Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Bethlehem

Tim’s place was just what my fiancé and I needed. We brought our two dogs as well and Tim was very welcoming to that! We loved the HotTub and the nice cozy atmosphere. We would love to come back. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful place with us.

We loved our time at this house. Minutes from the ski base, and only 10 minutes from Bethel. It is a pet friendly house (and we brought our dog), yet is very clean. I am allergic to most cats, and did not have any allergy issues, nor was there any evidence of pet fur in the upholstery or rugs. We were a full house up for a long ski weekend. There was plenty of hot water when we all showered between skiing and dinner. The kitchen is well stocked and has a huge pantry for storing groceries, keeping the counters available for cooking and serving. The living room comfortably held all of us for reading, movies, and games by the fireplace. Plenty of parking for at least four vehicles. The mudroom was great for our skis, poles, and boots, and has cubbies for helmets. The owners/managers were super helpful and responsive. When we couldn’t locate the crockpot, they brought us one very quickly. All in all, we highly recommend Brownie and the Sunday River Co.

We tried to make the most of our stay. We enjoyed nights in the hot tub, and we even got a fire going outside after the 16 inches of snow was done falling! We had wine and puzzled in front of the fireplace. We made full use of the kitchen for many meals. We went shopping in Woodstock and Quechee. We had a fun and relaxing time!

Sandy was responsive and kind. Her home was lovely and well stocked with spices in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and it was easy to find all of the instructions we needed to have an easy stay. Great place for families as there was no clutter that we had to worry about our toddlers getting into! Our dogs loved the fenced in yard. We felt right at home and would love to come again next year.

I stayed here with a friend of mine and her dog, and this place was excellent. Perfect for a getaway weekend: very comfy couch, multiple bathrooms, hot tub. Place was clean and welcoming, Renee was very accommodating and responsive, and it was appreciated! Totally worth it and I’d love to stay again in future!

Great location in North Conway, NH, i.e., situated in a neighborhood but also close to restaurants, shops, and skiing. We visited in the winter and the hot tub was working just fine (and clean). We appreciated that towels were clean and obviously located, the bedding was nice, and the heat in the home was set at a livable level. We would rent this house again.

Overall, the impressions are positive, however, I would like to note that during the preparation process and during the rental, we received three detailed instructions and found another one in printed form about how we should use the house and how and in what order to prepare the house for moving out. In my opinion, this is too much. Live free or die is not supported option :)

Staying at this beautiful house is as comfortable as being home. Plenty big for a long weekend with the whole family and conveniently located to Owl’s Nest if ever attending an event there. Sharon is very responsive, friendly and accommodating!

provide towels bidy wash shampoo conditioner plenty of kitchen amenities including some seasonings, coffee, condiments, easy check out process with some cleaning but not anything crazy, jacuzzi is great (hot water runs out quick but if you just run only hot water it will be good temperature by the time its full)

We had a winter family vacation in NH and this home brought it's own element of fun! Our young kids loved the bunk room and lower level rec room. All of the adults were comfortable in the other 3 rooms. Large family meals were easy to cook, the dining room and family room with fireplace were cozy and spacious. Nights in the hot tub under the snow and stars were magical. The cabin received significant snow during our stay and Jade was super communicative about plowing. The plow company was quick and efficient. The location is awesome, pretty centeral to everything: Kings Pine for tubing and skiing, North Conway, the Ice Castles and Mount Washington. Jade was also very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Our annual family MLK / NH weekend was perfect! We found Christy's location back in September and it was so accomodating for the 8 of us plus two little ones. The bedrooms were plenty big and the number of beds was perfect for everyone. The bonus to our stay was the hot tub! After our long days of hiking and skiing, there was no better relaxation then stepping out the back door and submerging yourself into a hot spa!!! Christy was a perfect host and very quick in any questions we may have had. Will definitely be back and you will too!!!

This was everything we were looking for out of a weekend cozy cabin trip! We were fortunate to get some snow and also some starry skies, but it really contributed to a perfect winter stay alongside a hot tub, fireplace, and nice feeling a privacy despite still being in a neighborhood. A benefit of having other homes was that the roads leading to the home were well cleared of snow, and the driveway was also plowed when we got there. During the day you definitely feel the other houses around, but most of our time spent outside was at night because there were plenty of activities in the area during the day, and at night you feel comfortably secluded in the hot tub. The privacy barrier on the side of the A frame where another party was staying was a great touch. The kitchen was well stocked and every room in the home was a lovely setting to sleep, hang out, and relax. Great hosts. Would highly recommend!

Evangeline was a wonderful host! Absolutely beautiful and homey cabin, it felt like we were visiting a friend’s home. The views and property were absolutely stunning and the hot tub, grill and fire pit were so enjoyable after a day of exploring St J. Thank you for hosting our family, we had a wonderful and peaceful weekend ❤️

Place was perfect for a ski weekend at Sunday River. It was about a 10 minute drive to the mountain. Everyone raved about how adorable the house was and the fun ski pictures/decor. Hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. We had a blast and can’t wait to return soon.
