The location is very convenient. We went to Waihi beach on our first day and Mount Manganui on the second which are both 30 minutes away from Michael’s place. Will definitely book again.

We stayed here with our sports team for AIMS. Jess was very accommodating with our needs and even made room for a couple of extras. Location is close to the beach and not too far from the mount. House is clean and tidy. 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Jess even went out of her way to help us when someone forgot their toiletry bag. Thanks for letting us stay!

We loved our stay at this beautiful place! Great location and place had everything, we felt right at home. Hosts were awesome, very helpful and replied quickly. We couldn’t have asked for better :)

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

What a great spot! Large family home with a huge pool and lovely views of the countryside and the estuary. A quiet haven in between Tauranga and Kati Kati. Great for a family/ friends stay. Lots of space with multi indoor outdoor spaces, large interconnecting living rooms and central kitchen. Great pool and lots of sleeping options. We only stayed one night as attending a family gathering locally but easily could have happily stayed for a few relaxing days.

Nicky was super supportive with everything. Being considerate to not disturb our privacy she always was there when we needed something and provided support. We got tomatoes from her garden as a welcome treat and she was as attentive throughout the week. The garden with lemon trees and bbq was amazing too. Thanks for the great stay in papamoa.

As beautiful as the photos! Gorgeous view and well decorated and clean place. Nicely tucked way from the bustle of Rotorua, but a quick drive to the amazing Okere Falls store. Stuart was so friendly, he greeted us as we arrived and helped with our bags. We felt so relaxed and enjoyed laying on the comfy couch. We’d recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again. Host responded very quickly and check in made easy.

Raewyn's place was a wonderful stay. Her place was spacious, the kitchen had all the amenities, super comfortable bed, close to the beach and lovely patios to sit outside. Raewyn and her husband are lovely hosts and were extremely helpful and caring. We would go back in a heartbeat and sorry we couldn't stay longer.

Lovely, caring hosts, who very kindly left us some breakfast, homemade lemonade and cookies! Great location for a family with kids, with a small, beautiful, self-contained garden a 2min walk to a park with a playground. Supermarket cafe and pub a 10-min walk away.

Our stay in Waihi Beach was exceptional. We loved the area and our host. The apartment was just as beautiful as shown. You could hear the ocean from the apartment. Thank you Campbell and Julie for wonderful hospitality.

Glenys and Shayne were gracious and attentive hosts! They were very supportive and responsive while allowing us our privacy. The property is beautiful and well kept with all amenities as described. The view was stunning and we enjoyed the short walk to town and the variety of restaurants and bars. Memorial Park is only a few steps in the other direction, allowing us a lovely green space to sit by the water and picnic. 15 minutes drive away is Mt Maunganui with hiking and beach amenities. We easily filled our two week stay and would definitely return.

Out of every place we stayed in New Zealand, this was by far our favorite. It was very clean, modern, spacious, great location, and the views were priceless. When we come back to NZ we will definitely stay here again. What an incredible place.

Great to deal with the host, just everything was perfect. Flexible check in and check out process with great communication. The place was spotless and beds are very comfortable. One of the best air bnb places that we ever tried. We will definitely come back again.

Comfortable place to stay for a family.

Awesome place! Everything you need plus more! Pierre and Susan are incredible hosts and we’ve probably had the best breakfast ever! Pierre is a fantastic cook and we had dinner there one of our evenings and it was fabulous! They really go out of their way to make us feel welcome!

Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

Carol-Ann was a wonderful host to me and my partner. The property is beautiful, lovely gardens and super cool house. We felt very welcome there and made great friends with her cat. There is also a nice view of the hills from the house, Maungatautari etc. Very close to cambridge, and all its cafes, and Carol-Ann prepared us breakfast every morning with her home made bread. Thank you Carol-Ann for a wonderful stay!

This is a fabulous place to stay especially for families with a range of ages. It had everything we could wish for. Cindy & Jon were wonderful hosts.
