Both the house and the host have been unbeatable, everything in perfect condition, the pleasant treatment, the host explain everything perfectly and gave us everything very easy for the entrance as for the exit. The house is spectacular, well cared for, well equipped, it is ideal for groups and families, it is not missing a detail. The area is perfect, good views. 100% recommended

Apart from an impressively designed and decorated home and beautiful views from the deck, the location is excellent with many close hikes and great cities and towns nearby. This home and the property are managed with pride by a friendly and helpful owner.

Had a really nice stay with a group of friends. Everything was great, really comfortable beds and good shower facilities. Tania met us at check in and showed us round, she was super friendly and gave us recommendations for a local restaurant. Would definitely visit again and 100% recommend

The house is phenomenal for large groups. Rooms are spacious bedrooms and kitchen as well. It is very well located, on the beachfront and about 15 minutes walk from the main square, by the promenade. Very nice. The only point to point out is that in the description of the house it does not make it very clear that she lives in the same house but downstairs, which is something to keep in mind above all because of the noises. Otherwise, everything is perfect!

Our stay at Iñaki's place was great, it looked after us from before arriving and took care of us with great amenity. The house is faithful to the description and we were very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay with Iciar very much, because of the peace, nature and animals and the nice house. Iciar is a very warm woman, made us feel very welcome and was always available for tips and facts. The house/area fully matches the pictures/description. Plus, there is a variety of things to visit/see on max 1h drive. Highly recommended!

Maria's house loved it, we were a group of friends and had a great time. Very large house, clean, and equipped. Communication with Maria was impeccable, very helpful at all times. We will definitely do it again.

We spent a wonderful weekend and our stay at this house couldn’t have been better. From the very first moment, Amaia, the host, welcomed us with incredible warmth and hospitality, which truly made a difference. She was always attentive, offering helpful recommendations to enjoy the area and ensuring we had everything we needed. The house was spotlessly clean, something we greatly appreciated. Everything was in perfect condition, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, and the care and attention to detail were evident. The cleanliness was definitely one of the highlights. Being a country house, the silence was sensational. We enjoyed complete peace and quiet, allowing us to fully disconnect and rest like never before. The only sounds were those of nature. In short, a perfect stay thanks to the comfort of the house and Amaia’s friendly, thoughtful hosting. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderfull time at Nahia’s and Xavier’s house. Their house is so lovely. Super cozy and so nicely decorated. Fully equipped and more than enough room for all 5 of us (2 adult and 3 teenagers). Great spot to visit the coast, Bilbao and all those lovely ‘nature’ places in the immediate surroundings. Besides the house, both Nahia and Xabier are the most friendly hosts you can imagine. Super kind, always there whenever you have a question and Nahia is the best local guide, full of great tips, from restaurants, over beaches, hiking tours, food, local bakeries … Priceless! So yes, we would definitely recommend this wonderful place with its lovely hosts!

Shame about the barking dogs in the flats above and below especially as one sounded distressed but otherwise a fabulous stay in a lovely apartment with a great view of the harbour. The area is just lovely and Saul communicated very well. We would recommend to other guests.

This is the cutest apartment, in the most fantastic location in Castro Urdiales! The view from the internal courtyard is of the ancient building of the Cathedral, and you are right in the charming, beautiful Old Town. It was a 2 minute walk to bars and restaurants. I can’t imagine a nicer place in a better location! And Marisa was so helpful, sending directions and instructions about the narrow road and access gate well in advance.

The house is very nice and just as described. Sadly because of the weather, the grass backyard wasn't usable as it got very damp. But the kids enjoyed very much the terrace. The kitchen was interestingly equipped, but the pans deserve a good update as some are falling to pieces. there was a lot of spider webs and a big plague of ants was always appearing at the kitchen not matter how much we cleaned. There are some improvements that could be done at the bathrooms, but in general we really enjoyed our stay. We where recived by Joseba with a good harvest from the citrus trees that where very savory and it was lovely to see all the garden with bunches of beautiful flowers around us. The neighborhood is nice although really far from Bilbao, but we knew that in advance.

3-day stay at Baskey's for 6 people , quiet with a magnificent view from the private garden. The house is extremely clean and warm, typical on its Basque side with all the comforts you need. We had beautiful weather and were able to discover some beautiful oceanfront villages between Bilbao and San Sebastian very accessible by highway or along the coast. I consider this place a safe value for a vacation and highly recommend it.

Fantastic house, very large, furnished in every detail. Very nice and very clean. Great starting point for visiting Bilbao and its surroundings. Julia is extremely kind and welcoming.

I found it impeccable in every respect. Lots of extra cutlery oven, microwave, hair drying washer, one cooler and freezer, 3 new fabrics It is a super well decorated house. It has a barbecue, and next to an area to be with a tent where you can enjoy the tranquility and nature. It's all super new comfortable beds. It is located about 2.5 km from the urban area of De Castro, suitable for being in tranquility and harmony with nature. Hosts get back to you right away and make it easy for you. One of the nicest and most impressed by the houses I have ever been on vacation. Fantastic everything .

This is a great house, well laid out and spacious. A beautiful back garden area with a BBQ and seating. Private parking, central location and all the amenities. Bring your walking shoes and try the Txakoli.

Very quiet location, cozy and authentic Basque house with all the necessary amenities. Very spacious, nicely decorated, well maintained and clean. Very friendly and helpful host. Even sent out a package with forgotten items after the trip. Location is very good base for Bilbao and the lakes towards Vittoria. A little further drive to the coastal villages and San Sebastián but feasible. We had the race bikes with us and could immediately do some climbing nearby.

Excellent place, as you can see in the photos, very modern architecture and with appliances you need for a good stay. Saioa and her husband are very friendly and attentive people, willing to help in any request and always responding in a short time, very good hosts. The property is conveniently located for easy access to the route that takes you to the highway that can take you to Bilbao, San Sebastián, etc. there is a gas station nearby if you need gasoline or diesel for your car. Definitely a good place to relax and enjoy the surroundings and Orozko.

Mertxe is an excellent host, very friendly and attentive at all times. The wonderful house and the views are unbeatable. The perfect location to visit different places like Vitoria, San Sebastián, Lekeitio…… We will definitely repeat the experience! Thank you Mertxe!

The house has a lot of charm, the garden is beautiful as seen in the photos and the enclave is wonderful, next to the sea and in the middle of Urdaibai reserve, which allows many different plans of sea, mountain and nature. Luis was very friendly and gave us very good recommendations including where to find fossils. On the negative side, to keep in mind that the living room is an attic where the kitchen and dining room are also, and it gives a little the sense of makeshift camp. It is missing that the house has a nice living room downstairs because the only common living area is the attic that has only a few seats to sit but there is no sofa or tables or reading lamps or ambiance on side tables or in general the elements that make a living room a place to rest for reading or to spend the chatting time. The bunk room upstairs is fun for a group of kids but I would need a carpet renovation. We were two large families with children (7 kids) and had a great time; the kids loved sleeping all together in that room. In the house he sleeps wonderfully, with a lot of silence and peace, and the morning sun in the rooms overlooking the garden make the awakening beautiful. The balcony to which you have access from two rooms Iene a lot of charm at all times of day.
