Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Black Butte Ranch

This was the perfect little cabin with lots of rustic charm for our winter getaway! We traveled with two young boys and the space was exactly what we needed. The bunk room was great, but the top bunk was pretty high, so we opted to use the lower bunk and pull-out trundle, which was a great option to have. The house was exactly as described/pictured and was fully stocked and thoughtfully laid out with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub and wood fireplace were greatly appreciated to keep us toasty warm. The location was great, very accessible and just a short distance to the SHARC and Sunriver Village. We look forward to staying at this house again!

Brandi's house was great. It was a perfect location to walk to many delicious restaurants and breweries. Check in was easy and she was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, great price. Place was exactly as advertised. Refreshingly kitch-free for a vacation house. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows in living room. Could feel a bit exposed if you’re looking for something private. But we were looking at pristine snow all weekend! Comfy big couch, gas fireplace was awesome in the winter. It was 10 min walk from the sharc and 15 from the village. Our kids are a bit older but seemed like it would work great for young kids- safe, clutter free, couple pack n plays and toys. Would definitely come back. Thanks Tyson!

We enjoyed our first visit to Bend. The home was adorable and very clean. Location was close to town and very walkable.

Kyle was a top tier host and the condo was peaceful and clean. Really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosemary and Steve's chalet- it even had festive holiday decorations, which added a lot of charm! The kitchen had every implement, dish, pan, utensil we could ever want, even a crock-Pot which we use to make a pot of split pea soup that we enjoyed after our day boarding on the mountain. We didn't make use of any of the resort amenities, so I can't speak to any of them, but we did enjoy the hot tub. And had some nice relaxing dog walks around the peaceful grounds of the resort. But best of all was just hanging out all together, playing board games around the big dining table. All in all a wonderful way to spend Christmas!

We stayed for four weeks with our pup in winter while working remotely and it was such a great escape. Especially for the pup it was lovely being right on the canal path for easy walks and it was a quick drive to anything we needed or bigger adventures. We haven’t ever done this kind of extended stay before and I was a bit nervous but everything was easy and comfortable. It felt more like a home than an Airbnb. The kitchen had everything we needed, house felt deep clean (eg super clean carpets & despite being dog friendly no pet odor/fur) with a lot of personal touches and very well maintained overall. The hot tub was also squeaky clean and so lovely to sit in under the dark skies of Central Oregon.

Awesome spot, comfortably fit 4 of us for our ski trip to Bachelor. Full kitchen and spacious living area and patio area too. The location was fantastic for getting to the mountain and also going out downtown. If I'm in the area again, I would absolutely stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. everything was very clean and organized. The location is great as you can walk to restaurants and downtown.
