Vacation rentals with a kayak in Black Forest

The apartment has a wonderful location with a beautiful view of Lake Constance through the trees. It was clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. We particularly liked the books and games provided, which make for relaxing hours. The property is located in the host's house, which creates a family atmosphere – every now and then you can hear voices or footsteps. A special highlight was visiting a black cat who surprised us during our stay.

Verena and Rudi were personally picked up and dropped off at the train station, the room was spotless, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathroom and bedding were completely standard for a five star hotel.We didn't know much about the waste sorting in Switzerland and the Verena handles demonstrated to us.Rudi had a bonfire for us every night and it was romantic and warm.The house is in a unique location, out the door to the right is the walk along the Rhine River, about 40-50 minutes to the Rhein waterfall.To the left is the forest walk, 1h and a half hour to the Rheinna monastery church, beautiful.Unfortunately, it was only 3 days, so it should be a few more days.Verena and Rudi envisioned us very well and even drove us to coop to buy.We will come back again.Wish Verena and Rudi in good health and happiness and greetings from Yusha and Shangmin!

We were only passing through Spain for one night at the property, but we felt right at home! Heating worked great, we found everything based on the description. The only thing we noticed, which is never difficult to avoid, is that it attracts something in the accommodation. With a good blanket, but that hardly bothered me. The accommodation is just right for anyone who needs distance from everyday life.

The house was very beautiful and quiet: everything we needed. The setting is also magical and exotic. The house allows everyone to have privacy spaces while having a large, super nice space to gather, chat, eat, or cook together. Isabelle, on the other hand, was able to make herself very responsive to our questions so that the organization and arrival went smoothly.

We felt comfortable in the accommodation, very nicely furnished, everything you need, the location is very good, you go directly to the lake, in the immediate vicinity are the pile houses, Franz was a very nice host, we unfortunately did not meet Kabu. I'm sure we'll be back.

Second stay at the Jean des Houx farm: still relaxing and pleasant to be in contact with all their animals. Laurent and Marie-Aude are very welcoming. Breakfast and raclette are always as good. We can't wait to come back!

Had another great stay in this home where everything is as desired. The heavy snowfall before we arrived provided a beautiful landscape and a real winter feeling. At the end of our stay, Stéphanie also provides a fresh breakfast, with attention to dog cookies, which is very much appreciated. We definitely hope to come back again.

Great place, the sauna and the wellness area are a gem! We came here in February for a weekend. The other couple staying on the property had already used the sauna before us, so we didn't even need to start it from scratch. It was nice and warm, with an impressive view of the lake. The outside wellness area was a nice spot to cool down. It also has slippers and bath robes for rent if you haven't brought yours. The accommodation itself is very comfortable and well-equipped. The owners were very responsive over text messages. Overall, I highly recommend this stay.

Really a 5 star home, very friendly owners always answering all our doubts. Maria left us some kind of very good homemade apple jam. Clean house, very comfortable beds, super complete accommodation, with a 5 play with a lot of games, a play 4 in one of the rooms, also wii, lots of board games and beautiful and very complete exteriors, mattress, electric barbecue, ping pong table... without a doubt we felt very comfortable and will repeat when we return in the area of Germany!! Unique to consider: the rooms face a train track, they pass trains as every hour, we personally did not bother the noise since the windows are soundproofed, but something was heard, but our experience was 10/10.
