Very comfortable and perfect for our stay, where we needed to be in Hobsonville. Kristen was friendly and responded quickly. The house is very clean and neat; and being able to do our washing was very helpful.

Cole's place is a stylish, spacious home with great living space and a beautiful outdoor patio/garden. The location is super. A short walk to Point Chevalier beach for swimming and less than 15 mins drive to the city centre. The jacuzzi is a bonus!

Private locations, but very close to shops and amenities. Immaculately clean with all necessary things in the kitchen and bathroom. The only minor flaw was poor reception and internet connection. Grace is a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommend.

Well appointed home, located a short walk to the beach in one direction and the quaint Howick Village in the other. Well hosted and clean. large space for for pets too.

Our team travelled for work and we were thoroughly appreciative of this accommodation. It was perfect for our team. The house itself was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We would be very keen to stay here again. Great host and a great place.

We were in a rut due to other housing falling through while getting our house fumigated and Christine literally offered everything in the space of half an hour and the bonus was it was a street over from our own home. Lovely homey place. Gets quite hot in summer tho with no AC. Well equipped kitchen. Good TV setup. Just wish the windows had mosquito nets.

Great experience staying at Richard’s place. It’s located in the heart of Albany that is easy to access motorway, bus station, shopping mall and restaurants. This place is cozy and has everything we needed. Richard is super responsive too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an Airbnb in this area.

This was a lovely space to end our vacation around New Zealand. With just a kitchenette, the hosts go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. We were especially thankful for all of the attention paid to setting up for our baby travelling with us.

Lovely modern, fresh and clean accommodation. Karen was very friendly and helpful and booked a local restaurant for us too. In a suburban area so you would need a car but walking distance to a restaurant. Just 10 minutes drive from the Howick Historical Village which is a great spot to spend a couple of hours.

We had a lovely few nights in Auckland, staying here at Roger’s place. We were truly impressed by all the very special and thoughtful touches. We would not have had the same experience at a random hotel in the city! Check-in was very easy, and there was champagne and grapes awaiting us which was delightful. I also appreciated the other treats such as the cold drinks in the fridge. The use of the space is very clever, with the mini kitchen and an espresso machine which got me going every morning! Roger was also very friendly and helpful. I found myself wanting to spend more time chilling than exploring the city (although we obviously still did, but note that it is a good distance from the CBD so ideally hire a car. Ubers back and forth daily proved costly!) It was such a lovely space, with elements of luxury throughout. You can tell that Roger has thought of everything possible to make for the best, and most enjoyable experience. Thank you so much Roger for being such a wonderful host!

Thankyou for my 3 day city slicker holiday. It was the gym and pool that initially attracted me to this listing (didn't get round to enjoying it...maybe next time). The apartment is a surprisingly peaceful retreat that's 'tucked away from everything busy' in the heart of the city. It had all the modern home comforts (which made it easy to keep clean) and it was nicely presented. I enjoyed R&R out on the deck (it was a great sun-trap) and stretched out on the couch watching movies. The bed was super comfy too. Perfect me time! Easy access to get to and from the motorways, and the carpark was a blessing. Highly recommend.

You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay - your own resort in Stanmore Bay. We loved being here - everything you need plus a pool and so relaxing. A few mins to the gorgeous beach and friendly hosts. Can’t recommend highly enough - thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mary Ann’s house, Ara Station! Mary Ann was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we thoroughly enjoyed her delicious homemade breakfast. She even provided some toys for our 5-year-old daughter, which she absolutely loved! The house itself is beautiful, filled with natural light, and offers an amazing view. It’s so peaceful and quiet—falling asleep to the sounds of birds and the ocean was perfect. We enjoyed walking to the lake and even further to the waterfall. The lake is wonderful for swimming, and Mary Ann’s recommendation to visit Fairy Falls was spot on—it was absolutely stunning. After a long journey, this was the perfect place to arrive and unwind. We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect retreat space during a very busy stay in Auckland. Great bathroom and comfortable beds. Being able to bring our small dog Rosie the Min Pin with us made the stay all the better! Sky Blue is a great place to stay. The condo is bright, extremely spacious, and spotless. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure and hot water are great. The blow dryer works great. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful dishes. There’s an espresso machine and French press, we used both. The location is fantastic right down the street from the beach and in the heart of Takapuna Beach full of restaurants and shops. We loved waking up and coming home to sit and relax on the enclosed lanai. The washer and dryer worked fine but are on the small side. The TV works good too. The condo is upstairs but you enter on the ground floor and walk up a set of stairs once inside. We highly recommend Sky Blue.

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

After an 18 day cruise across the Pacific, it was great to be welcomed at such a beautiful condo. The unit is spacious and has “drop dead” gorgeous views. We used the deck every evening to have a glass of wine and watch the harbor activity. It was magical. The unit is well equipped with very comfortable beds. We cooked most nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bathrooms were spotless with plenty of towels etc. The complex is quiet which we appreciated. Never a noise issue. But if you want “life” it is a short walk to the quay which has many restaurants and bars. We found this to be the perfect location to get to know Auckland. We hope to return in the future.
