What truly stands out in this rental is the warm welcome we received from Mohamed. He was standing outside the apartment building when we arrived by taxi from the airpot. Mohamed carefully showed us how to enter and exit the apartment, all the amenities, and how to operate the appliances. This kind, thoughtful, and sweet reception rarely happens and we were impressed. The location is perfect with easy access to the lake, shopping and restaurants. Taxis can be hailed right outside the door. There is a convenience store next door, it closes at 10:00 pm. The apartment is nicely decorated with period movie posters. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all with soap, toilet paper. It is a 10 minute taxi to the amazing downtown Souk area, an incredible labyrinth of shops. The airport is only 5 minutes away yet the area is quiet. Our taxi to the airport was less than 5 dinar. Hass is an excellent communicator and host, I would happily return. Thank-you, Hass.

A quiet garden where you can get away from the chaos of the most central areas of Tunis. The place is spacious and well organized. Recommended

I'd like to say that staying at Manel Airbnb was amazing. from day one, my plane got seriously delayed and Manel made sure to be around to welcome me and gave a great tour of the place despite the late hour. the place is clean, big, well equipped and close to some main attractions like the Bardo Museum. the location is also very quiet. The last day I forgot my charger after check out and Manel was again very responsive to make sure that I got my charger back. I'll return to this place without thinking twice

I travel to Tunis almost twice a year, and Sihem’s place is by far the best place I ever stayed in, amazing apartment, high quality furniture and appliances, comfortable and spotless clean place. Sihem was really friendly and helpful. Location is really decent too, Bardo could be busy and crowded in some areas, but it’s really nice and close to the airport, you can walk and easily find places to eat, drink coffee and chill. The place is 100% worth it, it’s my number 1 place to stay in Tunis.

We had a pleasant stay at Ahmed's. The apartment is as in the photos and has everything you need. The district is quiet and central. Extremely recommended for your stay in Tunis.

We had a huge chance to stay in this apartment. A stone's throw from the Medina (beautiful), we were in this place that is full of charm and very comfortable. We finally had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Rabâa, who had moved immediately to settle a technical problem, and to discuss with her on all the topics over a drink on the rooftop of the Dar El Jeld hotel...

We truly enjoyed our trip and stay! This was one of the most beautiful homes I’ve stayed in through Airbnb, with thoughtful attention to detail. We especially loved spending our evenings by the cozy fireplace—it was such a relaxing highlight. Houda was an exceptional host, incredibly responsive and attentive. She even went out of her way to drop off extra firewood when we were running low, which we greatly appreciated. A few points to note: - During our stay, there was unusually severe rain that caused some leaks in the house. Houda addressed the issue quickly and explained that this was rare for Tunisian weather, where homes are designed for better ventilation in the heat. - Travelers should know that the apartment is a bit off the beaten path from the more touristy areas of Medina. While we felt safe traveling with my male partner, the streets are not well-lit at night, which could be unsettling for female or solo travelers.
