Place was great--fit our needs perfectly. Recommend opening windows at night to bring in that beautiful fresh air. Our 4.5 yo was absolutely over the moon by all the activities outside in the yard-- very well equipped area for adults and kids alike! The sand toys were also a hit--we loved walking to the beach and appreciated how well written the instructions were. Just took a photo of them and went on our way. Only bummer is the lack of sidewalks in Aptos, but most cars do seem to watch for walkers. Marianne's ice cream is great, and tamales across the street also fantastic. Weather cooperated and the easy access to Santa Cruz and Monterey made this location ideal. Colm was a great host--responded immediately to any questions I had. Very thankful for this spring break trip--we truly feel rejuvenated!

We had such a wonderful stay at Mariam's place! From the moment we booked, Mariam was incredibly kind and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions right away. The house was spotless and super cozy — the perfect size for our family of four and our two pups! It's in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this awesome Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! The house was exactly as described—charming, clean, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The hosts provided clear instructions for check-in. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful yet close to all the best attractions. The space itself had everything we needed and more—well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and cozy living areas. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Monterey Area.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was peaceful and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. One of the biggest highlights was how welcoming they were to our pups. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent; they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

Great home base for a family trip to San Jose. Bedrooms were spacious, and having a king bed in every bedroom was quite nice.

There were 9 adults for a girls weekend and it fit us perfect! The beds are comfortable. The couches were super comfortable. Plenty of blankets and towels. The temperature in the house was perfect. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. Mina was proactive and sent messages with all the information needed to get in and enjoy the home. And then the day before our departure provided cleaning instructions which were very minimal. She responded quickly to any questions I had. We were able to fit 4 vehicles in the drive way. I recommend this place!

This place is very clean and beautifull. Its closed to downtown and has a modern set up. Host is very responsive. We had a great time staying her and will be back again.

My friend and I had a very nice stay. Everything was just as described and pictured. It was quiet, comfortable, and walking distance to a great coffee shop, restaurants, and most importantly, the ocean. (Plus, a lovely view of the ocean.) Petko was easy to communicate with too.

Beautiful place! It's a 3 minute drive to Whole foods and lots of restaurants nearby.

I stayed here for about a week with my two kids for spring break. I felt very safe here traveling without a partner - right across the street from the police station, next to the fire house, and secure locks on the doors. This place was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, walking distance from downtown and the beach, lots of space for us plus a few friends who came to visit. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. We had an amazing stay at Ahnalisa’s beautiful home in Monterey! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to them every morning was a treat. It’s also in a perfect location: peaceful, yet just a short and easy walk to everything we wanted to explore. Ahnalisa was a wonderful host and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Monterey!

Always a great time at this condo! It is so close to the beach that even my baby did not have a problem going back and forth! Clean and bright, beautiful views.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

This was in an excellent location for walking to both the beach and various restaurants. I appreciated that ample linens and towels were provided. The living room was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. There were thoughtful touches, like providing tea, bottled water, and blueberry muffins upon my arrival. The host was extremely responsive and helped me to arrange retrieving an important item I left behind. I would book this location again.

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.

This condo was perfect for my getaway trip. Spacious, well-appointed, and the views from the balcony were beyond amazing! Although this was a solo trip, I could easily see staying here with others and not feel the least bit crowded. I was blessed with blue skies and warm temperatures. Perfect weather for al fresco dining on the balcony and exploring Aptos.
