Spent a very pleasant few days after Xmas at Patricia's flat, its very cosy and warm and has a brilliant location so you could just pop out to the shops round the corner. The fact it also has parking is a great bonus in such a central location.

Nice and clean home location perfect

This penthouse is stunning. We wanted a quiet getaway for a family of 6 adults and this was perfect! The penthouse was immaculately clean, linen was of a high standard and the kitchen had all you could possibly need. We loved the balcony which was perfect for that first quiet cuppa. The penthouse is situated in the village and a short walk to the sea which was perfect for us. Overall an amazing stay and wish we had booked longer! Would highly recommend. Thank you to Sarah for making checking in and out seamless. A pefect stay.

An absolutely dreamlike stay! The beautiful attic bedrooms were cozy and perfect, and the place had every amenity we could need. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. Every detail exceeded our expectations, making it truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Stunning apartment and a top notch Sonos home entertainment system (for movie lovers)!... Comfy and great design. Absolutely loved our stay, and will certainly make this place our number one choice when visiting Portsmouth again.

Very nice stay in a spotless flat and happy to met a very keen and nice family. The place is really 1 minute away from beach and Bognor Regis is a city full of grace. Thanks for everything, it was perfect for the tree of us.

Roger’s apartment was a lovely, bright open space. It was very well equipped and perfect for four of my friends and I for our 3 night stay in Portsmouth. Roger was also very helpful assisting with parking and came back to me very quickly. I would recommend recommend Roger’s apartment for a stay in this area.

Olivia’s apartment was beautiful, it has exactly what you need for a stress free stay! Clean and comfortable with a great kitchen and a lovely little private outdoor area. It’s walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants and all amenities, and is off the main drag for a bit of peace and quiet. It’s such a bonus to be able to park right outside too! Olivia answered any questions I had promptly and is a great host. I will definitely stay again next time we visit Worthing!

SUPERB! From start to finish our break was truly wonderful. Rob as a host was proactive and very supportive at all times, couldn’t ask for better, we can say one of the best! The apartment was well positioned, extremely clean and generously equipped. (everything worked!😃) Also, there was a welcome hamper with some treats and a bottle of wine, lovely touch!😃 For the four days we were there, we were warm and comfortable, it soon felt like home. We loved walking our dog to the beach every day, which is only a stone’s throw away. We fully recommend ‘Goldeneye’ and all it has to offer, we will definitely return. Thank you so much Rob! ☺️

Alison's flat was lovely, clean and easy to keep warm, we had a lovely few days and had very nice walks on the beach.

Beautiful and well placed flat. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable and in walking distance from all the main attractions. Highly recommended.

This beautiful apartment was a haven. We came down for a wedding and could have easily stayed in a hotel , but decided to make a break of it , and so glad we did. The space was gorgeous and elegant, beautifully decorated , and perfectly stocked with everything needed. Easily walkable into town but we tended to eat in as so cosy with wonderful sea views.Other walks of island easily accessible. Communication with host Clare was brilliant from the get go Would highly recommend this property.

We stayed in the apartment over Christmas and New Year, and it was a wonderful stay. Syreeta and Mark decorated the flat for us and we felt right at home. The flat was warm and felt secure. We had a great short stay at Michelle’s beautiful apartment. Plenty of room for the 5 of us plus the dog and set in a great location, 5 minutes from the beach and some really nice restaurants. We would definitely return.

I rented the apartment whilst my purchase was being finalised and felt right at home. Dunc and Wendy were very responsive and helpful. The apartment is beautiful and gorgeously decorated, staying true to it's origins. As others have said, it could do with a deep clean but that's not always easy to arrange in between guests. The park area outside is lovely and it's a short walk to town centre and the beach. All in all, I had a lovely time and felt very relaxed there.

Perfect place to stay, and excellent location. Setting was beautiful with pool and tennis court as added extra. Sara (housekeeper) was brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly and was great to communicate with. Highly recommend

The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, well heated and very cosy. Clive and his wife are excellent hosts and they provide a very friendly and professional welcome (updated printed instructions clarifying use of all amenities, extras like a small bottle of milk, personal meet and great etc!). The location in a very quiet rural street with good walking into Arundel or Happy Valley directly accessible, makes for a very pleasant “get away from it all” stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay and fabulous hosts. The apartment was fabulous and the view out over the beach was a great way to wake up. The complimentary wine was much needed after a long day travelling 😊 The only less than positive point was that the High Street had several empty shops and hotels which was a shame. This was only a minor point and we had a lovely time in a fabulously apartment hosted by brilliant hosts. The chicken and pizza takeaway across the road was great and the Co-op was only 2 mins walk up the high street with everything you could need for an Airbnb stay. We will be back 😊🙏🏻
