Lovely place for a weekend getaway. Very peaceful on the water with amazing sunsets. Johan was very helpful and responsive. Kitchen very well stocked, with basic provisions. Has its own private jetty which is a bonus if you have a boat or want to fish. We will definitely return!

The place was as advertised—neat and clean. Always a pleasurable stay at Mykonos Resort. The host's response was first class and she made herself available for any queries.

Lez is the friendliest, loveliest host on the planet ! I kid you not. She gave a very warm welcome and a lovely cold drink, went down a treat after a long hot drive. Lez knows the area well & gave us so much info on what there is to do near their lovely home, but also further afield. Easy drive to the Cederberg Wilderness. The terrace is a bonus, to watch the sunset from over the mountains, then star gazing in the biggest skies. The pool is a luxury too. Kitchen is fully equipped. Everything here for that break away from the rat race. Highly recommend this property. Thank you Lez for the most memorable place we stayed on our trip around your beautiful country.

Amazing place in a peaceful location with super helpful and attentive staff. A definite plus is the ability to do star gazing while at the same time relaxing in a hot tub. Really doesn’t get any better than that

Overall perfect stay, would come back any time, also to meet the friendly hosts again. You feel that the owners love their property and take good care of everything.

I came with two friends and we had a really great time! The cottage is super cute and simple and has everything you need for a little vacation. The jacuzzi is a great addition and sitting in the hot tub with a glas of wine and the view of the mountains is next level! Kathy was very responsive and friendly (we did not meet her but the communication was great) and it was easy to get set up at the accommodation. The only thing potentially important to know is that there is no fence around the property and sometimes a farm worker may walk around or the odd car drives past so it's not entirely private which might be important for anyone who is wanting to be naked out on the porch. But it is super quiet and peaceful and clean and lovely! If you are going to hike the 22 waterfalls which are pretty close by (about a 12min drive) then in theory you should get your permit in advance (but we got in on the day, because there were not many people that day).

Mark and Jules house is beautiful property. We loved how big the spaces and the incredible ocean view. Its very peacefull and walkable to the beach. our family will for sure come back here one day 🥰❤

We loved our stay at Tanya's home. The decor was quirky and classy and the place was spotless, with a great selection of books, puzzles and games. Its location is perfect, across the road from the beach and the property is very private with a well established, lush garden. The kitchen has all manner of utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware and with 2 fridges, our food and drinks stayed cold throughout our stay. The enclosed patio made for some fun braai's every night and an outdoor shower allowed us to rinse off after our daily surfing. Tanya was very communicative and the check-in and -out process was easy. We were disappointed that there was no wi-fi, as it was specifically stated in the description that 'we have wifi'. It was also extremely hot during our stay, and we felt that a table or floor fan in each room would have made it a bit more comfortable. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back soon.

We had a girls weekend away at Piece of Paradise and it was a weekend we will never forget! The house is absolutely incredible. The views are amazing and it was bigger and better than the pictures could describe. Cheryl paid so much attention to the little details - the braai set up for us, little flowers and chocolates on the pillows. Would recommend to anyone!

I felt right at home and loved the spaceousness, the open green belt next to the house, the colourful interior and the enclosed garden. The area is safe and easy to walk and the beach is wonderfully close by. I came to write, and the surrounding was definitely inspiring. Nelia is friendly and responsive to communicate with. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful and serene, wonderful swimming in the river to cool down.

It is wonderful: to get up in the morning, one step and you are on the terrace with the beautiful view of the sea and then one step further you are already on the beach: at the beginning of February almost alone! If not the water was so cold! A great place to come down and chill! But no chance without a car! Supermarket, cafes and restaurants are already a few kilometers away. But the restaurant DI SEE KAT in Paternoster is a MUST!

The house was perfect for our family which included 2 adults, 2 toddlers, and 3 grandparents. Everything in the house you can need as if you were in your own place. Short walking distance to great beach for kids to play on. Great braai and kuier area. Yzerfontein the town and area is a gem on the West coast and worth a visit.

We loved our stay here, we will be back!

Awesome place. Spacious. Close to the (kite)beach. Nice facilities and communication. We would have wished that kitchen and bathrooms are a little bit cleaner. But overall highly recommended.

Oh my heavens. What a fabulous experience! This was EXACTLY what we were looking for for a weekend getaway from Cape Town. The views, the privacy, the house, the host...all exceptional. I cannot wait to go back. Cannot recommend enough. Enjoy!

We had a very nice stay at Dorita‘s place! The communication was very easy and we had a flexible check-in/out with her very kind dad. The house has everything you need, we loved to make braai there. The beach has mostly clean sand and big rocks to climb on for the children. We totaly recommend!

Great house for groups, everything you need for entertaining or just chilling out. Spectacular ocean view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tapiwa is a star. Rainy winter weather gets a bit cold but the fireplace heats up the house nicely. Overall very good and will revisit.

What a lovely place! Easy check in and super host! Had a great weekend with fam and friends! Kids and adults enjoyed it! Late check out was AWESOME. Especially if you only stay for the weekend. Makes a huge difference! Loved the nature...all the animals came to greet, was so special!

Great 1 night stay. Wanted t9 book another night but it was fully booked for this time of the year.

The place was reaaly great. It was nice and big with a lovely braai area.

This is a prime spot where guests can social with other guests or simply relax on their own. Expect an uncomplicated stay, friendly host and enjoy restaurants within walking distance. Beach runs and walks are highly recommended.
