Vacation rentals in Bijakovići

We felt so welcomed by our hosts at their beautiful, modern villa. It had everything we needed and the perfect amount of space for us (family group of five). The heated pool and large hot tub were perfect, as were the numerous outdoor seating spaces (enabling us to really enjoy the warm weather). Our hosts were very hospitable and were responsive to any questions that we had. They provided us with lots of information about the local places of interest including restaurants and also very generously brought us a home cooked meal of grilled fish with traditional side dishes and home produced wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the opportunity to experience this part of Croatia. An excellent property with generous and hospitable hosts.

Daniela's villa is the perfect getaway for a larger group. It offers both distinctness and excellent facilities for a communal pastime. The landscape is stunning, the location is excellent, and the neighborhood is peaceful. It's all within walking distance - beaches, shops, restaurants, and a beach bar, and a hard-use ice cream parlor. In the adorable village, children can also move independently. However, it's a good idea to be prepared for the price level and limited selection of the nearest store (Studenac market). The bakery section is good, but the price level is high compared to Finland. It's a good idea to take care of larger purchases in Konzum within driving distance. Daniela is the best hostess. He gave us a great tip for a memorable boat trip, for example. Cheap taxi rides to the old town of Kocula and transportation were also handled through Daniela. So vacation at Villa Daniela goes well without your own car. Strong recommendation for Korcuka Island and Villa Daniela.

This is by far the nicest place we have stayed in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The beautiful house and gorgeous, serene setting made this a place a dream to relax. And Marko’s hospitality and attention to detail really made this a special getaway vacation. The house was spotless, the pool pristine, and the beds and other furniture were comfy. We really hope we can return soon. We highly recommend!

The house is located at the end of the small charming seaside village of Broce right by the sea. There is direct access to the sea,a few meters from the house. The house has a unique atmosphere, there is a terrace, sun loungers, tables with a garden umbrella grill, mountain bikes, kayaks and boating boards. The place is atmospheric, calm,charming. You can relax and unwind here.

We felt like home. It was a great place very comfortable for two families. Lumbarda a nice and sleepy place, but at nights there were good folklore and other events organized on the main square of the town. Nice bay where we stayed, however it was better to walk a bit for a really good beaches. And there were a couple options (rocky or sandy). There is not much of front place at the house, so you literally step on the road when you leave the terrace, so needed to watch the cars and scooters carefully. You can start the boat or SUP right front of the house as there are small port, but for swimming there are better places a bit further down, like 2mins walk. Lumbarda is good with bike or bicycle, but to reach some places, you need to walk on the road in a curvy narrow street, that is not pedestrian-friendly, especially with kids.

Ajla is a very nice host. Very good experience in Mostar.

We spent a wonderful week at Sunj's apartment, a haven of peace and landscape contemplation! Sunj is a very discreet and attentive host, he offers his guests a canoe, a paddleboard, a windsurfing, a BBQ, bicycles... and gave us a very generous surprise on the last day. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped, with two small very nice terraces... however we spent more time by the water on the sunbeds in the shade, next to which there are also tables for meals. The house is at the entrance to the village of Drace, family and peaceful. There's a convenience store open from 7am to 10pm, a small cafe almost right on the water, and a small restaurant with lovely staff. If you're looking for paradise, it's here!!

We had a great time at Darjas house, which is located wonderfully and got a big garden. There was some food and beverage in the cooler when we arrived and her son gave us the keys to the house. We normally are uncomplicated guests but had some special needs during our stay and Darja helped us a lot. Also we are very glad to have met her and her husband in person, this was so nice!! Our oldest daughter had to catch a bus to Dubrovnik,when we already were on the way home, Darja organized a friend to transfer her to the bus station! To be honest we cannot thank her enough! So all in all got to know a great place and great people - supernice experience.
