This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

we had a lovely stay at Jos’s accommodation, it had everything we needed. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy too. the linen was clean and the towels provided were soft and washed. i would highly recommend staying at Jos’s accommodation if you need a pit stop or break in manchester, very accessible and easy to park. will stay again.

Shelduck Cottage was the perfect cosy getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the cottage's character and the fantastic views. It truly felt like a home away from home. The facilities were excellent, and we especially loved the fun touch of the decorative ducks in every room – such a unique and delightful detail! Angela was a wonderful host; communication was quick and easy, and she was incredibly responsive when we encountered a small issue, resolving it swiftly and efficiently. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Shelduck Cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed with a group of friends - was fantastic, the gaming room, the pool, the garden/bbq areas, freshly cut football pitch. Only issue was one of the wifi routers didn’t work, but we worked around it.

Most beautiful property with picturesque surroundings. Delanie welcomed us and there was a lovely hamper full of M&S goodies. Then we were left to enjoy ourselves. Questions could be asked via the site, and quickly responded too. The property was pristine and beautiful. The showers were lovely. Beds comfortable with lovely rooms. Especially loved the attic room. The kitchen was well equipped. Delanie added a nice touch with the tea, coffee, milk, bread and butter. And the M&S jams! Loved having tea n toast when we bought our belongings in. The views from the front and back of the property are beautiful and calming. With trees staying in the wind. We wasn't disturbed during our visit. So it didn't matter that we was on the hosts private land and living space. Delanie gave us clear and plenty of information. Delanie was the perfect host! Polite and helpful. Me and the family are looking for reasons to stay again. We all loved it so much. And we watched Deadpool in the pool.

Stopped at the hobbit house for a couple of nights. Michael was a great host and was there to welcome us when we arrived. The place was amazing and definitely worth stopping. The hot tub and swimming pool was a lovely addition aswell. There’s a thatched pub within a 10 minute car journey and is also worth a visit. Thank you again Michael for an amazing couple of days 😊

Had a fantastic couple of days in Hebden over new year. Property is 10 minutes walk from the town and the canal. Loads to do in town, some fantastic pubs ! Loved the duke box in the house !

I just stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Irene's place really is a home away from home! communication was excellent prior to my arrival, and the house was perfectly located for a few events I had in the city centre and surrounding areas of Bradford. I was able to park outside the house, and with lots of driving around this was really important. The house is very welcoming and warm, comfortably furnished including super comfy beds and pillows! great WiFi, shops and everything you need close by. I really couldn't have asked for a better stay or a better host, and I will look to book again next time I'm in town! thank you for everything Irene ☺️

The house was in a great location, close to shops, pubs and the canal. We always managed to get a parking space close by. We enjoyed our stay, designed to catch up with extended family from Yorkshire and Manchester. Beds were very comfortable and it was lovely and quiet, so a great night's sleep. The dog loved his morning walks by the canal. We had lovely meals at Stubbing Wharf and The White Lion Inn.

A lovely house, the cinema room is definitely the highlight. Equipped with all you need for a lovely long weekend stay.

We had chosen this place as it was a ten minute drive to the arts and music festival we were attending. The house is lovey and spacious, on a quiet street but very easy to get to Salford and Manchester. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay.

House was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It was convenient having so many bathrooms and the kitchen was really well stocked! We particularly enjoyed the communal areas, perfect for watching a film in the evening, having pre going out drinks and making brunch in the morning. The only slight negative is that the rooms were much smaller than pictured and the beds very firm which none of us are used to and so didn’t sleep that well. That said, it was easy to get into Manchester City centre from where we were (around £15 in an uber) and much cheaper than staying in the city. I asked our host a fair few questions before we arrived and she always came back quickly. All in all, a great stay and we had a fantastic weekend!

Woow!! All I can say is this place was beautiful! The kids felt at home with the amazing play room. The bedrooms were very clean and smelt lovely. They left us a hamper of breakfast stuff and essentials that are easy to forget at home. I will be booking this place again very soon. I didn't want to leave 😂 Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rich and Ala's place. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Also, our hosts were very accommodating seeing as we booked quite late in the day. Communication was great and we were given all the instructions we needed for gaining entry to the property and using the appliances. We had a great stay and would highly recommend their lovely home from home

Having recently moved back to the UK, I had to stay in 6 Airbnbs while looking for a home. This AirBnB topped them all! So homely, I wished we didn't have to leave again 😅. The host was so proactive, telling us all we needed to know, being helpful even to the point of going beyond the basics to providing us a blender, extra towels when requested. It was a 7-star stay and we will definitely consider their home next time we need an Airbnb in Manchester. Truly enjoyed our stay there.

We had a lovely stay. The house looks just like the pictures and had plenty of space for all of us. The location is great for getting into central Manchester, and Jordan and Tate were responsive and helpful throughout. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is only one bathroom, but this was clearly mentioned in the listing, so we were prepared. Overall, a very nice stay. Thank you!

My friends and I had a wonderful time here. We stayed for a concert at the Co Op arena so this was a decent location though it’s not close to the main center. Uber is a five min drive away from the arena so that was helpful. The super spacious place was lovely and clean, fully equipped, perfect for what we needed. I’d love to come back.

Eddy's place was great, it had everything we needed and much more -- a very well equipped kitchen! Eddy also was super helpful in supplying high chair and cot. Loved the local area, great pubs, restaurants and charity shops. Thank you !
