The main argument when choosing this option is the magnificent view from the window - and it was worth it! Great location of the house, next to the "TOUR ODEON" building, great sea view and all of Monaco. Everything in the apartment is provided from bathroom amenities to a variety of dishes and kitchen utensils. I was also pleased with the gift from the host - a bottle of wine and a fruit basket with sweets - thank you Carlos! The apartment was very cozy and warm despite the cool weather outside. Parking in the basement made it easy to store a car for us this was a prerequisite for choosing an apartment. In general, I recommend this accommodation option based on a set of factors: location, view from the window, large terrace, parking, coziness, quiet, warm, adequate price, attention to detail and a friendly host.

Communication with Arnaud and the person on site was easy, fast, and proactive. The place fits perfectly with the images, everything was spotless and I can only recommend Arnaud as a host.

Very nice stay, with the sun in addition! Apartment as advertised and very well located as seen in the photos: nearby sea and all amenities nearby. You can walk to the harbor by the sea in 15-20 minutes. Very easy, simple and efficient exchanges with Caroline. As far as my wife and I are concerned, a success.

Very nice place. Nice people. Wine bar(stehausschank) on the first floor of the building... super nice owner, so you can immediately talk to the locals. We were with three children, apartment is more than sufficient for this. 5 min to the ocean. Train connection to Genoa(ex.) Highly recommended

Very pleasant stay in Eugenie's accommodation which is very well equipped ( linens, beach equipment, utensils...). We enjoyed the beautiful terrace. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment with 2 bathrooms is perfect for our family with 3 big children. Underground parking space is a real plus! Stephanie's hospitality is great with lots of advice and great availability. Thanks again for the lemons🍋!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Great amenities, top beds, very very clean. We were very pleased with coffee, biscuits and water as a reception. The nights were very quiet. We would come back.

Very good stay! The apartment is conveniently located, everything can be done on foot (beaches, shops, restaurants...) A beautiful walk via the trail by the sea Also, close to the train station which greatly facilitates travel or parking can be complicated (Monaco, Ventimiglia...) The interior is spotless, impeccably clean. Jean is friendly always available to answer questions. Many touches are available I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and good location for their stay!

Roberta’s house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The location is quiet and relaxing.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

It was a stay of 13 people and we were very comfortable and satisfied. Everything was spotless, with lots of detail, including a bottle of local wine that was great. Despite the cold outside, the heating worked perfectly. It is in the center, being able to access everything on foot in minutes. Possibilities of parking without a problem. Restaurants and shops very close. Recommended restaurant next door. great food, menu and attention. Good communication at all times. We loved all and repeat.

Charming little house just a few minutes from Ligurian stone... tranquility in the greenery very close to the sea. House equipped with all comforts, excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for those who love the quiet of the hill and the possibility of reaching the beaches in a short time.

The stay was amazing. We were very happy and felt super super comfortable. The house is beautifully situated and surrounded by viticulture, also it was super quiet which we enjoyed very much. We had great weather all week and thus also sensational views of the mountains. A dream….

I am certain that staying at Maura's place was a great choice. She's an amazing host, with a wonderful smile. We were extremely impressed with the Focacia bread that she gave us as welcoming gift and paired extremely well with the fizzy orange drink that quenched our thirsty. I am quite grateful for amazing experience of Genoa.

The apartment is great, spacious, functional and nothing is missing... dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bedding is of very good quality. The terrace is nice to relax, have an aperitif and even a small meal... we had a good time there. The garage is a BIG PLUS when everything is paid for in the CHIN especially during the feast 🍋 where places are scarce. The residence is quiet, very clean and well secured at all levels. Shops are close to the rental: Intermarché, pharmacy, grocery store and so on... We don't need to take the car out. Everything can be visited on foot, on the Italy side, as well as on the Nice side. Highly recommend this apartment +++

Home close to Alba city center, with all the necessities around in a quiet area.

Good apartment close to the sea (5 min walk), train station and shops. Perfect for 4 people, up to 6 if there are 2 children. Private parking is a plus because otherwise spaces are scarce in this area.

Fanny was so wonderful! We had a great time and she was very helpful!
