The place have an amazing view everything is good and clean only one problem is that there is a steep hill prepare for a workout if you’re not having a car

We were comfortable as if we were in our own home, and she quickly provided the hosts when we needed something. Everything was very nice, the air conditioning in the room we stayed was leaking water, I think the room is an instant problem, if it is fixed, there will be no other problem. Thank you.

Very clean, beautiful, we liked everything). The apartment has everything you need (household appliances, powders, TV, warm water, etc.), the host was always in touch. The location is normal for us, high, our driver easily checked in, but be ready for a steep climb. The views are amazing, often sat on the balcony, admired. Thank you )

Very nice apartment with an amazing view. There is everything needed for long stays. High-quality furniture and appliances. Nice location, close to Kash. It is very easy to get everywhere by car. We lived for a month and had time to travel all the nearest beaches, bays and observation decks. This is one of the most beautiful places, and morning coffee overlooking the sea and the islands makes it simply magnificent) The hostess was always in touch and quickly responded to our questions and requests. Amazing place! Ersin was a great host and very communicative. He was very understanding when our travel was delayed and we had to check in later than expected. The place is amazing and spotless cleans and a great location walkable to everything and just a few minutes walk to the bus station which was very convenient. Would recommend to anyone staying in Kaş!

When we go to Kaş again, we will choose Ms. Canan's house again with peace of mind without looking for another stay. Everything is thought out in great detail, the view of the house is perfect in the morning and separately in the evening. We provided transportation everywhere by walking to the center of Kaş, very easily. Ms. Canan was really nice and caring, thank you again for everything from here 🩷🌸

The view from the rooftop is good. It is convenient because you can park right in front of the car. If you don't have a car, there is a steep climb when you come up from downtown, but we had a good time.

The house is much more beautiful than it looks in the photos. All the items and accessories have been carefully selected and used. The pool and garden were very nice. The seating areas, barbecue area and grass areas were very good. Fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from the greenhouse were also very nice. Mr. Sedat said that you can take it from the greenhouse opposite the house. We were very satisfied, we will come back at the first opportunity.

Beautiful villa, we loved the views. It has everything you need, and feels private even though there are villas around you. Feray was a great host and responded to any questions realluly quickly. We'd definitely book to come again! Kalkan is a wonderful place.

We had an amazing 5-night stay at Osman's place. There's a lot to visit around, within 20-30 mins by car. The nearest beach is 10 mins ride away. The big MM Migros is just 5 mins ride away, in the centre of Kumluca. The villa is very big, surrounded by beautiful orange trees, very private and relaxing. Definitely a 5-star recommendation!

We like to have constant cultural and nature holidays as a family. We weren't a little suspicious when we saw this place on Airbnb. We couldn't believe he'd give such a villa to a suitable fee, but we trusted airbnb. Then we had a few questions for Mr. Emin, he answered it very politely instantly. Then, when we saw the Asmali Villa with our own eyes, we realized that it was beautiful in the pictures. The sounds of birds in nature, the squirrels playing in the trees were great for the village people around. The house was spotless. They thought of everything and were complete. There were pots,pans, glasses, salt,black pepper and all of them in the kitchen. TV with huge ambilayt feature, not even in my house. The white goods are all new and Bosch marks. The beds are viscosite, the foosball table in the living room, I can't write anything. If I had this house, I wouldn't be able to cut the rental. In the end, we would like to thank Mr. Emin and Airbnb. 🙋🏻‍♂️🙏

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

Ahmet is really a superhost! He always quickly responded to every question and solved every request we had! He also helped us to find transfer for the best price from Antaya to Kalkan. We stayed to have a rest with our infant and practice yoga and we enjoyed this apartment in a peaceful area, there's a very nice inner garden with a clean cool pool, the ambiance is very cosy. Every morning someone came to clean the pool! Also, there is everything we needed for cooking, even a toaster and French press. We are thankful to Ahmet and his family for always staying in touch and being so caring.

We spent a fantastic getaway in this particularly well-kept villa. The view was wonderful and you could look at beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The decor was very tasteful and all well equipped. Askin and Okan also left nothing to be desired and were always helpful. We will definitely come back. Thanks for the nice days 💖

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Wow what an incredible place! Our first time visiting Kalkan as a family of 5! Our 3 children absolutely loved the villa, the pool and Kalkan. The villa is located out of the way up the mountain side, a 15 minute walk into the town down very steep hills, easy to get a can back up at any time. The villa…. Wow what can I say, absolutely spotless, easy access and loads and loads of space. Such a perfect place and such great hosts. The host was so easy to contact if I required anything which was so good to rely on. I highly recommend this Beautiful villa in one of the most perfect places to visit in the world. Thank you so much for having us, we will defiantly be back in the future. P.s we had the most perfect days on a boat trip (the Falcan). We spent 6 hours or so stopping at certain islands for a swim and the most perfect lunch, it was truly a great experience. 2 excellent restaurants we ate at, the Berahamas I think, excellent steak dinner and the Doy Doy restaurant.

The property was lovely for our family. We were traveling with children and they were very much welcomed by the hotel staff. The receptionist is was kind, funny and helpful. The location is great. We would stay here again.

Perfect location with great views! The apartment is immaculate and perfect for a family of 3-4. Infinity pool is great. Restaurants about 10mins down into town.
