Eric and Sara were very responsive and proactive. The place was amazing, beautifully appointed, amazing views, so peaceful and close to everything. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again in a heartbeat:)

A great place to stay for William and Lily, two independent rooms with bonfire if they want to separate teenagers and adults😉. The super equipped kitchen, we cook the Christmas dinner there and nothing was missing! Excellent option to visit Big Bear. 🥰

This home was perfect for our group of 15! Every one had a bed and slept comfortably. Amazing location with easy access to the mountain. The host was responsive and made sure we were able to get settled in comfortably. I loved how open the kitchen and living room was. Great place to enjoy a meal with a large group. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the Rockspray Chalet! It was perfect for our group with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Jenny was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. We had a beautiful family Christmas! Complete with a christmas tree adorned with the sweetest woodland animal ornaments. The fireplace set the perfect mood and firewood was supplied, this was a huge plus for us. The driveway has space for 3 vehicles which was also a plus. The front door is easily accessible from the driveway. There is a large dining table which was also perfect for playing board and card games. Our 8 yo grandson loved the pool table, air hockey, and foosball tables in the game room downstairs. It just fit our group perfectly. We truly felt at home. We look forward to going back someday!

Hosts were very responsive. There was a winter storm during our stay and they coordinated with us to make sure all was well. The location is gorgeous and there was every amenity a person could want on site. Instructions for check-in, stay, and check-out were easy and reasonable. 5 star abnb experience. This is what it's all about.

Christina’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Cozy little place with a beautiful view. Christina was a great host and very accommodating and so sweet. We accidentally damaged her electric water heater and I wanted to reimburse her, but she insisted it was OK! Definitely will booked this place again sometime in March

cozy cabin within walking diatance of snow summit. clean and comfortable house. pool table, ping pong, and Jacuzzi were all fun. nice and responsive host.

Wow! I wish i stayed there for more than one night, it was perfect for our mini getaway after the election anxiety. The place was lovely, the interior designing, the furniture, the kitchen was perfection, definitely recommend if it’s too cold outside to grill. The bathroom was super nice and clean!!! I loved that the plugs near the beds had usb and usb-c plug-ins, very upgraded and sufficient! The fireplace made it cozy! Parking is a plus! Thank you, i will be back! xx

Not only is the proximity to the mountain top notch, Loren was a wonderful and responsive host. The place was exactly what we needed for our group and we will definitely be staying again.

We stayed at this home last year and loved it so much we came back! The house has the most epic views of the mountains and there's no more peaceful place than spending time on the deck. The inside is clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. If you're looking for a serene respite, I highly recommend!

Beautiful home and centrally located. Not too far from Santas Village and Lake Arrowhead village. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This charming A-frame chalet with stunning lake views exceeded all our expectations from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, close to the lake and the Village. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace, the warm ambiance throughout the cabin, and especially the beautiful mood lighting on the deck at night. The house had everything we needed, and the hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, very responsive and all around terrific people! We would definitely recommend this place.
