Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté

It was a non-standard house and that was a nice change: tastefully decorated and cozy. The garden had several seating areas (with sun and/or shade: depending on what you wanted) and also inside it was good to stay. Nice sofa, complete kitchen, nice shower & bathroom (2 even, but yes: you don't need it with 2 people). Lots of detail for the decor (color use) and details; cozy! The presence of a lot of leaflets with sights is also valuable! Very clever and nicely fixed!

We just stayed a few days in this former Vosges farmhouse and had a dream Christmas Eve there. The description and pictures entered on this site are accurate; you can book without hesitation! Full of charm and authenticity, this cottage is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Everything is designed to make you feel good. My favorite is on the covered terrace that is to fall ♥♥♥ In addition, ideally located in a quiet area on the edge of a hamlet nestled in nature (lots of nice walks from the cottage!), it is nevertheless less than 15 km from the tourist infrastructure of Gerardmer and the nearby village of Corcieux offers all amenities. Finally, cherry on the cake, almost 700 m above sea level, snow is quickly present. For us, it is certain that if we have to return to the Vosges, we will not look for another place to stay.

Our short trip was far too short, but we enjoyed the few days. We felt very comfortable in the particularly charming house. Our excursions have been limited to the place in autumnal sun and the glass factory. And in the evening, a glass of Beaujolais by the fireplace ended the days well.

We had a very nice stay over Christmas at this charming house of Yann! The house is extremely cozy, with a crackling fireplace that provided a wonderful atmosphere. Highlights were the sauna, hot tub and river right outside where we could even go ice bathing – but even without ice bathing, the house is absolutely recommended. ;) The location is ideal: right by the forest, perfect for relaxing walks, yet only 5 minutes drive from Gérardmer where we enjoyed the Christmas market and shopping. A perfect place to spend the holidays with the whole family!

Very well equipped accommodation, the rooms had the beds made on arrival with towels available on them . Very clear and practical instructions for the key box and for unfolding the sofa bed . Just to specify one of the bedrooms is in the basement so with stairs but otherwise everything was fine , no complaints . I would highly recommend.

Property located in the city center, with possibility of street parking or nearby. We felt like we were in a small house in the city center. The neighborhood quiet condition and clean apartment. No problem.

Very pleasant stay with family. Clean ,convenient, well laid out place with views of the mountains. Anthony is friendly, very helpful and responsive to his hosts. He was always able to respond to our requests. I recommend it without a problem.

We had a great stay here in Morzine for a week of skiing. The location was excellent, an easy 5 minute walk to the bottom of the Pleney gondola, and minutes from the main square, and shops and restaurants. The apartment is on the ground floor which is a bonus after a long day of skiing. The apartment was very spacious and relaxing. Beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked for cooking. We would definitely love to stay again. The optional extras that mountain extra offer, Ski hire to the door & Lift passes collected, was a real treat, and one I thoroughly recommend!

This was the most perfect place to stay in Beaune, quiet and peaceful with every detail attended to, beautiful design wise inside and felt like home from the start :). Every detail was considered, great coffee, abundant towels, robes, a good washer and dryer, a magnificent fireplace which made it cozy on cold days, even yoga mats for my evening stretching and Pilates to stay in shape over my holiday. Cristina was very attentive also with every request from restaurant recommendations to taxi cab suggestions for the train station. Every Airbnb owner should do the same with the robes and yoga mats!

We had an amazing and wonderful stay in Anna’s villa in St Diè. The location is absolutely wonderful and private, with a very well maintained private and covered swimming pool and a jacuzzi in a very large garden. The interior of the living room and kitchen is great. Huge sofa, lots of windows/glass doors and room for everyone and a balcony surrounding the luxury living room. When we encountered a little problem with the dishwasher, it was replaced with a new working one the very same day, to our surprise. Anna and her husband are available as soon as you need them and reply very fast, while they are very respectful of the privacy one would like on a holiday. This beautiful house, with all the luxurious advantages, gave our holiday much more than we expect. The location is amazing, with the most beautiful places within driving-distance. We would most definitely recommend to stay in Anna’s Villa and book this beautiful house as soon as you can. It will add so much to your stay.

We had a pleasent stay in this villa. The house was as great as expected. The equipment was great and the whole house was very clean. Hadrien was also always there for us, if we had any questions. He always answered us very quickly and responded to our requests/needs. We would like to thank Hadrien for the incredible 2 nights we spent in this house!

Beautiful house, very well equipped and very beautifully decorated. Nothing is missing, everything is done to make you feel at home. The house offers plenty of entertainment. A great experience for the evening of December 31. Very good hospitality from the host. Quiet and peaceful location. We highly recommend!

Very good welcome for only one night. The cheese maker and convenience store nearby were appreciated. We took advantage of the fireplace that Philippe (very friendly) allowed us to use the fireplace with the logs he had prepared. We will keep fond memories of this beautiful meeting and the cool baba cottage.

We were a larger group with children in the accommodation. The house really has a lot to offer. The furniture may not be modern anymore but in very good condition and above all very clean! The additional kitchen in the lower area was also helpful. The garden with trampoline and swing was a highlight for the kids. We were understandably unable to use the pool due to the season. Regarding the rooms, maybe a note. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room to another bedroom. We thank you Jean-François for the great stay and that you were always very easily accessible. We will be happy to come back.
