Vacation rentals in Berchidda

We had a very pleasant stay in this house, the perfect base from which to explore Northern Sardinia (e.g. Stintino, Alghero, Bosa, Costa Paradiso, Isola Rossa, Palau and the interior). The house is quiet with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and mountains. The house is spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities for cooking like at home. There are plenty of outdoor spaces with (sun)chairs and tables, a spacious veranda with indoor-outdoor feel. Convenient amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, beach chairs, umbrella and plenty of details like umbrellas, first aid kit and fly swatter make the stay comfortable. The friendly hostess lives downstairs, but the apartment feels completely private. Ample parking and a supermarket nearby (larger supermarkets in nearby Valledoria). A small odor problem in the bathroom (mentioned in other reviews) can simply be solved by flushing the bidet.

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely home, hosted by Jonathan. The space was as described and honestly better in person. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good mattresses and linens, the kitchen has everything and more you could need for preparing meals. The beach equipment and towels was an added bonus. As everyone else has mentioned, the view from the balcony and primary bedroom are simply stunning. The village is so quiet and it makes the perfect place for a quiet retreat and to explore the many amazing beaches and local are which are within easy reach with a car. Jonathan was always super responsive and had great local recommendations, his website with a ton of information was also super helpful. We would certainly love to return, this has to be one our favourite stays and suited our family of four perfectly.

Very warm welcome from Maria and her husband, who gave us a tour and gave us all the explanations for our stay. Very nice attention with cool water, sodas, and beer. The owners live on site but are very discreet and very helpful to respond to our requests. Really nice stay, again a big thank you to Maria and her husband.

The house is well located, a few minutes walk from the beach and close to the necessary amenities, for example a convenience store, bar and restaurants, right next door. If you are on foot, as in my case, from Olbia you can get by bus with a change in Siniscola, the Caletta and Posada, the nearest centers, can be reached by bus, 25 minutes walk to La Caletta. The veranda outside is pleasant, the apartment is equipped with everything that is indicated in the listing. I was alone, I stayed here for 9 days and I had a very good time. Luna was welcoming and available for directions. I'd love to come back and stay longer. Thank you for everything!

The place was clean and I had good contact with Giuseppe The bed was very satisfactory and the house was clean The towels I prepared were also clean. It was nice to have the sea nearby, and there are restaurants nearby. There is also a supermarket and a pharmacy just a short distance away. It's a house that left a very good memory. I was happy every day. It's a beautiful place.

The place is very spacious and great for a family trip. Alessandra and Giuseppe are very friendly and welcoming. There are many restaurants and stores in the neighborhood and few minutes driving to the airport and city center of Olbia. If you are traveling in a group that is an excellent option.
