We had a great time with the family. The apartment is superbly decorated , very clean and quiet. We were looking for a quiet place while staying close to the center and this apartment meets all the criteria. The garden is a real plus. The kids also loved their cozy little room. Sophie was available and responsive. Access to the listing is facilitated by the presence of a lockbox. The location is ideal on the harbor. An appreciable loggia. It was a pleasure for us to have occupied this space in line with our needs for a few days.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. Close to the sea and cosy for a family of four, very well equipped and really useful to have private parking.

The place is impeccable. Cleanliness is ensured. From the apartment everything is within walking distance. Private parking is an undeniable plus and finally Gary is very nice and accommodating for check-in as well as check-out. Thank you everything was perfect, I highly recommend the place.

We arrived in Deauville earlier than check-in and Oriane allowed us to check in earlier, which was very nice and convenient for us! The place is clean and the apartment is equipped with everything you need! I especially liked the kitchen, which is compact, but very comfortable! We also enjoyed the balcony overlooking the small garden and the Deauville buildings! Thanks again to Oriane and wholeheartedly recommend this place! We will definitely be back! Good luck!

Spacious and bright, comfortable and well equipped apartment with quiet "typical " street views (living room dining / kitchen) and leafy courtyard (bedroom. A few minutes walk from the train station, shops and restaurants, the port and the fish market – also close to Deauville... My stay coinciding with the American Film Festival, I was able to go to the various "words" by braving the elements with the steps of shopping... It's very simple... I had no desire to leave...!

The house offers a peaceful and relaxing charm, ideal for relaxing. The interior was tastefully decorated and has all the comforts you need. We had a lovely time in this lovely house. This stay will remain a precious memory. We'll be happy to go back.

The "perfect" rental! In addition to being beautiful, the building is very functional and very well-equipped! We stayed two nights but it could be quite suitable for a "long" rental. It is very well located for the "historic" tourism of the region. Virginia and Florentin are very available and provide many practical tips to make the most of the region. And thank you for the bottle of cider upon check in:o) We recommend it!

Beautiful house from the turn of the century, very pleasant to live in even in winter. We immediately felt at home. We were able to live a few " timeless " days with the family for the Christmas period. It is ideally located in relation to downtown Houlgate and to go for a short walk to the sea. Thanh's house is very nice, extremely clean and well-located (on a quiet street + the beach, shops and restaurants can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot). There is everything you need for cooking and we enjoyed the ping pong table! Communication with Thanh was very smooth and he is accommodating regarding schedules. We had a lovely stay.

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Conveniently located, just a few minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is very pleasant. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a reducer and a step for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hospitality. We had a lovely stay!

A big thank you to Christelle, because we had a great time in her apartment. The setting is beautiful, the sea view is amazing, the sofas are super comfortable and the bedding is really great. The access is super simple and the neighbors are not noisy at all. The kitchen is very well equipped and ultra functional. I really enjoyed cooking there. We are now well rested and relaxed. It is right next to the beaches of Courseulles sur Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to radiate on all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!!
