Catou was responsive to our arrival and departure. Very nice welcome. The accommodation is impeccable and pleasant to live in. The little touches for breakfast are welcome.

We had a great weekend at this place Everything was clean and tidy. A little attention to our dogs with an exit bowl ☺️ The accommodation is in a peaceful setting with a pretty wood just opposite, ideal for walks. We were 10 minutes from Montpellier by car, while being out of the city center, so it was perfect for us Go there with your eyes closed

It was a perfect stay. Excellent hosting. The studio was very clean. The bathroom is fine. Jean-Paul had turned on the heater before my arrival (mid-January, negative temperature) so it was very pleasant. An aperitif dinner was even organized with the neighbors who shared the same passion as me. Having the car in the garden as well as a set of keys allows us to be serene and make our lives as we see fit. Highly recommend this sweet sweet spot!

Staying for one night, we had a lovely time with the family at Julie's place. The kids asked us to come back for a week on vacation, I think they enjoyed it... Time stopped when we enjoyed the hot tub...just magical.

Very clean and modern, private parking and immaculate gardens. We only stayed on a one night stop over but would happily stay longer. We would definitely stay again. Nadine is very helpful and informative.

We had a pleasant family stay in the house. Pauline was very responsive throughout the stay to respond to our requests. The house is very well-equipped. The pool, although a little cool, is very friendly during the hot weather. The house is about twenty minutes from the beaches of palavas and the great motte.

Super nice setting for our family holiday with 6 adults and 2 smaller children. The pool was used several times every day and the small playground was also used extensively. Our young people enjoyed themselves several times with table tennis. The evening meals were prepared on the huge barbecue. Everything just worked out so well. Even since there were no wine glasses in the house, so the next day Didier had bought 6 nice wine glasses for us to use. We had some challenges with the air conditioning, but as soon as we approached Didier, he came by and we found a solution. Didier is a really sweet and nice host who one day brought us the most delicious breakfast bread. We highly recommend Didier's place. Warmest regards, Gitte Christiansen and family

Very nice stay in this house located in the heart of a small quiet village with departure for walks. Restaurants, supermarkets, and Canal du Midi nearby. The villa, quiet, is very comfortable and very well-equipped. With two beautiful terraces to enjoy the outdoors, pool and jacuzzi, everything is there to have a good holiday time! Communication with the host is impeccable, and we were able to get into the listing a little earlier, thank you again! In short, a very nice place to have a great time with the family.

Listing as described. Thanks for the flexibility of the dates, we arrived on a Monday instead of Saturday. Just a few things to do on foot or by bike. Shops, center, port... Incredible property and garden. Totally magical, our two year old was blissfully happy here as were we! Great location with a short walk to town full of lots of things to do and great places to eat. Christine and Jacques were so incredibly kind, communicative and helpful, letting us do our washing, taking us to the train station and letting our very enthusiastic toddler help feed the animals! Our only regret is that we don’t speak better French to be able to chat to them more!

We had a great time. Extremely clean house, very well equipped, as described. In a very quiet cul-de-sac and close to highways. Note the Aldi at 400 m allowing you to run errands quickly. We were able to enjoy the pool for a very hot week. The air-conditioned house is a real asset. The small touches upon arrival touched us. We'll be happy to go back!

A great stay at François's, a very friendly person, attentive and always present if needed. We celebrated a friend's surprise birthday there and the place is absolutely quiet not to mention the beautiful pool that gives this stay a big plus! I would recommend everyone to go there without hesitation and take the time to chat with François who is a more than kind person 😁

Ideal apartment for a quiet stay very close to the sea, suitable for all ages. Contains the essentials for several weeks of vacation without forgetting the swimming pool and a large park with lots of games as well as the presence of horses in the morning. Charming and full of life with the farm animals, relaxing, reassuring with the caring presence of hosts and the sea on foot, what more could you ask for?

The Mobil home at Marie's was a lot "more" than the description. I was pleasantly surprised. A perfect place for me and my 2 dogs. Marie and her Marie are attentive and so nice. I'll be back. 😀
