House vacation rentals in Benevento

Chiara is an outstanding host, available above and beyond to assist as requested, at arrival, during the stay, and at departure, with excellent knowledge of the area. The house is directly facing the sea, with beautiful views, both from the day areas as well as from the bedrooms. Both areas have terraces looking at the sea and the terraced garden offers unique spaces from which to further enjoy the views and relax with some solitude if desired. The house was clean and bright, complete with all needed, has daily garbage pickup, etc. Although we were a full house, never felt crowded. Walking into town, along the sea, for morning cappuccino an added benefit. Villa "Eden" is a well-deserved name for Chiara's house!

Fantastic stay for 5 family members. Beautiful villa with exceptional view and lovely balcony. Close to store and great restaurant. Loved the kitchen and dining area. Walked down to town twice. Not that hard, but did take the bus on return that dropped off near villa. Also took boat ride along amalfi coast. The best day!! Everything Sooo nice!

Our stay in Francesca's house was perfect, she and her family are great hosts. The view from the terrace on the bay of Naples is breathtaking. The pool Is perfect to cool down after the excursions. The furnishings are simple yet tasteful and the kitchen is well equipped. The views from both bedrooms are great.. Altogether a super and memorable stay

Alessandra’s place was incredible. We enjoyed being there just as much as we enjoyed traveling around Italy. Town of Conca dei Marini and the little beach there were our favorites. Friendly people, beautiful surroundings, great central location - close to Amalfi, Agerola, Positano and Ravello. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Beautiful sunrises every day. Property manager, Anna Maria was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and amenities. Highly recommend!

Adriana is the best hostess you will ever find- anywhere. She helped us with everything we needed- this never happens at any other Airbnb’s. She makes you feel like family. She is nearby but you have privacy and feel completely at home. The apartment was as described and very near Pompeii archaeological site and near great restaurants in old town. She had local tour recommendations which we tried. Our dogs enjoyed the enclosed garden very near the apartment. Our car was safe in an enclosed and locked lot where the garden is located. Very quiet and dead end area unlike other locations in town. Highly recommend Adriana as your hostess!!

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious and very well equipped with everything you might need. We also really loved the private garden, kids playground and guide! We will go put of our way to stay here again if we are ever close again!

It's a really nice place, and very clean. However, the sofa and armchairs could use a replacement. Really nice view and it is only a 20 min drive to Sorrento. The pool area is lovely and there are nice sun loungers and umbrellas.

We had the best holiday - loved the house (nicer than the photos and perfect - every little detail is taken care of!) the location (local neighbourhood, no tourists but can walk to beautiful spots including Sorrento in less than half hour) and the whole area is fabulous - as well as lazing by pool (a lot!) we went to Sorrento Positano, Amalfi, Ravello Pompei and Naples - and the highlight of our trip - an amazing boat trip to Capri with Roberto/Kraken via Sorrento Holidays - unforgettable and one of best things we have ever done. Also recommend Garden Villa for cocktails and sunset!

Roberto’s apartment was a relaxing end to our trip after spending time in Roma and Napoli. The views from the terrace were spectacular. There is a small mini market 30 seconds away and the town square is a 10 minute walk with several close restaurant options. The apartment is a close walk to the bus stop which we took down to Positano, Amalfi, Maiori & Minori. We would highly recommend staying at Roberto’s place as it’s a perfect spot to relax and take in the view and small town atmosphere. Also, Roberto arranged for private transportation from Napoli and to the Salerno train station which was very convenient and comfortable. Book the trip and stay with Roberto! Nick & Jess

The place is 5 stars in my opinion with a couple little quirks to note. Some really stand out features are the bed is soooooo comfortable, the balcony is very large with a gorgeous view, AC works very well in September, and there is a good restaurant right up the street that you can get to without any stairs called Consintino’s. A few things to note are the shower doesn’t drain very well (it’s positano and everything is old this didn’t bother us much we just used the handheld and turned the water off and on) there are some ants if you don’t keep up on emptying the garbage (again not a big deal, take out the garbage/keep clean) there is a laundry in the apt but the host said it was 15 euros for laundry. When I booked it was advertised as “free laundry in unit” so I would probably just change the description if it isn’t free anymore. The place was really clean and the host was very helpful/friendly. Book the path of the gods hike with Franco on Airbnb experiences for a great day!

Beautiful house, clean and well presented. Amazing view. Definitely recommend a car or scooter to get in and out. Very close to shops and restaurants only a 5 min drive. Would definitely stay again

A beautiful apartment in a very private location. Maria Laura was always available and very helpful. About 10 min walk from the center.

Stefano and Laura hosted us in their beautiful apartment surrounded by greenery, the accommodation had everything you need for a unique experience. The rooms were super clean and tidy, the kitchen stocked with many snacks and drinks, we really appreciated this detail, they made us feel at home.

Can’t say enough about this stay!! View is way better than you can imagine…David is super accommodating and assisted us multiple times with recommendations and transportation. 12/10 experience!

nice place in a good location

We loved Positano, especially the path of gods. Great food in town. Everything is more expensive than elsewhere in Italy, but it is special. Valentina‘s home is a delicate and beautiful creation.

Welcoming host and made the necessary efforts given the language barrier. Always available and good advice (activities, restaurants, transportation) Clean and functional apartment with drinks and lunch on arrival

We spent a weekend at Casa nel Verde and it was all wonderful, from the very comfortable and cozy house, to Giovanni always super helpful. The location and the house are perfect for weekends with friends and/or family surrounded by greenery and quiet Super recommended

Nicola was an amazing host. He arranged for a taxi for us from the train station in Naples to Praiano and then met us there and walked us through the apartment. He also arranged for a taxi back to the train station the day we left. Also checked in frequently throughout the stay to see how things were going and if we needed anything.

The apartment is in a strategic location: walking distance to the town centre, shops, bus stop, trails, etc. but still extremely peaceful. The place is spacious and it has everything you need. Niklas is super helpful and responsive. Only thing to be aware of is that we found the apartment a bit cold, but it was beginning of the season and a very cold spell, so probably not an issue in other situations. All in all, I definitely recommend it.

Loved the Airbnb itself! The hosts were lovely, even brought wine over. Sweetest little doggy outside. Lots of amenities and very clean. I would just advise to be wary of the location. You will need a car in order to get from place to place. The public transportation in Italy can be a bit iffy in non touristy areas. Also, the locals in this area are not fond of visitors unfortunately! Had multiple negative interactions with local business owners. But, don’t let this prevent you from staying as the host and airbnb are lovely! If you are driving and looking for visit Pompeii, this is the perfect inexpensive stay!

This apartment is very gorgeous and amazing the panoramic view is breathtaking and the apartment was clean and tidy. Everything was perfect and well organized and I will be for sure booking this lovely apartment again!

Nice and clean place to stay with a beautiful garden. We could visit all important spots in the area - Pompeii, Vezuv vulcano, Amalfi coast, Napoli, Paestum, Caserta... You need a car to move around. Friendly hosts.

Caterina was an awesome host. The villa was great for my wife and three kids (14,11,9). The villa had 2 bathrooms and a clothes washer - both huge for a family. The villa is very spacious with an amazing balcony on the second floor and third floor. Frankly- the only downside to the space was the winding staircase to access the second and third floors. We left the luggage in the living room rather than trying to navigate it up the winding stairs. Other than that- it was perfect!
