What a beautiful place and beautiful house. Really equipped with all the comforts and luxuries. We had a very nice stay. Lovely in front of the fireplace with the cold days and in the big hot tub.

We stayed at Annette‘s place for a long weekend with a with friends and their kids. We were 10 in total with 6 kids between 5 and 14 years old. The house with the spacious garden instantly captured the kids and us parents could start the relaxing weekend from the get go. The beautiful surroundings are great for walking, running, cycling or boating. Located within a nature reserve, there is plenty of outdoor activities to be had. We had a great time and are contemplating of going there again in the future!

Very nice accommodation in a beautiful area. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated, surrounded by a spacious garden where it is lovely to sit. There are also a covered seating area outside. The house is also very practical, and there is plenty of room for 7-8 people to comfortably spend several days together here. Definitely don't hesitate to book here!

The accommodation was very well equipped, especially the toys and the trampoline our daughter enjoyed very much. With 1-2 young children, Kiry's house is really ideal. The house is well furnished, we immediately felt comfortable.

Honestly, I don’t know where to begin from our time of booking(months in advance) to our check out today. I had emailed Cecile 100 times asking questions & recommendations for our 1st trip to Amsterdam. She always answered promptly & even helped us booking transportation to area day trips. We were welcomed with hugs like we had been friends a long time. I’m so appreciative for Cecile. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful holiday cycling, boating and relaxing. The house is in a fantastic location and very private. Rik, the host, provided us with lots of restaurant recommendations and organized the hire of a boat for our two weeks. Communication was easy and excellent and the whole process was without drama. If you have not tried a holiday in the Netherlands (as we hadn’t) and you like fresh water swimming, great restaurants and drinks on a terrace watching the wildlife then this good be the place for you. Great shower and kitchen, rest was okay

A place where you quickly feel at home, nice decor and what is full of nice things for young and old: toys and swing, a trampo and BBQ in the garden, a cinema in the living room, a really mancave;-) in the front room, nice kitchen, great beds. Nice and spacious so you can also go your own way. Very chill. And many fun things nearby: a lake, Zutphen, boat sailing, Castle route, climbing forest/go-kart track, etc. Recommended!

It was our second time at this awesome home. Highly recommended for families with children.

With a group of foreign guests from three continents, we stayed at the lovely lodge for 10 days. The place was excellent for this. We haven't been to the park much as a group: it served as a sleeping and breakfast spot, and once as a dinner spot, where the well-equipped kitchen came in handy. All the rooms for the guests have their own toilet and shower room and that benefits the privacy during such a stay. We would not look further for another occasion, but immediately look at this location again. The contacts with Mark, during the booking, with possibility to see the spaces in advance, and also the contacts with Mark and the people of the reception were very friendly. Highly recommended!

The house has everything you need to feel like home! the surrounding are amazing, very clean and the host was very friendly and responsive! 100% recommended! Worth every penny!

Everyone who stayed with me and everyone who visited were in awe of this house. Easily the nicest AirBnB I've ever stayed in, and despite feeling like we were in our own beautiful world we were actually very close to everything you'd need in Zeist. Brenda was also an amazing and very communicative host so overall a 10/10 stay.

Weekend with family stayed in villa, it is a beautiful stately villa in a beautiful wooded neighborhood. Everything in the house is present, inside modern and equipped with every comfort, homely atmosphere, good beds in spacious bedrooms, bathrooms also top. Host is relaxed and pleasant in communication. Surroundings are beautiful for hiking (heath and forest) and there is plenty to do (Paleis t Loo is recommended).

We had a fantastic stay at Joëlle’s house! We travelled with two children aged 6 and 2 who loved the play gym, trampoline and sand pit with digger! It really felt like a home away from home with kids as it had all the amenities you need: high chairs, kids crockery, toys etc. The house is stunning, so much so that people passing by stopped to ask us about it. You can swim in the river in front which our 6 year old loved. Joëlle was very responsive and checked in to see how we were. The location is really beautiful and quiet. We used the bikes with the house so didn’t need a car but it did mean we had to time buses and trains very carefully as the bus to the house is only every hour. I think if you want proper freedom then get a car but it’s not mandatory as you can travel in to Amsterdam/Utrecht in 1h/1.5hrs, which we did a few times. Weesp is great and has nice restaurants and you can hire a boat nearby which is worth it! We would love to go back again!

The house is very nice and the place is peaceful and very lovely. Access to Amsterdam via the P+R is very convenient. A supermarket is nearby. Loved our stay!

Hallo, we were really very happy with the place and the hostess. The house was beautifully situated on the river and had plenty of space. However, the doors in the upper rooms had some play and no seals, which is why they have been slammed again and again. Other than that, the kitchen and entire house amenities were outstanding. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. She even came by again when we arrived and brought extra linen if we needed another one.

We loved the house and it was perfect for your visit. The location was great for visiting Utrecht and our kids loved the pool

Dennis is a very nice man, we did not have any problems with check in or check out, the house is beautiful and decorated with everything. You hardly need to bring anything. The kitchen the bathroom bedrooms were all nice and wonderful.

Great house. Extra shower in ground floor bedroom was nice. Hot tube was nice, but please note; you have to fire it 5 hours in advance. Rooms were spacious, large comfortable living room. Anne-Mirte was very nice and had everything well taken care of.
