Own cozy little house on 2 floors. Living room, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and sleeping loft on the second floor. Own patio with beautiful views out rehearsing the city fjord. The house is located 100 meters from Gamle Bergen's museum which is open during summer time with cafe and its beautiful garden. Elsero sea bath is also located here Summertime you can take "Beffen" from Old Bergen, a short old fashioned ferry ride on the byfjord to the city, Beffen also stops at the fishing museum and the Aquarium at Nordnes. There is a beautiful 25 minute boardwalk to town.

Magnificent view over the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. There is a lot of eagles, especially sea eagles, but also golden eagles. Follow us on insta on Birdbox Sotra If you want to rent a kayak, we recommend northernexposure.

Old Bergenhouse from late 1700 with the original exposed wood walls. The apartment is on the 1. floor of our 3 story house. It was renovated in 2023, with a new bathroom and kitchen, the exposed wood walls can be traced back to when wood was cut with an axe, since chop marks are visible. The apartment is suited for couples or small families with one kid. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, towels, shampoo, and bedding (sheets and covers).
