent from her again in the future.

Great place for big families, host was very responsive and condo is in a great location. Our only comment is that the condo can potentially hold 14 but there are only 2 bathrooms and one is in the master bedroom so a little hard for everyone to access at all times, other than that a great place and kitchen is fully equipped.

We had a great stay here. Everything was beautiful, clean and convenient to the downtown area and water.! The host provided cookware dishes, accessories at the condo. Everything was extremely clean and organized. She was even sweet enough to leave a thank you gift for renting will totally come back in the summertime and rent again.

Fantastic location and setting! This home is large with multiple bedrooms/beds, great decks to hang out on, good grill, nice kitchen, sauna and plenty of bathrooms for a crowd. Good coffee and basic spices/oils were provided, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty dishware and housewares. The property is beautiful with mature trees and grassy areas. It is set off the road so very private. Hosts were responsive to every question before and during our stay - excellent communication throughout. We love Bellaire, Shanty Creek, and all the area has to offer. We brought our boat and slipped it at Northaire Resort on Clam lake making it easy to use. We will try to rent this home again when we come back!

We had an amazing stay at Melanie’s apartment! The location is perfect—just a short drive to Nub’s Nob mountain for skiing and right in front of a beautiful lake, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and it was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. Melanie is an outstanding host—adorable, helpful, and always quick to respond to our questions. Her hospitality truly enhanced our experience. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this place is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway. We highly recommend Melanie’s apartment and would love to return in the future. The Bellaire property was nice. The Shanty Creek pool was lacking. We did not get time to golf. The restaurant at the clubhouse of the golf course was nice.
