Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Big Pine Key

This place was fantastic, had 5 people, very comfortable. Pool was very close and very enjoyable. Everything was very clean and tidy. In a gated community, that was a bonus. No matter where you want to go it isn’t more than 15 min tops. There are a few good restaurants on Stock island, the rest you only have to go a few miles. Very good place to stay.

Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

My family came from upstate ny for vacation. We had an amazing time. My 8 year old loved the bunk beds and made a fort. We loved the pool and the outdoor space! Having coffee in the morning outside was fantastic. We are already starting to plan a trip back next year!

We originally chose this property for its location, but got so much more. The house offered great access to nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. We enjoyed the abundant outdoor space, including the pool, deck, and patio. The free bikes made exploring Key West a breeze. The house was nicely remodeled, and we found the hosts to be very accommodating and incredibly helpful. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommended! Thank you Alan & Jean.

Mary's place was in a very safe and beautiful location. Everyone was friendly and there were endless dining options. There were even local conveniences that I didn't expect nearby such as Dollar Tree, Winn Dixie, Home Depot, etc. Showers had great water pressure, hot water, and had zero sulphur smell. Decor was lovely and ample storage space for your things. A/C and heat works great and no musty smells anywhere. Beds, outdoor furniture and couches very comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Was too busy to enjoy the cabana amenities but visited it briefly and it looked wonderful. Thank you Mary hope to return in the future!

Judy was great! I had to quickly plan a last minute trip due to a death in our family and Judy was responsive, flexible and very accommodating. Great location, private and spacious location for a great price.

This home was absolutely beautiful!! It was exactly what we had hoped for, We were a family of 4 with my husband and I, with are two sons, ages 17 & 20, plus ones girlfriend age 16. We wanted a nice family vacation without the spring break chaos & this was it! This home was so clean yet cozy, had all the necessities we needed, everyone had their own room and bathroom which was super!!! This home could definitely accomodate so many more if you wanted to do so. We were the only ones there at the time, so we had the pool area to ourselves which we loved sooooo much! We played bags by the pool daily, swam during day & at night. The home had a great deck with a wonderful grill, we made slushy drinks with the ninja blender, anything you wanted this place had! We traveled to Key West a couple times which was nice and close, about a 30 minute drive. All in all this place is top notch! Don't hesitate to book! It's worth it!! LOVED this Home!! & Nate was a spectacular host!!!

This is a great place to stay for a couple! Just off Duval and 1 1/2 blocks from free bus stop. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Will definitely look for this place next time we go to Key West!

Tom’s place was so close to everything. Food, bars, dancing, bike/scooter rentals, etc. we really enjoyed the balcony overlooking Duval every morning, for mimosas or coffee. Wonderful host and location. Will definitely be back!

The house was as described and pictured. It was clean and smelled fresh. I wish there had been more wash cloths as we had to wash every other day (I didn’t let Ana know this issue so it may have been resolved if I had). It was a little too noisy (close to the highway) for my liking. The couch (which is cloth) needs to be cleaned. A couple of other minor things which Ana said she would take care of after our stay…the coffee pot didn’t work well and the front right burner on the stove didn’t work. I would recommend her place.

Our stay here was amazing. Check in was super easy, everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. The garden patio area is really pretty and it’s a nice quiet place to sit and relax and hang out with Kiss Kiss the cute little cat that lives on the property. The breakfast had a lot of delicious options and the women working there were amazing. The room was huge and the balcony was a major plus. It was so nice sitting out there people watching or looking at the stars at night. It never really got too loud during bedtime but I think the only noise complaint would be about the roosters cock-a-doodle dooing sooo much lol but other than that it was fine. I would definitely book here again!

Great location with amazing ocean views from living room and primary bedroom. Very comfortable unit, perfect for a family of 4. The unit has everything you need. Walking distance to the pool.

The condo is just like the pictures and the views shown are from the deck. We had an unbelievable time here during our family vacation. We were far enough from the craziness of downtown Key West but close enough for a quick Uber ride when we wanted to see the sites, shop, or enjoy restaurants. The condo had everything we could possibly need, just bring your personal stuff, place a delivery grocery order from Winn Dixie and we were set for the week. The condo is part of a resort so you get all those amenities along with the more private condo only pool and hot tub. We enjoyed walking around the marina and looking at the large boats along with enjoying the tranquility of the views of just water from the deck. Carri was the best host I’ve had the opportunity to deal with. Extremely responsive and helpful at every turn. We will absolutely be back and will base our timing around staying at Carri’s place again.

Very close to local attractions and had adorable game area (darts, corn hole, etc). Pool was convenient and very clean. Great condo with all you need.

We were in Key West for a wedding and had the best time staying at Eric’s place with our friends. The place was in a perfect location for easy access to the venue and not far from attractions downtown. Would stay again!

What an beautiful condo this is, and it is in a great location! My wife and I planned this getaway only two weeks prior and we feel very lucky to have spent this time at Kokomo Views. It was tough to leave, but we are already discussing when we can return.

Excellent place. Highly recommend. Great location, walk 1 min to nearby beach. Parking is free for our rental car which is hugely helpful. The place looks just like the photos. Kitchen is big, clean, functional with many utensils, pans. Throughout the home there are abundance of daily needed items such as additional towels, bedsheets, plates, pans, dishwashers which make it very convenient. Looking forward to coming back to this place again.

Very nice and clean condo in a gated waterfront community. Loved the view of the water from family room. Very clean and well appointed condo, we just wish the host was a bit more generous with laundry and dish washer detergents.

Great location. Rented bikes. Easy 8 minute ride to Duval and all the attractions. Nice pool. Restaurant just around the corner that was very good… open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Outdoor seating with shade. The 4 of us had a fantastic week!
