I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this charming Devon holiday home , and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the incredible hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. If you’re looking for a perfect escape in Devon, this holiday home is an absolute gem. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Thank you to the wonderful hosts for creating such a memorable experience.

We had the most fantastic stay, Andy was so welcoming and helpful, showing us how to light the log burner for the hot tub and even kindly got the log burner started whilst we went out for dinner, so that it was ready for when we got back! The accommodation was spotless, had everything we needed and more, with those extra touches that make a stay really great (our Labrador was delighted with his dog biscuits!) . Easy walk into Kingsbridge which had everything we needed in terms of shops and restaurants. We just wished we had booked for longer!

Fantastic house and brilliant facilities unfortunately as it was just a short stay we didn’t have time to make use of the cinema room or hot tub but we certainly would have if we had been there longer. The massive dinner table was amazing and we as a party of 10 sat comfortably around it dining and playing games. It is located in the heart of Teignmouth and a very short walk from the beach so no car was needed. Parking was just a short walk away and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this property.

This house is absolutely beautiful! It truly lives up to everything it promises. The amenities are top-notch, and everything is exactly as described. The location is ideal, situated in a peaceful, quiet area that offers both comfort and convenience. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the environment while still being close to everything you need. Highly recommend!

Our family had a good stay, there was plenty of space for 9 adults and 3 infants. The garden was really spacious and we enjoyed use of the fire pit, BBQ, trampoline and hot tub. The only downside was the kitchen was a bit small for us, as we cooked the majority of meals at home and ordered a big food shop for a week, which we had to split between the two kitchens (upstairs and downstairs). Walkable to Princetown where there are local facilities and amenities, plus driving to many nice places on the moors, but roads are narrow and can take some time to get places, being in the heart of Dartmoor.

very nice, clean, bright, and spacious area! dog friendly, which was great for us. Our dog was able to roam around freely and relax in different rooms without strangers as there were so many rooms to spend time I'm away from your bedroom. Anthony was very friendly, very responsive over app, and great with our dog who can be nervous around men. hottub was a great addition. no issues here! depending on the guests who stay with you depends on how loud or quiet the communal area is at night, we had a family playing muical doors at 10pm each night, but was very quiet and peaceful once everyone settled. Good location to travel around Devon! would definitely recommend it!

Antony was amazing host ,very respectful and understanding , I will definitely recommend who is looking for quite and relaxing place to stay . Place is very looked after and can be more than 5 star rated hotels ,as long you ok to comunicate with some pll who is sharing it perfect it can get a bit uncofortable for those who is looking proper isolation . The Lost Cabin was a beautiful, stylish and pristine space. Very cosy even in mid-winter, we were always comfortable. David was most friendly and we'd love to stay again.

Wow! What a place! It sounds a cliche but we will definitely be visiting again! Next time for more than one evening. We’re already looking through the diary for the next available weekend. It was everything we expected and more. We stayed as it was as close to an event we were attending that evening. Upon arrival we were worried about getting a taxi to an event as uber didn’t work well in the area. Jill (the host) kindly asked what time we needed to be there and what time we needed to be collected and she organised it all. She really went above and beyond what was expected and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at Willow Lodge, Emma was a great host and very helpful. The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed, the Hot Tub was much appreciated after a long walk on Dartmoor. Kingslakes is very dog friendly and we enjoyed our meal in the on-site restaurant/bar. Already looking forward to our next visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the spa lodge - it was such a peaceful and private setting with the garden being perfectly suited for our dog and the beach a stones throw away. Tim was incredibly helpful at check in and provided us with an extensive list of things to do in the local area - a 10/10 experience and would highly recommend a visit. Thanks Tim!

Absolutely loved our stay at Gina's Lodge! A warm welcome with a generous tray of goodies! clean, cosy, comfortable and wonderfully decorated giving a nice home from home feel. Fully equipped kitchen too! Hot tub a big hit with all the family We will be keeping our eyes open for dates to return in the future. hopefully we can come and explore in some better weather. many thanks the Farr Family

Would highly recommend. The host was very responsive and always on hand if needed. The area is lovely and quiet and the lodge itself was very clean, well equipped and warm/comfortable. You also get access to the ponds, zip line and swing for kids. Hot tub was also a great bonus. I’d say the photos don’t do it justice, the lodge itself is nicer and larger than it looks on the pictures. Also a lovely local pub 20mins walk away (1mile max walk) and coast is only 30mins drive. Would consider returning.
