Vacation rentals in Blackwaterfoot

This was our third stay at the Sheep Shacks and it did not disappoint. Heather and John always provide a warm welcome and are genuinely lovely people. We know the area well and always find lots to do. We always leave wishing that we could have stayed for longer. The pod was immaculate and warm, the hot tub was ready and waiting and the views, as always, were stunning. A perfect, peaceful retreat. Highly recommend.

From minute 1 of booking this amazing lodge David was extremely responsive and friendly. This gave us a warm idea of what was to come. Upon arrival we were then greeted by another very kind and welcoming lady (didn’t catch her name sorry) who shown us into the perfect cottage with extreme politeness. The lodge was filled with everything needed, hot tub was warm on arrival, TV was huge and could be rotated (can even face the hottub. This was a bonus for us as we are movie geeks 👍🏽 The kitchen was stunning and some essentials were provided that we actually forgot to bring (salt, pepper, oil). Cannot fault a single bit of the stay. Immaculate. The outside porch was tremendous too. It is closed off nice so that even when you’re in or out the hot tub you feel 0 draft. Upon leaving we spoke to 3 lovely ladies, 2 cleaners and 1 other lady who was also super lovely (sorry no names again). Had a great stay with everything we needed and more , we even started saying after day 2 “ John will of thought of that “ and he had , great property and John had thought of everything Will definitely be Coming back , thanks John

What a lovely apartment with fabulous views.our hosts were both welcoming and helpful even providing some groceries on arrival and a welcome bottle of wine not to mention Ingredients for our Scottish breakfast

A warm, cosy and very hospitable house in Brodick. The property was the epitome warmth and cosiness, had ample space and the layout and spec of the kitchen was brilliant. It is ideally located to explore Brodick, Lochranza, Lamlash and other bits of Arran - also walking distance from Auchrannie hotel and spa. We had no complaints at all about Jane’s property - it really contributed to a great stay in Arran and we would thoroughly recommend anyone looking to visit the island to consider using it. Jane herself was very proactive and responsive providing helpful local knowledge and recommendations as well as a flexible check out time if required.

Had a lovely couple of days here for my birthday- the cottage really feels like a home from home and there are lots of little extras which make the experience, such as games, paintings, pantry items and we loved watching the birds on the feeders - we saw wood peckers and a buzzard sat in the tree opposite. Adrienne is really responsive and made the experience really easy for us! Thanks again x

What a wonderful place to stay. Thank you so much to Ann and Arthur. The flat is absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated and filled with lots of extra amenities. Without doubt one of the best air BnB’s we have stayed in. Ann was super quick to message and help suggest places to visit and Arthur set up the amazing bbq hut for the children to toast marshmallows. Whenever we are next in the area we will be sure to be staying again! Thank you both.

Pat is a wonderful host, extremely friendly and responsive. The home is cozy, roomy, and well kept. We enjoyed spectacular views of the coastline and beautiful seaside. It was a wonderful surprise to find sheep grazing nearby. Overall, a wonderful accommodation and highly recommended.

We stayed one night- family of six. Lynsey’s cottage was perfect and comfortable. It would be a place we would want to stay in for a longer visit. Highly recommend.
