This charming Fredericksburg inspired cottage oozes that Hill Country vibe! Complete renovation top to bottom, flooring, paint, luxury bedding, tasteful designer accents, luxury furniture, stunning kitchen remodel and bathroom. A rare find. Please note the backyard has not been completed yet, that’s why there are no backyard photos. I do not want to set a false expectation of a lush finished backyard. This is not completed exterior project. The interior is great and luxed.

Why not the Sunny Veranda House?

Nicely appointed comfortable house with two large isolated bedrooms and very private outdoor patio. To make your stay more relaxing --king bed, queen bed, two full beds and two sofas. Also, new RO System, gas fire logs, washer/dryer/dishwasher. Free internet with streaming on 58-inch Samsung, 55-inch Samsung and 43-inch Roku. Find all the pots, pans, dishes needed in kitchen and all linens in bed/baths. Small dog welcome with pet fee. One furry friend per booking.

Modern contemporary space Down Stairs only..no shared space. Upstairs we host “The Pilots lounge” Space has updated full kitchen. just a few blocks from the mall and within five minutes of 15 different restaurants. Space has plenty of natural light. backyard with a covered porch. Great space to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the park.
