Vacation rentals in Big Stone Gap

This was a last minute (literally) trip to Cherokee Lake and Bob and John were very responsive and the check-in instructions were very easy to access the gate and the front door. The space was exactly as described on the listing. It was only 2 of us so we can't speak to the comfort of all the rooms but there definitely wasn't a shortage of space. It's a very large condo and a large family would still feel comfortable here. We visited in Feb so we didnt use the pool or the lake but if we venture back we'll definitely check to see if Bob's place is available.

The place was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Has the listed amenties and the host is quick to respond to questions. The cabin is far from town but it has its charming advantage, making it secluded and gave a retreat vibe. Overall we have a postive experience booing this place!!!

We loved our winter stay here. Located just minutes away from Beech Mountain (and only a few more to Sugar), this large and spacious home was the perfect retreat for our snow sports vacation. The beds are soft and comfortable, with quality sheets, and the towels were luxurious and smelled so fresh. The weather heater takes no time at all to heat, and the hot tub was the perfect end to each day. Thank you Ryan and Shannon for a seamless stay.

Our stay at Bethany’s place was wonderful . Perfect accommodations for our group. Bethany was a great host, and shared some wonderful restaurant ideas in the area. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to Bristol and need a place to stay.

Best Airbnb we’ve ever rented anywhere. The house is as promised, spotless, and well appointed. You will not run out of plates, glasses, or forks for once. I had a question, Trisha got right back to me. Only a few minutes to Beech skiing. Please be good to this house and these owners, they are sincere and dedicated and have a beautiful home. We’ll be back, it was so good to have this time with our (almost grown) kids!

perfect location from town and to the slopes. The layout of the house was great for 2 families and kids.

This place is very welcome very cozy very clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet and relaxing place .we enjoyed our vacation and we will come back . The host Melissa was super nice and very thoughtful of everything what you need to make your stay fantastic.we love that place and is highly recommend to give a try .

We had a great stay at "Happy Place" @ 846 Pine Ridge in Beech Mountain. The log home is stunning and furnished in a relaxed mountain style. Plenty of space for our family gathering including a game room and hot tub to enjoy relaxing at the house. Hiking trails close by with easy to find trail heads. The hosts were extremely responsive to answer any questions we had. If you want to stay in an upscale mountain cabin in a quiet setting, this is a great family gathering spot.
