Good accommodation, compliant and adequate for one night, in the basement of a family home. The only thing to know is that if you measure more than about 1m85, you will almost touch the ceiling! 🙂

The very nice place and everything was smooth

Super nice stay, luxuriously decorated and finish. Stay was clean and big. Beds were comfortable. Were made with blankets and not with a duvet. Wellness was fantastic. Kitchen with all the comforts. Delicious Nespresso coffee available. We will definitely come back very much enjoyed.

Here we had a great extended weekend! Right in the center of Malmedy, fresh shop across the street, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. Apartment itself is nothing to criticize, everything tip top! Communication with the hosts was very smooth, friendly and always quick to respond. We'd love to come back here!

We loved staying here. It was right in town. The balcony was huge and nicely set up. The space was nicely laid out to spend time in.

Excellent stay and great value for money. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable and felt a safe space. The property is not in central Liege, but there is a bus stop two minutes walking which takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre and also stops right outside the train station. There is technically no parking, but the surrounding streets are ‘green zones’, meaning parking is free of charge providing you are not causing an obstruction. There are tram lines outside the property, but they have not gone ‘live’ yet (April 2025) so you can park right outside if you wish. Access to the property was straight forward, with the lock box access code given prior to arrival. The host was very responsive to questions and came across very friendly. The surrounding area does not have much going on in terms of bars. There is a lovely burger restaurant around the corner called Din’O Burger which I would recommend, they also deliver. Would stay again!

Beautiful location in a quiet village. Ideal for hikes (pay attention in hunting season!) Parking for 3 cars, modern comfortable house with the necessary amenities. The host was clear in his communication.

Very nice house, one bedroom is a bit separate from the rest, can be an advantage or disadvantage. But can also be solved very easily by opening the between door back. I understand his choice, but in our situation ( couple with 5 kids) it was more convenient had to be the door open. But this is only a small thing. House was very neat and everything present. Christian was extremely friendly and always immediately accessible. Top location

We had a really pleasant stay at this Apartment. Laurence is a really nice and friendly host. The Apartment is nice and cozy and exactly how she described it. We really enjoyed staying at the pool. Its nice and clean and the poolshed was good for chilling. We really can recommend this Airbnb to calm down relax and have a good time. Thanks to Laurence and her lovely Family

Juliane was a super nice hostess. Her house/property is really awesome. Even more beautiful than the pictures. We spent our annual men's weekend there with 16 boys. Everything really fits. We'll come again any time. Thank you very much

It was a beautiful house with highlights such as horses, which the children were very happy about! The apartment is lovingly decorated, well maintained and spacious. Unfortunately, we did not have our slippers with us; the floor was a bit cold in the long run (but it is also due to the tiles😊). All in all, a great place to stay and lovely hosts. We would come back.

It was a nice location and a nice cottage! There was a crazy smell when you entered, but once in the rooms you didn't smell it. We had a very nice weekend.

Olivia and Eric's place is one of the most beautiful Airbnb I've ever seen! Every detail is thought out with taste, and the whole thing is as warm as it is refined. The bathroom is beautiful, and the bedroom under the roof is particularly cozy with its small seating/TV area, perfect for relaxing. Everything you need for a drink is available, which is very nice. In addition, the nearby restaurants are all nice, making the stay even more enjoyable. A real favorite, I would recommend it without hesitation!

We look back on a few very relaxing days in Gîtes Doyard, either the stay of host Bert. The contact is already good from the beginning, the house is spacious and equipped with every comfort, the location is really fantastic. The large garden, where the spacious jacuzzi is located in a screened area, invites you to spend the whole day during beautiful spring days. But also visit the area: Houffalize, Bastogne (impressive war museum) Durbuy and La Roche are some recommendations. We are also joining returning visitors for this nice holiday home in the Ardennes.
